The location, spa, bedrooms and staff all deserve the 5 star rating. Breakfast also excellent with various hot and cold options and egg preference made to order.
We were a group of 8 and decided to book half board, unfortunately this was a mistake, we were very disappointed with choice and frankly the food was well below par. Also alcohol and non alcohol drinks were way too expensive even for a 5 star hotel. No where else we visited on the resort charged such over inflated prices.

Absolutely 5stars, the best hotel we’ve stayed at in a ski resort by far, we were all looked after right from the moment we arrived to right till the end, a special mention to Brice who ran the breakfast service what a gentleman and always a smile, set up for the day and also Nash at dinner service, house keeping twice per day, the spa was clean had everything we needed after a long day on the slopes, the ski shop who took care of our boots and ski’s thank you to all the the ladies in the spa thank you to all the team at Daria in Alpe Huez
nothing

Incredible hotel, absolutely perfect for families and friends alike. The hotel and rooms were perfect and the staff were very helpful. Before and after skiing there were even people on hand to help with our children’s boots.

Amazing hotel and service! I had asked for roses to be arranged upon arrival, and the room was beautiful!! My wife was very happy. The restaurant is very good and the ski-in ski-out facility is the best I have ever seen.
Nothing.

Called, emailed, and messaged through the app about changing the dates of my stay. no response. Just not a 5* service, especially not considering it’s supposed to be a good hotel in a ski resort.
4.6
beautiful hotel, food was a bit tricky for a fussy Eater like myself as it’s pre-arranged not a la carte. limited choices
the dining room felt small

location / standard of rooms and spa was lovely
the food was exceptional

Checking in was super easy - car was parked and then unpacked for us including skis etc.
Top breakfast, super buffet selection, friendly staff always at hand. We didn't come across anyone not willing to help.
Rooms were spacious and luxurious with a stunning view of the town and slopes.
Skis and boots were stored for us in the Skishop so this made life very easy to get ready for the day on the slopes.
The telecabine just steps from the hotel means access to the slopes couldn't be easier.
We ate in the brasserie one night and the buffet dessert was the best :-)
Post check out in the morning we again went skiing, after which we were allowed to use the Spa and change before leaving in the car, which had been nicely packed with our bags and skis. 25 euros a day for parking isn't cheap but the convenience was very nice!
Nothing I can think of

really great staff, good facilities. the spa was always available the transfer service made the location easier
hi he uncomfortable beds. hot breakfast was limited for a vegetarian

Breakfast was ok pleanty of variety and choice
Having to pay extra for eggs at breakfast, ridiculous. Dinner food was bland and just plain wierd. Example a main course at dinner was "5 types of carrot" that's it. In a five star hotel. The steak was cheap and tough could hardly chew it and there were seven small chips on the plate. You couldn't make it up, I would give it 10/10 for presentation and 1/10 for taste flavour and seasoning.

lovely breakfast, big room with all comfort and super friendly staff.
all facilities were available! would 100% recommend this hotel.
expensive parking, no free water in the room

We stayed in Hotel Daria-I Nor in December 2021 and had a fantastic experience. What stood out most was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, who made sure everything was perfect and made us have an unforgettable stay. The rooms are spacious, beautiful and offer great views. We booked half-board, which offered excellent breakfast and dinner with a variety of options. Another big plus is the in-house ski-shop/-rental and superb direct connection to the slopes.
Absolutely nothing.

Location is good, 5 mins away from Bergers. Hotel is very clean, spa and other facilities are perfect.
Breakfast could be a little bit more bigger.
