Beautiful, comfortable, with private parking and close to the downtown

Beautiful place, comfortable, well equipped and superclean with safe private parking. The location is also nice - close to the downtown but not too close so you don't have to deal with the heavy traffic. It's 15 minutes walk to the city centre

Апартвменты находятся в здании Cosmopolit, вход в жилой подъезд, с левой стороны . Заселение с 15:00. Никаких инструкций для заселения не выслали ! По приезду никого не обнаружили. Связь отсутствовала. Я обратилась в салон "Дизайн", крайняя дверь с право,, девушка связалась по телефону с хозяйкой , ей сообщили пин от ящика с ключами и девушка передала их нам. Заселили в апартаменты N 16, на 2 этаже с двумя ужасно грязными балконами . Окна выходили во внутрений двор-парковку ,на бензозаправку и улицу с интенсивным дорожным движением . Так как нет кондиционера приходилось оставлять открытой балконную дверь ,спать очень сложно! Апартаменты нуждаются в косметическом ремонте: трещина на стене над кроватью, не чистые стены, в душевой облупившаяся краска на стене. Апартаменты оборудованы новой техникой, есть все как на фотографиях. Удобная кровать с матрасом средней жесткости, мягкие подушки, одеяла синтепоновые и шерстяные, хлопковое постельное белье. Есть гладильная доска и утюг, стиральная машинка и порошок. Много дифузоров, для уничтожения неприятного запаха. Предыдущим постояльцам было плохо, остались остатки пищи на шторах. Пришлось самой застировать, хорошо что были с собой перчатки. Уборка просто ужасная!!!! Есть интернет, отлично работал. Современый телевизор, можно посмотреть все что хочется. До старого города 25мин. пешком. Оплата на месте наличными, или картой .

Грязная мебель на кухне и духовка в крошках. 6.Грязные шторы, в остатках еды( комуто стало плохо). 7. Грязное сиденье для унитаза. 8. Нет экрана на ванной, вода брызгала в разные стороны. 9. Не выслали инструкцию для заселения!

Foarte plăcut

Situat într-un complex foarte modern, apartamentul arată foarte bine, dispun de de toate facilitățile. Gazdă extrem de amabilă. Ne am simțit foarte bine noi și copilul nostru.

Balconul a avut vedere la șoseaua principală și era zgomot. Nu are aer condiționat.

Worth every penny

Everything was just like on the picture. It was clean, spacious (important because we were with 2 toddlers who started running around), comfortable with literally everything you need. Check in/out was very easy and Iulie stays at our disposal.

The only thing we regret is we didn't stay longer in this apartment as we only has short trip in Brasov.

Totul a fost minunat. Am avut tot ce ne-a trebuit si ne-am fi putut gandit. Curat, cu garaj pentru masina, lift, camerele fiecare cu baia lor si peretii foarte bine facuti, nu se auzea nimic de la vecini, nici macar din camera opusa. Aveam si masina de spalat vase, ceea ce a fost grozav! Balcon mare, cu scaune, cosulet, stander de rufe si banchete, care dadeau spre semnul Brasov. Centrul comercial la 10 minute de mers pe jos, Mega Image si 5ToGo la 5 minute. Ne-a placut foarte mult si vom reveni cu siguranta!

Usa de la baie era putin umflata si nu se deschidea cum trebuie, insa nu a fost o problema neeaparat. Iar la baie, mi-ar fi placut sa se poata astupa scurgerea cu ceva ca sa putem face o baie.

Апартамента беше чист,в нова кооперация на пешеходно разстояние от Стария град и други забележителности. Кухнята разполага с всичко необходимо за пребиваването. Има осигурено паркомясто, което е много добре. Препоръчва ме! Снимките отговарят на действителността.

Curat, liniștit și foarte cozy.

Parfumul de camera miroase bine însă este prea puternic și trebuie scos din casă. De fiecare data când am fost l-am dus pe balcon și am aerisit camerele.

Over-rated and exaggerated facilities!

On-site parking and very clean and modern building. The wifi, bed, and pillows are also the far and few saving graces. Also, the property manager was quite prompt to reply once we made contact.

Over stated and overly exaggerated facilities! The bath tub is a 2.5 feet climb over the tub with no shower curtains or partitions so everytime you take a shower you'll need to mop the floor, and those with limited mobility will never be able to wash themselves. There is also a list of things listed that are not there, like a safe, the "walk-in closet is more of a storage room, video games, board games, DVDs (who has those anymore) desk, only socket near the bed is used by the table lamp, fan, hot tub. The city view is the alley on the side of the build with a half built building. Huge apartment but not functional with no sofa or anything to sit on to watch the tv as it is pointed to the huge useless kitchen with loads of cupboards but a tiny refrigerator and pans that doesn't work on convection stove. There wasn't any check-in information given until I arrived and messaged the property manager.

Good venue, in a walking distance from the old town. Very spacious apartment, equipped with everything one needs. The parking spot is a big plus. Nice balcony view. Very kind host

the apartment was very clean and spacious. it has an underground parking space.

one of the bathrooms has a shower head but it can’t be used as a shower because it would splash everywhere. unfortunate four of us had to share one shower. room felt a bit hot even in early May.

Everything is new, clean, and nice. It has underground parking with a heavy gate for your precious rental car. The building is new and has all the facilities with fast elevators and a nice loby The woman in charge of the renting is very helpful. The location is very good- 1.5 km from afi mall and the new city, and 1.5 km from the old city.

It's really hard to find something... ...o.k, in one of the bathrooms there was no rack for the soup. Hope it is not a deal braker for you, because you will not find a better place in brasov. We stayed here an extra night, because it was so perfect

Very clean. Big rooms. Big beds Very nice host. Parking space in the underground - so great for Brasov! Pretty near to center - 7 minutes walking and you are already there. Nice view -we had an appartment at the 5th floor. Nice furniture! Perfect!

Very comfortable and nice apartment. Parking included.

Unfortunately, when we arrived the coffee machine was not clean, a used towel was still in the bathroom and plates and glasses were still in the dishwasher.

wonderfully charming

everything was exceptional. close to the town centre and a close walk from the shopping centre and supermarket. free parking is a definite plus in a city like brasov. thank you for a great experience.
