We had a large family reunion and the house accommodated everyone.
Housekeeping staff was friendly and efficient.
Antigua is a beautiful country with very kind people. We loved our stay. We enjoyed several beaches. Don’t miss Shirley Heights or Devil’s Brifge.

Second year at this amazing property. Absolutely an amazing home. Outdoor verandah space is just perfect for socializing and our favorite spot in the home. Everything is clean and the owner is responsive and super helpful. Would strongly recommend this property to everyone.

The house and property were perfect for my family and exceeded our expectations in every way. I have been visiting Antigua for decades. This was the first time I was able to assemble all three of my children and their families on the island. The property manager Anna and housekeeper Pauline both helped make our stay delightful.

Home comfortable for our family of 12
Home in very good repair. Kitchen has everything necessary. Grounds in wonderful shape.
Daily house keeping by Pauline was perfect. She is an absolute pleasure.
My wife and I been to Antiguia 8 pervious trips. This is the 2nd in this area of the island. First time during the summer months- not as many restaurants open as expected but enough for a few meals our.
Enjoyed the Kids Carnival parade.
Highly recommend this home for large family / friends vacation.

Congrats to the owners for keeping the property so nice.

Great house, great location, we took vacation during off-season and there was still plenty to do within a short distance; restaurants, beaches or places of interest. I would recommend a rental vehicle. The owners are awesome to open up their house for rental!

The house is lovely, it is a family home and clearly loved and a special place for them. We found the host to be extremely responsive to our needs, and the staff was very quick to act when we requested anything.
We had several requests that were above and beyond, and they were all taken in stride, and executed very quickly. A fabulous hostess.

This home was just perfect! The open air living space was our favorite! Beautiful flowers all around especially the pool area. Beach in front is not pretty white sand and when it is high tide there is not much beach, but lots of great beaches nearby. Road to hotel is a bit bumpy and gets old but the house is amazing and worth the drive. We hired Patsy to cook dinners for us and stock the house and she and her son cooked amazing meals. Communication was great. Questions answered very quickly. We would highly recommend a stay at this property.
Thanks for a great week!!

Fantastic place, great venue for a brilliant family holiday

We had a lovely stay here and would recommend it for a multi-generational family trip. The exterior space in particular was great - lovely, private, with beautiful flora. The housekeeper Pauline was lovely to us, as was the owner Melanie and the property manager Anna. We received prompt answers to questions to small things needing attention, and revived good recommendations for services, places to eat, and beaches to visit. We reco getting an SUV to more easily navigate the road to the priory, but with careful driving it’s not dissimilar from private roads one might find in some Caribbean countries.

Perfect house for us! 10 adults and 4 kids. The best part of the house is Pauline. She really kept the house in amazing condition and looked after us like. She made us feel like family and very welcome. Good time had by all!!

The property is absolutely stunning! We loved the incredible views, the open feeling of the house and the tasteful decor. The amenities were fabulous- the pool, the hammock, the beach were enjoyed by all. One of the favorite places we loved to hang out was on the veranda. We spent a lot of time playing games and enjoying our meals there. Pauline and Anna were gems and a wonderful resource. The only thing that was a bit upsetting was the drive to the property, although we know there is nothing the owners can do about it.

The property is beautiful and in a wonderful location. It accommodates a large group. The only suggestions the property will need superficial updates to maintain the beauty. Example is the master bedroom faucet need replacement. However, I’m very pleased with the house. Melanie and Anna’s/team did a wonderful job with assisting me with my need to host my birthday party. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We just got back from Antigua and I must say, aside from our fun group of friends and family, the best part of the trip were the accommodations at the Dieppe Bay House. The house and grounds are absolutely lovely. From the beautiful blue gates as you first approach the private home, to the colorful artwork that adorns the walls throughout, from the wonderful and plentiful seating arrangements to the terrific layout of bedrooms and spaces--perfect for a large group, everything was comfortable and clean and cared for in a way that we were not expecting. It exceeded our expectations which is always a nice surprise. Communication with the owners and the property managers was extremely easy and polite. The housekeeper, Pauline, who is there M-F was a delight and a great bonus. I highly recommend staying at the Dieppe Bay House and hope to stay there again if and when we return to the beautiful island of Antigua. Thank you, Melanie! A real pleasure.

Not too far from Falmouth and English Harbour, the house was very clean and well appointed. Lots of support from the owner, house manager and maid ranging from transportation, restaurants, private chef and even COVID tests for the trip back. The layout of the house was pretty good, with a huge back living space and patio that was perfect for both hanging out and meals. The kids really enjoyed the pool. One thing to keep in mind is that getting around can be a bit slow due to rough and narrow roads.

Dieppe Bay House exceeded our expectations! Our family of 11 travelled to Antigua to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. This house was perfect for our size group, providing many options for group dinners, conversing, but also provided the space for privacy too (I.e. Cabana, en-suite bathrooms, etc.) The pool and carefully-manicured flower gardens were a daily treat for our eyes. The house is tastefully decorated and includes many photos of the owner’s family which gave it a homey feel.
Planning the trip was somewhat challenging due to the worldwide pandemic, but Melanie was right there to help with any concerns, questions or clarifications.
The road to the house is bumpy and rugged but it gave us a feel for true Antiguan life so we enjoyed it. The house is stocked with towels, linens and all the necessary kitchen tools. We felt welcomed and right at home as we were greeted by Anna, the property manager, who showed us around. She was just a text away on WhatsApp if we had any questions or concerns and acted quickly.
Antigua is a very special island with unbelievable sights. We visited many beaches (Rendezvous Bay which is accessible by hike after a drive up the mountainside, Galleon Beach, Pigeon Beach, Half Moon Bay, Ft. James Beach, Mermaid Gardens, Dickinson Beach, Jolly Beach, Darkwood Beach, Valley Church, Devil’s Bridge and more!)
We took a boat excursion with Mystic which was an all-day adventure (Very fun staff!!) We interacted with many locals and enjoyed their conversations. English Harbor is a short 11-min drive with some great restaurants (Paparazzis, Clubhouse at AYC) We also ate at Trappas and Casa Roots (Marina Bay area where we held our vow renewal right on the beach) and Siboneys (site of famous red phone booth on beach). The food was wonderful every time we went out. There are also options to have grocery shopping done prior to your arrival, which was a welcome treat after a long day of travel. They also have options to have a chef come to house and cook or drop off prepared meals, we wanted to do this but simply ran out of time.
Thank you again Melanie and John for sharing your lovely home with vacationers like
us. We had an unforgettable stay in Antigua and look forward to visiting again!!

We really appreciated being able to stay at this peaceful home. It's tucked out of the way, quiet, spacious, and made for lazy days by the pool. Anna and Melanie were both very communicative, and made the trip easy in every way. Thank you!

Our stay at Dieppe Bay House for a week was everything we asked for and more.
The communal areas were perfect for our large group plus two children, and the bedrooms had enough privacy for the times you needed for yourself. The views at sunrise are breathtaking ( try and get up early for at least one)
Unfortunately for us are stay crossed over with a world wide pandemic, so the island was a little quite but communication with Anna and Melanie was great.
The area is lovely for privacy but you will need a car to get around we used TiTi which was recommended to they were also very helpful. A few places we loved were Shirley heights and Jackie Os beachhouse, the area of English Harbour has plenty of restaurants and activities.
I look forward to visiting both Antigua and Dieppe Bay House again!!!

Our stay at Dieppe Bay House was wonderful. It was perfect for our large party of 11 people. It was clean, spacious, and exactly as advertised. We would all give this property our highest recommendation. The only negative would be the road that leads to the Villa, but that is out of the control of the villa owner and more on the Government of Antigua.

Wow what an amazing place Antigua and Dieppe Bay is!The photos really don't do the villa justice at all, we had an amazing week staying at Melanie's place. We brought our own paddle board so went out snorkeling from the beach at the end of the villa and saw turtles and loads of fish. We watched the pelicans diving for fish in the evening from the beach. We spent a lot of time in the pool whoch is the perfect size with ample sunbeds(we have left a large inflatable rainbow unicorn there for future guests!) The rooms were all large so comfy and we all truly felt at home. The master bedroom is immense with two balconies! Great for sunrise! The electronic insect nets were a god send int he morning and evenings, felt like we were still sitting outside whilst having a few drinks at night and our morning coffee. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. We had Patsy do a food shop prior to our arrival and cook us our fist meal and provide a lasagna for the next day. I would recommend this as the supermarkets locally can be a bit sparse and the food is very expensive to buy in. Knowing what I know now I would've booked more meals with Patsy. The housekeeper, Pauline, was so lovely and helpful. We went to Shirley Heights on Sunday and it was so much fun, definitely recommend! The taxi driver suggested in the welcome book,JB, was brilliant and took us to some more view points along the way.We also went horse riding in the sea twice with Spring Hill Stables down the road. Amazing experience from complete beginners to experienced riders. Susie and Kent are so lovely and the horses very well looked after. Swimming int he sea on a horse is amazing! We also went with One Love Academy on a speed boat wakeboarding and kneeboarding off a private island. You have to go to rendez vous beach, half moon bay and darkwood beach too.We only had a week and packed a lot in but spent so much time chilling at Dieppe Bay house.I would recommend using TiTi Car hire too, dont use Budget! And if you ahve the choice go for a more robust car so you can go on some of the dirt tracks to beaches like rendez vous.I cant fault the island and the villa at all, what a great time of year to go before it got too busy too.

We went , as 5 couples , to watch the Test match but it only lasted for our first two days . The rest of our 8 day stay was spent lounging by the pool , seating around the huge communal area and visiting the myriad restaurants , beach clubs and bars of English harbour / Nelsons Dockyard / Falmouth . Almost impossible to improve upon - expertly and sympathetically managed by the property manager and owner . We had a great time .

We stayed at Dieppe Bay House as a group of 8 cricket supporters. We couldn't have picked a more suitable and tranquil property.
It made the ideal base to explore the island, watch the cricket and enjoy the hospitality of this beautiful island.
The property manager was there to greet us and take us through the amenities and we were superbly looked after during the week by Pauline who was so helpful.
The property was very accurately described, immaculately clean and had a welcoming mixture of holiday rental and family home.
The booking process was very easy and the owner answered all of our pre-visit questions.
We would recommend this property without hesitation and would certainly go back.

If you're looking for a peaceful beach side location, away from the crowds, yet close enough to pop into town for a delicious dinner, comfortable beds, good entertaining space, excellent Wifi, a kitchen any chef will be happy with then look no further than Dieppe Bay House.

We were a large party of 12 but everyone loved this family villa which is spacious, secure and beautifully decorated with plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing.
A great pool surrounded by gardens full of exotic plants.
Everything worked perfectly and is clearly well managed and kept spotlessly clean by the charming maid.
Highly recommended.

We stayed at Dieppe Bay House for a week and enjoyed every minute of our holiday. We were three families travelling together for the first time and the success of the holiday was mostly due to the space, location and wonderful ambience of the family home. Pauline was lovely and took great care of us and ensured that we were content and comfortable during our visit.
We would highly recommend a stay here - my only recommendation would be - go for as long as you can - a week was just not long enough in this fabulous location.

The house was spectacular and the property grounds unbelievable. The outdoor covered veranda was an ideal family special place. The ocean was steps away and some of the best snorkeling on the island was at our foot steps, who could ask for more. Our housekeepers Melissa for our first 2 weeks and Pauline on the final week looked after us like family.
The owner provided detailed instructions for our arrival and we were greeted by the property manager who further guided us on the property and house arrangement, all in all a great experience.
I would not hesitate to recommend this home away from home to anyone looking for a relaxing time in Paradise, we intend to return , hopefully in the near future.

We recently stayed at this idyllic home overlooking Falmouth Harbor. Dieppe Bay House is located at the end of a private drive-way and is surrounded by lush landscaping to ensure complete privacy. The home is well-equipped, tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. Pauline came every day (except the weekend) to clean and make sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was a perfect retreat for my husband, parents, three children and me. Three of the five bedrooms in the main house have their own balconies overlooking the pool and ocean so we started each morning doing my favorite thing of drinking coffee with the added bonus of watching the boats come in and out of the harbour. The separate guest-house located half way down the garden, ensured my parents had their own space but were also part of the family too. We particularly loved the gazebo at the end of the garden overlooking the ocean where we ate lunch on several days. My oldest daughter is a yoga fanatic so she was in heaven doing her poses there too! The main living and dining areas were obviously designed to bring the outside in and we particularly loved sitting here at night and hearing the crickets, frogs and ocean. We hired a car through Titi rental cars which meant we could explore the island too. The closest beach is Pigeon and we also had a blast snorkeling off Galleon Beach (watch out for the sea urchins though!!). There is a small beach at the end of the garden which my children had fun snorkeling from – there was sea-weed though so I chose to watch them instead! We ate out a couple of nights at ‘Catherines’ and ‘Rumbaba’ – both restaurants were delicious, of a high standard and personally I enjoyed eating the local catch of the day. We went up to Shirley Heights one night to listen to the steel band and drink pina coladas while watching the sun-set. We were told the view over English Harbour was awe-inspiring and I promise it will not disappoint – incredible! All in all we had an amazing holiday and were truly able to relax and un-plug (although there is good wi-fi for us all to stay connected too!). We will definitely be back to Dieppe Bay House – I wish I was there now!

Beautiful house on this stunning island. The house has everything that you could want, 5 luxurious rooms all with bathrooms - masses of shade in the garden to avoid the midday sun, but plenty of sun loungers adjacent to the idilic pool in the quiet private garden.

Dieppe Bay House is a beautiful and beautifully maintained house idea for the climate with large areas opening on to a pool with views over the sea. We were a large family (six adults, grandparents and parents, with seven grandchildren from 16 to 4) and we fitted perfectly into the accommodation with ideal family separation. The young were semi-permanently in the pool when we were not out and about on the island.
We were welcomed and shown round the house without fuss by Anna. We had also arranged through Patricia a taxi/minibus from JB from the the airport and we had hired cars conveniently and without fuss delivered to the house at our convenience through Titi (driving is relaxed and dodging potholes encourages leisurely speeds). All completely relaxed and trouble free.
Around the house Pauline did the housekeeping and was a valuable and helpful presence. We had also arranged for Patsy and her assistant Goldeen to do the food and drink shopping and to cook breakfast and dinner (we were often out and about in the day). Catering like this is actually economical on a per person per day basis and very flexible and convenient. The arrangements are ideal for a big family or a group of friends. Antigua is a friendly island. Where else do people entering a shop or office say good morning generally to the assembled company and where else does a lifted hand from the driver of a car meet with a friendly smile and return greeting from people sitting at the roadside or on their house porch.
We were there in July which is out of season. The advantage of this is that many sights like Nelson's dockyard, the little Museum in town, swimming with stingrays at Stingray City or swimming from the best beaches in the world are blissfully uncrowded. The disadvantage is that some of the restaurants may be closed (but there are still plenty of good ones).I have never really understood the "low season" thing. It is clearly not Christmas or Easter holidays, but in the "off season" the weather is still beautiful, cooled by trade winds and with air-conditioning in the nights if you find it too hot (my wife and I did not use it, preferring a tropical breeze (and no mosquitoes)). There is the "hurricane season" but my brother and I have clocked up a collective eight decades or so living in the Caribbean and never actually been in a hurricane, so I am personally very relaxed. And the house would definitely not blow down!
All in all a highly recommended house and location.

Dieppe Bay House is a place that completely gets under your skin as soon as you set foot in it. The house itself is absolutely stunning - sitting right on the water with it's own beach, the hills behind it and a view over the bay to the famous
Pidgeon Beach, I cannot think of anywhere on the island I'd rather stay. The layout, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, cinema, cottage, pool.....everything was pristine and as described. I personally don't believe that any photo could do this place justice, you genuinely have to see it and take it all in yourself. Pauline, the housekeeper, is utterly charming and very sweet, always making sure you have everything you need and keeping the place in ship shape.
I fell so in love with Dieppe Bay House that I have booked to go out there again with some friends, I cannot think of anywhere else I'd rather go. What a happy and beautiful place, I feel incredibly lucky to have found it.

Great entertaining space and loved the location right on the beach. Really handy for English Harbour and all the other attractions.
Pauline took great care of us and is a lovely lady, a great asset.
