The exclusive property features three separate buildings, comprising a total of eight bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and is surrounded by beautifully maintained tropical gardens. Its architecture blends traditional Ibizan styles with Moroccan design elements, creating a truly unique charm.
The entire estate is entirely private. All bedrooms and living areas are air-conditioned, and the property offers three TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi. The villa comfortably accommodates 10 to 16 guests.
The expansive outdoor area boasts multiple terraces across two levels, a large swimming pool with a diving board, a barbecue area, a fish pond, and various chill-out zones for ultimate relaxation.
A standout feature is the exquisite Moroccan pool house, complete with a vaulted ceiling, sound system, and private bathroom – perfect for intimate gatherings. Additionally, there's a Bali House ideal for escaping the midday sun or enjoying a drink from the built-in refrigerator.
A coastal path accessible through a garden gate leads directly to the sea. The beaches of Cala Pada and Niu Blau are just a 5-minute stroll along the coast, offering a range of bars and restaurants.
The villa is also an excellent venue for events, weddings (with a minimum stay of 5 nights), yoga retreats, as well as business meetings and seminars, thanks to the separate entrances to the guest rooms away from the main house.

The generous pool (16 x 5 meters) is surrounded by an inviting terrace with numerous sun loungers and umbrellas. The charming Bali House is connected to the pool via a bridge. A covered area with table tennis and foosball is located next to the Moroccan pool house. The gardens feature palm trees, fruit trees, and a large lawn, ideal for activities, complemented by colorful flowers and cacti. An impressive Argentine-style grill is situated next to the main terrace.

The main house offers an open-plan living area, dining room, TV lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen. The five bedrooms are as follows:
