We needed a place to stay close to our son's apartment. We were looking for an expensive place that was serviceable and quiet, and this place was exactly what we needed.
The latch on our door was broken, although the actual lock worked.

No TV control, even after requesting it and we stayed 4 nights. Little bugs appeared in the bedroom.

Roaches everywhere. Dirty rooms. Beds are squeaky and uncomfortable. Cabinets are sticky. Refrigerator is dirty. Roach droppings all on walls. U can’t get clean towels or sheets. It’s terrible. And they say they are affiliated with wood spring suites. They say they are independently owned
Roaches, bad smells. Dirty sheets and towels. Dirty floors.

Nothing. Literally nothing was good. I got a separate hotel. I will be looking into getting a refund.
1. Mold everywhere. I have pictures and samples.
2. Cockroach infestation. In the 10 minutes i was there, i found 10 cockroaches.
3. I went on Oct. 28th. There was a letter about pest control scheduled for Nov. 2nd. What am i supposed to do before that???? Just live with roaches????
4. The bed had a lot od questionable stains.
5. I found 1 bed bug.
6. Security seems tight until you get there and people are watching you park your car and hanging out in the hallways.
7. The front desk was only open during a certain time. They said they opened at 10. I was there at 10:30 to check out. No one was there and another guest shared my same experience.

I love the staff very thorough with the details on my stay, They greeted when we walked in the door and before leaving; and made us felt welcomed.
No carry cart to and from your car to the room. But we made it do what it do.

The staff was basically non existent, there was a nasty smell in the building and it was loud from a party inside.

Sweet employees.
The bugs and the horrible smell at the price that was much, much higher than we were told. Saying it had a kitchen and then being told if you want to cook and eat there you could buy dishes from them.

Well it was my husband and I 33rd wedding anniversary. And our 35th anniversary of being together. When we checked in there was a nice young lady there. I asked her if she could tell us how to get to a restaurant. She wrote it down for us. She also wrote down places for us to visit while we were there. She didn't have to do that but she did. Thank you for having a good staff.
The only thing I didn't like was when we were checking out. My husband had to wait about 45 minutes to be checked out. And that was strange to me. He said he called a number and it said someone was on the way. When the man came up there and helped it only took a minute.

The facilities were clean and very secure. The building was decently maintained. The price per week was acceptable. They have a laundry room that you can use and pay using an app on your phone, so there's no need to search for quarters. The in-room kitchen and full-size fridge were great. I liked that you could crack the window in the room for fresh air.
The bed was small, and the mattress was a little lumpy. The bed frame was flimsy and rattled when getting in and out of it. There were no dishes, pots , pans, or silverware in the room to use the kitchen. The shower pressure wasn't great, and the bathroom could use an update. They need a small lamp for the desk or by the bed the overhead lights were extremely bright.

The location is convenient for access to 526 and not too far from things. For a highway location it’s quiet
The floors in my room were a little dirty. It would be nice to have a coffee service in the morning.

It was very clean and very convenient and close to many things to do and shop around .
The front desk staff at night was never near the desk. I stopped by a couple times to ask for a couple things but didn’t get anyone.

Location was in a pretty good location. Rooms and hotel itself were relatively clean. Very good for the price.
We were stuck waiting for the receptionist for over THIRTY MINUTES. It was 11:25pm when we got there and realized a little later she was sleeping in the back room. Wish I got her name because it was very disappointing.

Nothing
After calling this hotel at @2:45pm on Friday and advising I'd be arriving @6:00pm, I was told my room with 2 queen beds would be held as long as I arrived before midnight. At @5:15pm Friday a male manager left me a voice mail asking me to call him. I called the hotel at @5:30pm and was told by a female employee my room was no longer available but as an accommodation they could offer me a room with 1 queen bed at $20 less than what I would pay for the room I reserved. That is not an option as there are 2 adults and 2 children in my party nor is that an 'accommodation' suitable to my needs. I requested to speak with the manager and was told he was gone for the day, they can cancel my reservation at no cost to me, and that is all they would do for me. Needless to say I was LIVID!! How dare you charge me for YOUR failure to honor your contract!? How is a single queen bed an accommodation for four people? I will NEVER use your business again for ANY future travel needs.
