Great location for everything we came to Incline Village for! Walking distance to the Hyatt and down to the water. Short 5 minute drive to the golf course we played at. Lots of room in the townhouse and loved that there was a deck as the weather was so nice. Would definitely stay again and recommend to groups!

This place could be great. I read in the other comments and had some of the same issues unfortunately as previously stated. It’s too bad they haven’t been resolved. The beds are horrible. My entire family played musical beds both nights. Didn’t sleep at all. The pillows in the master bedroom were covered in black hairs. It was disgusting. The unit besides that was pretty clean. There wasn’t a comfortable place to sit and relax in the entire place. The tv up stairs wasn’t working. We alerted mgmt and they were very responsive with everything but someone entered the unit while we were gone and we were not made aware anyone was coming while we were gone. Not ok with that. The location of this place is great. Management is very responsive but unfortunately we will not stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse! The layout worked well for our family. Plenty of space for the kids to hang downstairs, while the adults cooked and hung out upstairs. We loved how close we were to the mountain, restaurants and supermarket. Overall, the place was clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend.

We loved the spaciousness, the number of people the unit can potentially sleep, fully supplied kitchen amenities, easy access to everything in Incline Village!

When we check in, all the floors are dirty, and my wife needs to vacuum whole floors and the bed sheets have funky smell and discover the hairs on all the beds. We texted to the manager and filed the compliant , the text replied the clean fee will be waived and going to send the staffs to clean and both did not happen. Very disappoint for the service and totally not recommend this place and service.

Don’t stay here
At first we were very pleased with the property. But when it came to bed time things went south. There were 4 locations for sleeping: loft, main floor and 2 bottom floor. The main floor twin/double bunk bed was so rickety that the merest movement shook the entire bed. My husband left at midnight and used a bunk in the first floor family room. He slept fine there. My brother and his wife tried to sleep in the Queen on the first floor. It was so swaybacked they could not sleep at all. In addition when they pulled back the cover to go to bed they found several long black hairs. I had read about this bed in a previous review but the owner had said it had been “fixed”. Obviously it had not. We paid for two nights but left at noon after the first night. No one wanted another sleepless night.

Sleeps Big Family
The property was great for our big family. Parking passes are enforced. Clean unit. Easy check in and check out. Need more comfortable furniture in the living room, one couch was rough for older adults. Loved being by the recreation center. Plenty of towels and linens.

Nice, roomy property in a great location.

Ok condo
This was a pretty nice condo that is located in a good location within the complex. Parking can be dicey as its first come first serve. No beach passes were made available. Since we planned on using the beach often . we will make sure passes are made available anytime we go back to Incline Village.

All was wonderful except queen mattress in downstairs bedroom needs replacing, too old. sink into the middle, very uncomfortable. Kitchen needs more dishes, baking pans, new pots and pans.

I left a review a while back (Feb 2017), and we have stayed here several more times, always in the winter.
This was our first stay during the summer, and it wasn't quite as good:
- no A/C, no good cooling solution (even with the outisde temperatures at only about 85)
- no beach-access pass
A minor concern I reported earlier is still present:
- not enough paper products supplied for the number of guests and length of stay (toilet paper, tissue paper, coffee filters)
In addition, there were a couple of new concerns:
- even though the property is nominally pet-free, a person in our party who is allergic to cats had a problem; there was almost certainly a cat on the living-room sofa relatively recently, we highly recommend deep-cleaning or replacing it
- silverware (and some plates and utensils) are quite old and tired, should be replaced
Overall we will likely come again, but a few additional touches could move this from good to great.

The rental was cozy and nice location. The only complaints I have is the water did not stay hot long enough for everyone to shower. Multiple times I attempted to contact the host with no response. The rental was clean with plenty of sleeping room for all. We made due with the sitting arrangement on the main floor bc unfortunately there’s only 1 couch in the living room.

This was our first getaway during COVID-19. First things I noticed as I entered the unit, it has musty smell and the lights are not as bright as I’d like it to be. I like a well lit home. The property is cute and clean though. This is a townhouse with homeowners and residents living there. In case you are looking for a resort style. But it was quiet. there are improvements that could be done for a more comfortable stay and modern feel. The bed in the first bedroom downstairs needs to be looked at. It keeps making noise each time you toss and turn. It probably just needs to be more secure to the headboard . I couldn’t sleep the first night. Sofa beds, kitchen stove, pots and pans, area rugs and Stairs carpet could use updating. The 2 bathrooms are updated and clean. The company managing this property (Vacasa) are very helpful and are responsive to questions I had. Overall it’s a decent place to stay since most of the time you are out enjoying Lake Tahoe.

Modern And Nice
Great place with all the modern appointments needed for a winter spot. So nice to be warm and cozy with cold temps outside. Plenty of room for multiple families and kid friendly a huge plus!!!
I'd recommend to anyone looking for a comfy place in a very choice location.

Good experiences
It's a bit hard to find the property because the entry is a new road. But so far the location is very convenient. Owner/management gave very detailed instructions in email so everything is smooth and good. We liked the rooms and the place!

Location property not as represented
Poor. Sleeping arrangements difficult for number of people. Bad TV and WiFi service problems as recorded in your CRM data base. Laundry facilities not at unit, coin operated machines on property but no coin dispenser so had to drive to Raley’s. No ironing board. Only one wine class. Overall disappointed in property for price paid. No compendium in unit. Frying pans need to be replaced, very scratched. Appears no brand standards adhered to. Would not use Vasca again.

Beautiful home that’s perfect for families!
We greatly enjoyed our visit. The home was clean, well prepared, in a perfect location for our activities, and appealing to my family. I really appreciated the baby gates to prevent my little from going up or down any stairs.
The only issues we had with the property was that the hallway carpet wasn’t properly taped down and the coiling at the end was something to watch out for and when we were checking out, the garbage cans were beyond full. We felt bad for leaving our garbage bag inside but didn’t want to chance animals gaining access if we left it next to the dumpster.

Great, quiet, well-appointed end unit. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay!
Lovely home, very cozy and homey!! We had 7 people and more than enough room to fit several more people. Well decorated and quaint. My only complaint would be that the kitchen wasn't super well-stocked for cooking (no baking pans, no aluminum foil, etc) and the toaster wasn't completely working. Overall great stay, everyone had a great time and we would definitely go back!

Beautiful condo, steps away from Incline Recreation Center
Beautiful condo, actually a 4 bedroom condo.
Adjacent to the complex is the Incline Village Recreation Center with basketball court (for our teen son), yoga, indoor pool etc. Centrally located, beaches, Raley’s restaurants are 1-3 miles away. Minor negatives: TV was not working (but got fixed the day we complained), needs Pyrex for baking, there’s parking (but not dedicated to unit), Vacasa did not respond to my questions before our day of visit.

Suprise Charmer
We stayed here over the holidays - and it was just about perfect. Charming inside -- tastefully decorated perfect for my family. Close to ski-resorts and shops - very convenient. Place was ready upon arrival and extremely clean. My only complaint would be although the rate was fair --- upon check out I received a booking fee, a hefty cleaning fee, and an additional service fee so it ended up being more than I was looking to pay.

Reviewer Comments:
Beautiful home, comfortable and nicely decorated. Only a few issues we noted 1) no A/C so the house was quite warm and stuffy at night. First floor bedroom was an issue as guests were concerned about leaving window open all night with such easy entry access. Other bedrooms were bearable with windows open. 2) TV in main level living room did not work. It kept giving a choice to upgrade service and otherwise would not play any channels so we were without a TV the entire weekend. 3) No matches or lighter to use to light the fire. Wish we had known to pack our own. Good location and pretty place but for the issues we had, too over priced compared to other listings we saw.

Perfect Tahoe Retreat!!
Me and several of my friends wanted to enjoy a weekend of spring skiing and this condo was a great choice for a fun weekend. We wanted to avoid the crowds of the large resorts around Lake Tahoe and this condo was the perfect location. Staying in Incline Village allowed us close access to multiple ski resorts as well as the lakeside beach. The condo was easy to find directly off the main road in Incline Village and was the perfect retreat to enjoy time with friends. The interior was clean and recently updated with modern amenities. Our group of 6 was able to sleep comfortably, with the bedrooms spread across 3 levels, and had plenty of room to relax and feel at home . The interior feels warm and inviting and the ski theme decor was a great homage to the area. In addition to being just minutes from Diamond Peak resort, the condo is walking distance to the Screaming Eagle restaurant, views of the lake and a casino. After a long day of skiing, it was a treat to be able to walk a few blocks to the beach, enjoy the sunset and take in the beauty of the lake.
This condo is a fantastic option for getting away to Tahoe and enjoying all of the activities, beauty and time with friends and family. It is great for families, groups and would be ideal for both relaxing with book or exploring the outdoor activities. I would definitely come back and stay at this condo again!

We stayed on a Weds - Sat for our kids' spring break. The location was super close to Diamond Peak where we skiied/boarded for 2 days. The townhouse itself was super clean, modern, nicely designed, well stocked, and very comfortable. We only had 4 total (2 adults and 2 kdis) but the place could have easily fit one other family of 4 and perhaps even a single person. All amenities were updated and up to par: furniture, kitchen, comfy beds, modern bathrooms. Love the vaulted ceilings and big windows to watch the snow falling that gave nice light to whole experience. Only 3 minor cautions: First, sleeping in the loft space takes someone who is not afraid of climbing up/down the windy staircase (bit scary for me at night). Secondly, finding the location is a bit tricky off of the main road (perhaps more specific turn off directions can be given by owners.) Third, the cleaning fee is a steeper than we are used to - especially b/c we are very organized people who take care of rental properties well and clean up after ourselves. But giving these cautions we still think it's a wonderful place, and we'd recommend it for your family or 2-3 couples. The owners/managers did a great job all around and I'm sure we'll be back.
