We have stayed at this property for the last 2 years (both times in August). Location is perfect - we walked to town every day to enjoy the quaint coffee shops, restaurants, etc. The house was very clean and the view of the river/trees is beautiful. There were a few treats waiting for us when we arrived! Allison was easy to work with and responded promptly. We will definitely stay here again.

We love love love this home. It’s walking distance to town, right on the river, is so comfortable and always immaculately clean. Allison is a great host, and her home is our go to for a quick getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay in Narrowsburg. The house is beautiful and in a great location, right on the river and about a 15 minute walk into town. It was spotless with a well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. I loved the heated bathroom floors!

One of our favorite houses to stay at when we see a concert at Bethel. Eagles on the river, robins nesting over the deck, super clean, super comfy, totally relaxing and enjoyable. Stocked up on coffee at 2 Queens, and a nice meal from the Laundrette too!

We had tickets to see a show at Bethel Woods, and decided to come back to our favorite house on the river in Narrowsburg. Once again, it didn’t disappoint. The house was clean, comfortable and central to all we wanted to do. Both the host and the house manager were easy to work with and available if needed. We enjoyed a carnival in the town, a short ride to our concert, and got to see a variety of eagles on the river. It was another great time.

This house is one of the most immaculate and well designed vacation homes I’ve ever been in! The fit and finishes were perfect quality, the house was spotless, the amenities are top notch, and you can’t beat the location on the Delaware river. My family and I will definitely be back! One of the most relaxing weekend you can imagine :-)

The house was spacious, comfortable and clean. It contained everything we needed. The location on the river was perfect, and we were lucky to have eagles regularly perching in the tree across the river from the property, as well as flying by. Appreciated that we could walk into town. Happy we chose this place 😊

Location was quiet, back yard pathway to the river, bald eagle sightings were frequent. Walk into town is 10 min., great farmers market this Sat. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with all typically needed paper products. Condiments provided without the need to run out for forgotten items. Both bedrooms had very comfortable beds; bathrooms are modern with ample amenities and towels. We utilized the outdoor seating areas often; used the available modern gas grill for dinner meals. Would definitely rent again, highly recommend it.

We had another amazing experience at this property. The view of the Delaware River is astounding of course and watching the bald
Eagles and other wildlife from the comfort of the hammock not to be missed.
The owner and manager were very responsive and the house was stylish, comfortable, and immaculately clean. A chilled bottle of wine and some delicious cookies welcomed the weary travelers. A walk down the street to the Laundrette for a scenic and delicious pizza dinner came next. The kitchen was
Very well stocked for cooking and serving. We were fans of the recent upgrades- heated tile floors on a chilly morning and the new outdoor shower were particular favorites.

My husband and I had a great time! The house is modern and super clean, with beautiful renovations. The view of the river from the property is stunning! The neighborhood is nice, and location is very convenient. We highly recommend this property, and will likely stay here again!

As other reviewers stated, the house is even better than the pictures! The house itself was beautiful and the view from the house and yard was amazing. We enjoyed relaxing outside and watching all of the wildlife and can’t wait to come back again!

River Retreat
This house is perfection on the river. Stylishly yet simply renovated, the furnishings create an oasis of serenity. No detail was overlooked. The back wall of glass faces the river with daily views of wildlife including eagles, deer families, songbirds and water fowl. Outside are many spaces to relax and reflect, including the spacious deck and the Adirondack chairs near the water. If you tire of nature sounds, there are Sonos speakers throughout the house. This house exceeded our expectations and we look forward to many more visits. Thanks to Allison for sharing your exceptional house.

Do yourself a favor and STAY HERE!
I didn’t realize how much I needed this vacation until we arrived here…. Everything from the entry way front door to the open floor plan and view of the Delaware River , everything was SO MUCH BETTER in person. Communication with the owner Allison as well as caretaker Jeanine were perfect. It was so nice to walk into a beautifully clean home with amazing views and a bottle of wine and some fresh baked cookies ! There were even some goodies in the fridge and cabinets that we were told we could use. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again and again ! It truly was like being in our own little piece of paradise after a much needed break from work for both my husband and myself .

Mental Recharge in a Beautiful Setting
We had a very much needed getaway with our family and we were so happy to see the house when we arrived. It was even nicer than the pictures and was so tastefully decorated with so many amenities. The outside shower was a hit as was the nook. The fire pit and the views of the river we’re also a bonus. We saw a bald eagle in its nest every day we were there. Easy walk to the very quaint and nice town.

Catskill heaven
Modern and pristine home - exactly as shown in the pictures. Sitting on the Delaware River, the house is both beautiful and picturesque. Back-yard was heaven and quiet. Saw 2 bald eagles and was able to relax for a few days. Allison and Jeanine were both both terrific. We had one minor issue and it was resolved in 5 minutes. Visited Bethel (Woodstock), White Lake, and the nice town of Narrowsburgh. And did I mention the wine on arrival. Thanks for a great time - my wife and I totally enjoyed it.

Stunning Scandinavian Charmer! Such a WOW!
Blown away by this beauty! Nestled along the river, the scenery is magical— birds chirping, bald eagles in flight, fish jumping out of the river, and crickets singing. So serene! Inside the home is just as lovely — a simplistic Scandinavian style cottage that is incredibly clean, beautifully redone, and super organized. This place is a gem, no doubt. My kids and husband said, “Wow! You didn’t tell us this place was SO awesome!” Truthfully, had I known (the pictures don’t do this gorgeous home justice), we would’ve stayed longer. We WILL make a return to this amazing abode, put our feet up on the Adirondack chairs, outside, and soak up Mother Nature’s splendor!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay
I can’t recommend this home enough! My wife and I stayed two nights and are already planning our return. The home is great - some really awesome features and amenities throughout. As awesome as the house is, you can’t beat the view and serenity of the river and mountain in the backyard. The pictures don’t do it justice. We started and ended each day with a fire and a beverage and the sights and sounds. If you’re considering this property, do yourself a favor and jump at the opportunity.
In addition to the awesome property and views, the Narrowsburg area has some great restaurants, a well-stocked market and a lot of great outdoor activities. We hiked the Tusten Mountain Trail to the overlook. Well worth the challenging climb.

River gem upstate!
Can’t recommend this place enuf! The house is completely renovated and the decor is modern. Even bathroom floors heated. Host gave us yummy cookies and wine! House is totally comfortable.
The river view was amazing. I didn’t realize how peaceful it is to be by a running river.
Narrowsburg has a really cute town with fantastic restaurants and shopping. I was so pleasantly surprised by this community.
Lots to do. We did hiking and rafting. There is a nearby playground for kids.
The hostess is so amenable. Checkin and checkout was easy and flexible.

Leaves were falling all around us ....
Pulling into the driveway off a road we've grown familiar and fond of and glancing at the Delaware before exiting gave us a wonderful feeling and knew immediately our trip would become very special. The home is spacious, very nice décor, layout and design seemed Scandinavian, bedding was extremely comforting, kitchen functions like a 4-star grill in FiDi (where we live) and a beautiful wood dining table adjacent to the fireplace exceeds all expectations. Then off the planked deck you get access to their landscaped acre that rolls down into my favorite river since my skinning dipping teenage years (>40 years ago). I'm drinking a cup of java (Green Mountain made in their Keurig) at dawn in the mist sitting on Adirondack steps from the bank, white tails are grabbing some greens 50 feet away, chipmunks scurrying and along comes a new friend called Mushroom (security cat). If all of these tidbits of our stay interest you then don't hesitate to make a reservation, because it will be our pleasure to get back here soonest possible. Shout out of gratitude to Allison for sharing this house and to Jeannine for checking on my family and their comfort.

A memorable stay in Narrowsburg NY
“Heaven On The River” is an appropriate name for this property. A beautiful home with an amazing yard stretching back to the Delaware River. All the amenities you would have at home...and then some. Jeanine, the property manager greeted us and was super friendly. Gave us a great rundown of the area. Narrowsburg is a terrific little town, with some great eateries (The Heron) and some awesome hiking, outdoor activities and very friendly people. We had a lot of fun, and really enjoyed hanging out by the river. Very relaxing. We’ll be back. Thanks for a great stay!

Best spot on the Delaware River!
Allison has one of if not the best rental in Narrowsburg! The beautiful and peaceful setting overlooking the Delaware River was a treat as we spotted majestic bald eagles each day we were there. The home was clean, comfortable and central AC which was a must have during a very hot week. It was an easy walk down to the refreshing river. Other family members had an opposite experience in their rental so I am very grateful this little Haven on the River was everything it said and more!

After 15 years of living on the other side of the country I never thought that this area would speak to me with such a profound impact...
It all started with entering this beautiful home nestled along the Delaware River in Narrowsburg New York. Coming from a large metropolis this home and location solved for a much-needed decompression. The beds were top-quality, the facilities were clean and the design was well thought out, streamlined and very inviting. Although I never met the property owner I can tell she is a person that takes great pride in her endeavors based on her choice of the property manager and the condition of this vacation rental.... Top Noch!
If you have ever wanted to see a Bald Eagle in it’s natural habitat or a family of deer drinking from the river in the early morning then this is the property to book...

It was a Wonderful Getaway
Our stay in Narrowsburg couldn't have been any more pleasant.
Our accomodation was just as presented; bright, clean, and organized with household essentials. Even a welcome basket with some sweets and a bottle of wine to help us feel right at home! Our house was situated on a beautiful property and the river behind our house all made for a most relaxing stay. Friendly neighbors and the intrinsic charm of the local towns insured a great stay. We hope to come back another time!

The house is amazing! It is new and modern with fantastic view on the river. Very beautiful place! The backyard right on the river is super convenient for fishing and outdoor recreation. We will definitely go back in summer time! Also , we got helped immediately by owner and house manager with anything we needed. Very appreciated!

Beautiful location on the Delaware!
Allison's home is a tranquil, clean lined, modern oasis on the front of the hypnotic, flowing, Delaware River. The house pays careful attention to detail, well equipped, newly upgraded systems and appliances, super clean and the view! The peace and quiet allows one to listen to the hum of the flowing Delaware River in the back yard. I highly recommended staying here.

Let your cares float away
While watching the gorgeous Delaware River from the back of Allison's lovely, well-appointed home. The impressive, thoughtfully laid-out house (surprisingly spacious), has every modern convenience but without being overdone and fussy. Beds were supremely comfortable, maybe the best we've ever slept on outside a luxury hotel. If you want non-stop engagement with nature very close to a super-cute budding farmer town that has delicious food, spirits, and locally made crafts, Allison's house is your place.

My family enjoyed the house, felt like home. Alison is very helpful, easy to work with. Complementary bottle of wine was a great touch. Thank you! Kitchen has all you might need for cooking! It was very nice to meet Janine and she was very welcoming and ready to help if you have questions. Beds are very comfortable and clean. Great fishing in Delaware river. Will definitely recommend this place and will rent again.
