The local grocery store has pretty much any family would need.
Fully functional kitchen, excellent shower and a washer/dryer that actually works at a property in Europe!
Tanja was very hospitable and provided us a tour at check in, along with giving us a local recommendations.
We would look to stay here again if we come back to Munich!

We had the best stay here! Centrally located near subway and train, this is a great rental. Tanja was very accommodating and accessible. She provided a pack and play for our 1 year old and was very helpful about the area. The apartment itself is big, comfortable, and quiet. It's in a larger apartment building but has a separate entrance. The bedrooms are separated so you can put the kids to bed in the back while staying up to watch TV, cook dinner, and enjoy your night. We had the best trip! Thank you, Tanja!

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip with our friends to Oktoberfest. The location is ideal. The subway is literally right outside the front door. The apartment is very cute, comfortable and well decorated. Tania met us to check in and gave us great information. She was so gracious! I highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful time at the Puro Deluxe apartment in Munich. It was perfect for our family of four. The location was fantastic too. Close to public transit, restaurants, and the grocery store.
The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. Little things like Nespresso capsules made it even better.
The owner was responsive as well. We hope to return one day. Thank you!

We loved the apartment (need to have the designer do some interior design for us), spacious, modern 2 bed with 1 bath, laundry machines for use. Location is quiet and subway stop right outside the front door; a good line for the subway makes it easy to get anywhere in the city. Bakery, grocery store, pizza place and gelato shop very close. Two fans are provided to circulate the air, but like all apartments in Munich, no A/C. We did fine using the fans during our trip at the end of June and beginning of July. Great host. Very responsive and helpful. And if you rent a car, they have a parking pass you can use. We would stay here again for sure - great value.

Wonderful place with everything you need. Easy walk to groceries and restaurants AND right outside is the subway to all points in Munich and beyond. If coming by car the parking just outside was tricky but there are plenty of places within a small walk.

Loved this apartment. It was so close to the underground so getting around the city was very easy. Really good restaurants and grocery stores near by. The apartment was spotless and the furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and every little detail was well thought out throughout the entire apartment. Will definitely stay again when in Munich.

The property was very well decorated and equipped though funky lighting was a bit sombre in places. Excellent location close to underground and very comfortable. Though it is called Unter Au or Puro there was no sign. We arrived in pouring rain and stood at the entrance to no 19 and waited almost 10 minutes when at last the check in person opened an adjoining door along the street. So it would be good to have a sign on the door. Otherwise check in was good and we had no problems. We were 3 adults but had we been 4 as originally planned the second bed was a bit small.

Beautiful place, perfect for our family of 3. The apartment was nicely appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were some great restaurants close by and nice grocery store just a short walk down the street. Public transport was very close making very easy to get around. Tanja was great at communicating, highly recommend staying at this property.

The property is lovely and so close to transportation it makes getting around SO convenient. The dead end street is very quiet and we slept very well. The gentlemen who checked us in were fabulous and helpful. The only frustration was after we left we received a message that they said we had done several items of damage and were going to be charged additionally. They said we broke the blinds but I had put the blinds up that very morning we checked out and everything worked perfectly..The photos that were received as "evidence of the damage" were very unclear and one didnt even look like the same unit we stayed in. I tried to call the manager several times and never reached her. I emailed her and asked her to call me and she did not. Instead my credit card was charged with the maximum damage amount and I never heard from them again. I have learned from this that I need to do a walk through with the property manager and check out as well as check in....Safe Travels!

Location and space were excellent. We were a family of 4 very happily staying there. Living kitchen space were great. Shower was a bit tight but overall we would definitely recommend this apartment.

The apartment is very well appointed with all appliances one would expect in a modern home including importantly a very good washer and dryer. The only criticism we have is that the layout is a little unusual in that the bathroom/toilet is effectively between the two bedrooms and in order to get to the second bedroom one has to walk through the bathroom. Didnât really bother us as we are a family of three but it might be a little awkward for two couples sharing.

It is perfectly appointed with everything you'll need for your stay. The washer and dryer is newer with instructions in English. The apartment is very quiet and is conveniently located steps away from a subway stop. You'll be eight minutes from the Munich Center and all the attractions and train stations. The apartment is on a lovely, quiet street on the first floor which was a bit of a concern but Munich is so very safe that crime is nearly non-existent and the first floor was perfect. The apartment owner was easily reachable by phone, text or email and Tommy was waiting for us when we arrived. It's an easy 30 minute trip from the airport. There are two grocery stores within walking distance, and several bakeries, a cheese shop and a target-type store right around the corner in case you forget something. If you are a runner or a cyclist, there are lovely, safe running and bike paths right along the river where many people run, walk and cycle.I really can't say enough about the apartment, I will absolutely rent there again the next time we are in Munich.

Convenience and comfort
This is a great apartment right on top of the u-bahn. We loved that it was only a 25 minute walk to Marienplatz which gave us the freedom to walk or train. Lovely little neighborhood. The place was very clean and modern. Agree with all the other reviewers about the setup with the bathroom and second bedroom but if you're there with family it's not such a big deal. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for check-in is because our train was late arriving, had no idea exactly how long it would take, and as a result the representative who helped us had to run to meet another client and we got a very rushed check-in. We covered the basics but I didn't get to ask about restaurants and places to visit in the neighborhood. It would be great if there was more information on the local places in the apartment.

Lovely Munich Apartment
We loved our stay at this Puro apartment. We are a family of 5 with children ages 7, 7, and 8 and needed a space to eat, relax, and sleep comfortably. The apartment is very nicely appointed, in a very quiet area, and near to a metro stop to go wherever you want quite easily. Check in and out was very easy and we loved every minute of our time at this place and in Munich. We highly recommend!

Convenient location
The home was nice and modern and located right at the steps of the U Bahn which was great for travel. The check in process was great and nice to be met to go over everything. The cleanliness was the only real issue. There seemed to be hair from prior guests everywhere including on the bed and in the closets and shelves in bedroom. There were also mystery stains on the comforter. Other than that, the place was very well appointed.

Beautiful apartment
The photos and description of the apartment are absolutely accurate- it is like a show home. I would say itâs perfect for a couple, using the second bedroom as a dressing room. As others have commented the access to the second bedroom through the bathroom could be awkward otherwise. Very well equipped kitchen with some pantry essentials supplied. No air conditioning which was a slight problem as we had hot and humid conditions during our stay. However the apartment is on the ground floor of an historic building (thick walls) and did maintain a reasonable ambient temperature. There were table fans provided, which although noisy kept night time temperatures manageable. A ceiling fan in the bedroom would have made all the difference. The apartment is on quiet road and perfectly positioned for access to the metro. We didnât hear any noise from people accessing the metro station - the entrance outside the apartment is only one of at least three entrances and not busy. Very central location - only three stops from the main railway station. No need to get a cab even with luggage as there are escalators for access at both ends.

Beautiful place, convenient location
We had a great stay--family of five. Only real challenge is the bathroom between the two rooms means the back bedroom person can get trapped, which happened a few times. Other thing is that it would be great to have better pillows--pillows seemed more decoration than anything else. Also make sure to bring your own soaps, including laundry detergent if you plan to wash clothes. But in all lovely and just like its pictures.

Great location and local beer garden has a fabulous sunset view.
This place worked out great for 4 of us. The pictures and descriptions are very accurate. Tanya is easy and prompt to communicate with. We loved the local beer garden and there are a few other great parks walking distance that you can stop for coffee and grocery store for fresh fruit and veggies. We definitely will tell others about this place.
