Perfekt!
PS. Unbedingt Stathis' hausgemachtes Granola auf Yoghurt probieren!

Very comfortable and thoughtfully prepares property in a beautiful setting.
The villa was so well prepared to the smallest detail. It was really comfortable and enabled us to relax so easily. The pool was great and very well looked after. The instructions provided by Stathis were very useful prior to arrival and Lina did a great job of settling us in. The App was tremendously helpful - it really allowed us to plan our days from which beaches to visit to which restaurants to choose. Stathis was also really responsive over text message and gave some great advice throughout our stay. Pelion could be a challenging area to explore given the roads but the way Stathis set things up made it all very easy and an absolute joy. I would thoroughly recommend Pelion and is specific Pelion homes to anyone. We would love to come back.

Perfect villa
Everything about Villa Thalia is wonderful. The owner of Pelion Homes, Stathis together with his team, have thoughtfully provided for everything one might need for a holiday in Agios Georgios. The kitchen is well equipped and not only that, the house had all the neccessary ingredients available for us to cook. ( olive oil, viniger, spices, rice, pasta etc) Our beds were very comfortable, and were made with high quality linens and pillows. The bathrooms were also excellent. The surrounding area is peaceful, we had a big private garden to ourselves, we could hear goats on the hill, birds at night and enjoy an amazing view of the Pagasetic Gulf. We had amazing walks in the woods and swam at Fakistra on the side of the Aegean sea.
Can’t wait to go back again this summer to chill at the swiming pool, watching the sun going down. We loved every minute!

An amazing stay during Easter
Our stay at Villa Thalia was such a unique experience! We felt like home, from the moment we entered till the end of our trip. It was a beautiful home, fully equipped , with an amazing view! In every corner we would find a pleasant surprise, as if someone had prepared the home especially for us. We cooked as if we were home, we spent time by the fireplace watching movies and playing games, we walked in the woods and swam at the crystal clear waters of the Aegean sea. In the evenings we could spend time in our veranda watching the sunset, listening to the waterfall and the birds. The beds were also great. It felt as if Villa Thalia was our own private spa, a place where we could rest and recharge our batteries. With an excellent host, Stathis, who showed us around and gave us all the tips to explore Pelion and its treasures. Thank you again for an unforgettable time! I highly recommend it for nature lovers! Looking forward to our next visit .

The hosts made every effort for us to feel welcome on arrival. We were greeted and given a tour, shown the basics of the property and they had even made sure our first morning's breakfast was already for us in the refrigerator, allowing us to settle in the second we arrived. The house is simple but very comfortable and offers many areas to relax and gather over the day and night. A book is provided with wonderful local knowledge and anything additional, Stathis was more than happy to organize. This included a day at sea on a private chartered yacht, captained by Giannis, who was also very kind and extremely professional and knowledgeable. Pelion will capture your heart and this villa is the perfect base from which to explore it. Thank you for the hospitality!

We had a very nice time in Pelion, thanks to the good care of Stathis and Dimitris Kataropoulos. They made us feel at home from the first second we met them. Their service was excellent without interference from them. They provided more than enough information about Pelion, they even have their own little book with tips, trips, a map and even specially build cd's. The house was very clean with supply to get through the first day, a parasol and little beach chairs, board games in case of rain, a BBQ. It was more than complete.
We had a list of places to visit and things to see, and this was the same they proposed in their book. The beaches on the Aegean sea are more beautifull than on the Pagasitikos Gulf. The people were very friendly and not pushy, except in Volos. There is a more tourist atmosphere. Volos is also a city where you can go shopping. We also went to Meteora, a special shaped hill with monastries on top. It's a long drive (2 to 3 hours), but it's worth it. When you are there you should take the opportunity. The monastries are on the Unesco's list of world heritage. To summarise, we had a very nice stay in Pelion, thanks to the people of Pelion Homes.

Zeer verzorgd huis, prachtig uitzicht
Heel mooi ingericht huis, leuk zwembad.

Wonderful weekend!
Was a wonderful long weekend! Villa Thalia was very cosy, modern and we really felt like home. The view and the outdoor area is also stunning. We experienced a great yoga retreat with the help of Stathis, who was really there for anything we need. Had choises in hand even for the event of rain :) For sure will recomend it to friend ( I have already did) and will visit again

Geweldig

Highly recommended
A combination of serenity and action. You can sit by the fireplace or enjoy the nature and trekking activities. The rooms are clean, spacious, decorated with great taste and attention to every small detail. Full of amenities that make your stay easy and pleasant.
At Pelion Homes you enjoy your stay from the moment you walk in by a lot of complimentary and welcome surprises as tsipouro.
Our party of six (plus two dogs) arrived at 00:30 and yet Stathis, the owner, was there to show us around, to give us all the details about our stay and to provide us with a pack of spaghetti having already put the water to boil in order for us to eat something due to the late arrival!
We definitely will be back for more days.
Thank you for the lovely weekend!

We had a lovely stay in Villa Thaila for just under a week. The villa is beautifully done to a very high standard and was extremely clean.
The kitchen was equipped for our needs with oven, hob, large fridge and an espresso coffee machine. The lounge was very comfy with widescreen TV and a sound system. Outside, there was a range of seating and we really enjoyed having the outside dining area for breakfasts. There is also a hammock, perfect for relaxing! Below the villa is a small garden where we picked some of our own organic veg.
There were some biting insects but all the windows were equipped with moveable fly screens so you could still have the windows open without flies/mosquitos coming in which was fantastic in the hot weather.
The only issue we had during our stay was the noise made by dogs barking sometimes during the night.
In Agios Georgios village there are many walks along the old cobblestone paths - the kalderimi - and we really enjoyed several long walks during our stay!
We were less impressed by the tavernas in the mountains as many were closed or offered only "tapas" style food; however, this may have been due to our stay being outside of high season, in September.
Would highly recommend this villa!

magnifique!

This is the third of their properties we have stayed in, and each one is different and as wonderful as the other. Thalia has the same traditional Pelion design basis, with solid construction, lovely stone tile floors downstairs, wooden ceilings, high quality fittings, well appointed and stocked kitchen, etc. as the other houses, but Stathis has brought a slightly more modern feeling to Thalia by using pale wood where possible – floors, cabinets, and so on – which means the house has a brighter sensation, particularly noticeable early in the season (we were there for two weeks over the Greek Easter period). This modernity is complimented by the locally handmade bedroom furniture and fittings, and also downstairs including the ‘office’, and the kitchen cabinets. Stathis has obviously inherited much of his mother’s interior design flair to accompany his architectural skills achieved by following his father!
A benefit of visiting Pelion at Easter was the emergence of stunning carpets of wild flowers, along with the trees bursting into leaf, and – a real bonus – the sight and sound of the birds; we saw a golden eagle hovering over the hillside, heard a cuckoo (which we have not heard at home for several years) and (to Norma’s delight) a nightingale began his rehearsals for the mating season in the ravine close by the house.
The weather was cool at night, but there was plenty of wood which soon warmed us up, and most of the days were bright and sunny if not always warm due to a cool breeze at times; however, we did see a temperature of 27C recorded at nearby Volos! All the beaches were deserted but we did not venture this time to test the sea temperature. Travelling over to the eastern side via the ski centre at Chania we encountered deep drifts of snow at the roadsides, left by the significant falls that had occurred a few days before we arrived.
The view from Thalia is one of its most compelling features. We sat and soaked it up for hours. Even at night the clarity of the sky when the few clouds dispersed was stunning; the moon and Venus, together with lots of other stars were clear and sharp and undimmed by light pollution.
Having spent the previous September in the house just below Thalia, and planted a few vegetables in the patch between the two houses, we were honoured to be able to pick and use the last of the crops! To give Stathis a good start for the current year’s production, we cleared the ground and prepared it for the crops soon to be planted.

Wonderful villas with fantastic views!!
The villa was perfectly equipped with everything one could need. Lost of attention to details was given and the houses felt more like homes rather than houses for rent. Maria and Dimitris were charming hosts and welcomed us even though we arrived late in the evening. They made sure we had some supplies for breakfast and snacks and a good list of recommendations and maps of the area. Overall we would definitely stay I these villas again!! The view from. The house was just amazing!!

More than a home away from home.
It's difficult to do this place as well as the family business justice but I'll try. We enjoyed 4 fantastic days here for an autumn break. The house itself was immaculate, with every thing you'll ever need (and actually more than we had at our own home!). A beautiful house in a tranquil setting, we never got tired of the view from the veranda. The house is spacious, well designed and beautifully furnished and the perfect place to come back to after a long hike in the surrounding countryside and villages. The village of Agios Georgios is a complete contrast to the heavily commercialized side of Pilio where you'll find Portaria and Makrinitsa villages, and that's what makes a holiday here a real escape. The owner is simply beyond hospitable, we were with our 15-month old son an not only was a baby cotbed provided, but a baby bath, high chair and toys. Oh yes, and a baby backpack for our little guy so we could carry him with us on our hikes! We literally could not have asked for more. The house is not only equipped with the essentials, but lovely touches such as local spices, teas, spirits and a load of other things that it's better to find out for yourself as a surprise. And believe me you won't be disappointed. Would I recommend this place and the owners. You bet, it, and they, are magical. Thanks again for an unforgettable experience! Well be back soon!

A hidden gem for the perfect break.
I enjoyed 10 days in this gorgeous holiday home.
the Owner was beyond hospitable and went out of his way to make sure our stay was a great experience. He was very knowledgable of the area, where to go, what to do, places to eat etc, and made sure every day was an adventure.
Fresh organic vegetable from the garden were delivered along with butter and cheese from the village goats!
The area hosts many little beaches ( hidden little gems ) that are so serene and almost feels like a private beach as are rarely crowded.
The water is warm and you can stay out till 7-8pm on the beach quite comfortably.
Take your flippers and snorkel to go explore the clear waters and enjoy the sea life in and around little caves.
The water is calm and warm and each beach is so different ranging from the vegetation to the sand/pebbles and current.
some have more of a touristic approach, beach bar, music and busy vibe if thats what you want but you can just as easily nip down to a gorgeous little beach with a more tranquil feel to it.
And there was nothing better than ending the day with either a delicious meal in one of the historic little village squares with some local cuisine and a cold refreshing beer, or sitting out on the patio back at the house looking out at the magnificent view while swinging in the hammock!
A great holiday destination for couples, families or groups of friends. I couldn't recommend it more!
my only regret is that i never stayed for longer!!!
