Kempton is a lovely semi-detached upside down cottage situated in the town of Bowness-on-Windermere just five miles from Ambleside. The cottage can sleep six people and has two king-size double bedrooms and one double bedroom all en-suite and on the ground floor. Also in the cottage is a first floor kitchen, dining room and sitting area with a Juliet balcony. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a private patio with furniture. Kempton is a delightful cottage with stunning views over the lakes. Property requires a good housekeeping bond of £180. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome. Local bus service to offer wider access to Lake District and local taxi service available. Only 1 approx a 10 minute walk to Lake Windermere. Windermere town is approx 1 mile away and also has a railway station. Note: The property sleeps max. 6 plus 1 infant.

Windermere is approx 1 mile away and also has a railway station. Private enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Local park close by for dog walks. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 3 mins walk. Lake & Mountain View. Note: Check-in is 3pm, Check out 10am. Note: Holiday start dates must be a Friday or Monday. However, on occasion the owner will accept a different start day depending on bookings so please contact us to discuss if you have an alternative day in mind. Note: This property requires a refundable good housekeeping bond of £180. Note: Domestic EV chargers are not permitted at this property, these are also known as Granny Cables or Trickle Chargers and this would include electric cars, plug-in hybrid cars, motorbikes, buggies, scooters, mopeds, bicycles, utility vehicles and tracked vehicles.

Fantastic location a short walk to lots of great bars & restaurants and beautiful lake walks . Accommodation is comfortable but needs a little tlc downstairs to bring up to standard of upstairs.

The upstairs living space is excellent and provides a lovely evening retreat to a high standard. The TV should you want is a top of the range which is unusual. Seperate dining area too for the perfect end to a days walking. Perfectly situated just far enough out of Bowness to avoid the weekends noisy activities but close enough to join in.
