Beautiful modern luxury apartment only 2 minutes from the river. Ideal for families, with a large double room and twin room, we also provide a travel cot, high chair, changing mat, booster seat, plastic crockery and spoons, safety devices on cupboards and plug sockets, blackout curtains and plenty of books and toys so you don't need to worry about a thing!
There is a large living /dining room with lovely big corner sofa, dining table with 6 chairs and open plan kitchen. Master bedroom has an en suite shower and there is a separate family bathroom. Secure allocated parking, video entry, underfloor heating, patio door entry to living room. Very popular location in quiet residential area.

EDIT:There is now a security camera high above the patio doors, it is only for general estate security and is focused on the bike racks across the road. It is only activated late at night 11pm - 7am and does not affect guest privacy.

We spent the last to weeks of August at Rebecca’s immaculate flat. It was a perfect setting for us; a lovely walk to the town centre, and we had some glorious walks in the opposite direction along the Cam to nearby villages. Good pubs and restaurants nearby and an easy walk to a large grocery store. Communication with Rebecca was excellent before and during our stay, with Rebecca checking in to see if we needed anything. Check in instructions were great and made it seamless. The flat is comfortable, practical and very clean. We would recommend and stay again. Thanks, Rebecca!

The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern multi-family building within a quiet and well-maintained residential park. It is spacious and comfortably furnished, with excellent amenities, as well as toys and books for children. It’s a five-minute walk to the River Cam, and from there about 25 minutes to the city center. The bus stop is also a five-minute walk away, and the bus ride takes about 15 minutes. There are several supermarkets nearby with convenient opening hours. Rebecca is very friendly, and accommodating. A lovely place for a successful vacation.

This is a spacious, really comfortable and welcoming, very well equipped apartment. The neighbourhood was convenient for exploring Cambridge and the surrounding area, and it felt really safe. Rebecca was great to deal with.

We travelled around the UK for three weeks and this location was our best value and met all our needs. The host was a Super Host and any questions we had were immediately responded. She met us when we arrived which was appreciated since a couple locations we rented provided us directions to lock boxes, etc. (most annoying but we survived). On departure our host came to see how things went, which was appreciated. This place was the best value of all the locations that we stayed. Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cornerview Appartement. It was clean, had a great location, quiet, and to top it off the owner was extremely welcoming. Rebecca was very attentive to our needs and had great recommendations. We definitely would stay again when in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. It has secure parking which couldn’t be much closer to the apartment. If you want to discover Cambridge then it is a lovely walk (not far) a long the river where you will arrive at the Quay which has several restaurants. Communications with Rebecca was first rate. The apartment was great. We’d not hesitate in staying here again.

Communication with the owner was brilliant right from the start of the booking until she collected the keys on check-out. Accommodation was very clean with underfloor heating. Lovely and warm. Car parked in proper gated car park. Everything in the apartment that you need. Lovely clean and fresh bedding and towels. Walking distance to the river. My sister and I will definitely be back. This lovely apartment has everything needed for a really enjoyable stay. So clean, warm and welcoming, like home from home! Very quiet location, close to riverside walks. Rebecca is a lovely host, communication was so easy, and a late check out was very much appreciated. We will be back!

We enjoyed a 3 night stay in this well equipped apartment. Quiet neighbourhood. Approx 15 minute walk into Cambridge centre along the riverbank, watching rowers and canal boats. Would highly recommend. Would stay here again

Shame about the weather - it was cold and wet when me and my daughter visited, but the property manager was warm and welcoming. The apartment itself is fab, with everything you require for a stay, short or long. Easy access to the river and several pubs, and a nice walk into Cambridge. Loved it!
