Great location. Clean and comfortable. Everything was as advertised and the host was responsive and helpful. I recommend asking is there are passes (for a price) available for the Incline Village beaches, which are close by. There are several other wonderful beaches around Lake Tahoe, they are just a bit further.

So great to get to stay at Forest Pines!! Super clean and had everything we needed. We own a condo here and it was great to have all our family and friends be footsteps away from each other! Thanks!

Wonderful times with family on the beautiful East shore of Lake Tahoe.

The condo was cute and cozy. Had a fireplace. The complex was quiet and nice. Only a couple blocks to the lake, so we took a walk. Would stay again.

Any Tahoe rental is over-priced, and this was no exception. The condo was small, but accommodated our family of 5. It is also very near to Diamond Peak. Sadly, there were some things that were less than acceptable. The living room was stuffed with massive furniture and there was insufficient room for our things or to move about the room.
The bed in the master bedroom has a huge bed frame that sticks out past the bed. My husband and I both knocked into it leaving massive bruises on hips and legs. Finally, while the place was clean, the carpet was disgusting and the sofa was stained. The television is teeny, so if you wanted to watch a movie, bring a magnifying glass.

The property was clean and well maintained. We were centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. The check in process was seamless and our stay was exceptional. I hope to return soon.

The place was very clean and well kept. The kitchen has been updated and all the other rooms were well appointed. The pool area was a great added amenity that the kids really enjoyed. If you want to go to Incline Village beach ask about the punch cards and if they are available. The property manager had excellent communication and always promptly answered any questions I had.The one aspect of this property that wasn't good was the washer dryer combo. It was very frustrating to use and never dried our clothes. Be prepared to use a coin op if you plan to do lots of laundry!

We love staying in Incline Village and this place was in a convenient location for us to enjoy Incline. The only bummer is we did not have the beach access card that we read about in the app. We tried to get a hold of the property management company about this, but since it was the weekend, were unable to do so. Otherwise, this VRBO met our family's needs.

Reviewer Comments:
3 bedrooms, master bedroom on main floor next to kitchen and 2 bedrooms share 1 bathroom up stairs. Great for 4 adults and 2 kids or 1 family with up to 4 kids. Kitchen was well appointed with updated appliances except for dishwasher was a little tough to close. Fireplace works great heating up the place and place was clean. Upstairs theres a stackable washer and dryer which was very finicky....hopefully someone fixed as I had to go to a laundrymat one day which was a waste of time for me. They really should replace them. The beds were comfortable but pillows were all flat. Those should be replaced as well. Walls are kinda thin so if you have someone that snores in the family, then you should plan on bringing ear plugs! Other than that, great location and clean place.

Reviewer Comments:
Great location. Previous reviews listed simple things which would improve the property, unfortunately they weren't taken care of such as better towels and provide washcloths, provide fresh kitchen sponge, provide a few kitchen necessities (the only thing at all were salt and sugar), and updated linens. The property also lists "walk to beach," however there is no beach access without Incline beach passes. The contract references the beach passes but they aren't available. The pool is not available to short-term renters. The description shows that there is a pool, so since it's not available it should be updated to reflect that. The property management company was very accommodating and responsive to my emails about this problem and provided a small refund. Overall, I would not recommend this property unless these things were remedied.

Winter fairytail
We had a wonderful winter fairytail stay
at this place. Everything was very clean and cozy. The only suggestion I have is installing the heater lamp in the ceiling in the bathroom on the first floor.
Thank you!

PROS
PROS
[ ] location is a walk away from beach, hyatt hotel, grocery, rec center, bowling
[ ] furnishings are comfortable.
[ ] fireplace gives off good heat
[ ] kitchen appliances good
[ ] parking and drive up lane to load and unload is helpful.
[ ] Beds are comfy.
[ ] Sheets were soft.
[ ] Extra Blankets provided which came in handy.
CONS
[ ] Washer dryer needs replacing (Washer broke during our stay and very finicky I had to use local laundrymat)
[ ] Hairdryer NOT provided.
[ ] Towels: extras would be nice. Not just 6 sets for 6 ppl. had to keep washing.
[ ] Pillows are all flat. Needs to ALL be replaced!!!!
[ ] Comfortors were old fashioned but not the biggest deal, just needs update.
[ ] Upstairs bathroom exhaust fan doesn't work. Steams up when taking showers.
[ ] Decor and TV needs updating. TV needs to be bigger maybe mounted above fireplace to make more space in living room, kinda cramped. (rid of fake tree in livingroom, mirrors in dining should be replaced with something bigger. Theres only a tiny tV in the bedroom upstairs with the two twin beds, no TV any of the other bedrooms.
[ ] Kitchen needs more pots and pans, a strainer, needs more than just one pot mitten.
*****Just make sure you bring all the toiletries you need, a hair dryer, your own pillows and laptops. Im hoping they replace the washer/dryer stackable and add on some of the changes above....it would be a definate 5 star! *****

Cozy condo in Incline
We had a nice stay with unexpected snow over Memorial Day weekend. The condo was cozy and clean. We enjoyed the fireplace and the nice big dining table.
It’s a little thing but we would have liked a few more kitchen items like dish towels ( we took hand towels out of the bathroom to dry dishes) , sugar for coffee, and maybe a cleaning cloth. (We didn’t want to use the old sponge under the sink to clean dishes.) Also wash cloths in the bathroom would have been nice. Lastly it would have been nice to have a sheet in the provided Information Notebooks regarding check out procedure. (Where to leave key, taking out trash etc. ) that should have been easy to find . Anyway My folks checked In But I checked out. I ended up having to call the rental agency to ask and only got the answer service. Also their number should have been easier to find- Like on the front page of the book. I couldn’t find it in the book or on the paperwork they gave us checking in. The envelop only said their name so I had to google it.
The but the beds we comfy and the water was hot. The condo was nicely appointed with wood floors and newer Appliances.
We love Tahoe and we loved the location of this condo. We walked to the beach and to the bowling alley and to the Hyatt for drinks.

Perfect place for our ski New Years vacation
Overall the place was great!
Only negatives:
Heat upstairs didn't work, but we left the bathroom heater fan on and worked fine.
Hot tub hours were 12-8pm could have been open longer. There's a sauna next to the hot tub that was great to dry off before heading into the cold to walk back to the condo.

Great location
The condo complex is walking distance to Incline Beach and the Hyatt which is great. Condo itself is nicely furnished but could use a larger TV and new living room furniture. Pool and hit tub in complex were fun for kids. A little loud as condos close to each other.

Lovely condo that felt like a cabin
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo. The decor was nice and comfortable. They had everything we needed to make our time spent there during the holidays special.
