Ocean Breeze is a fantastic 4 bedroom property with 2 en-suite bathrooms, in a fabulous location just a short walk from the village and award winning 3 mile beach. From the lounge, terrace, garden and balcony there are outstanding views of the beach and Baggy Point.
Living/Dining/Cooking
The well-equipped open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with bifold doors to the garden and lovely finishing touches give a relaxing welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside.
The living area which includes a flat screen smart TV with freeview, a Blu Ray Player and Chromecast. Bi-fold doors open out to the terrace and enclosed garden which is a wonderful place to relax in the evening and enjoy the stunning view.
Sleeping
A twin bedroom and cloakroom are also located on the ground floor. The first floor provides a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and large balcony with stunning views overlooking Woolacombe beach and the sea beyond. Also on the first floor is a contemporary family bathroom and a bunk bedroom housing a double bed with a single bed above - ideal for children. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with a super king size bed that can be arranged as twin beds if required and an en-suite shower room. From this bedroom French doors open onto a small balcony enjoying beautiful rural and sea views.
Bathing
the main family bathroom is located on the first floor and there is a bath with a shower over, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room as does the top floor bedroom. There is also a downstairs toilet
Outside
Outside there is dedicated off road parking for 2 vehicles with steps (with handrail and security lighting) leading down to the entrance to the property. With access from the living area there is a large terrace and lawned garden with a shed for secure storage of bikes/surfboards. An outside tap is provided for washing off wetsuits and sandy feet! There is a path at the bottom of the garden to the footpath leading through the church car park to the road. This provides easy access for walking to the beach for those with surfboards.
Come and join in the parkrun in the dunes and along the beach on a Saturday morning! A great way to test your fitness and enjoy the views.

Bed linen, bath/hand towels, ultra fast broadband with wifi are all included free of charge.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Please note that you are booking via an external channel and not directly through Ocean Cottages, therefore any information not provided directly from Ocean Cottages cannot be fully relied upon and pricing may differ. Please check payment and cancellation terms prior to confirming your booking.
There is a refundable security deposit of £200 payable with the final balance (not applicable to Airbnb bookings) - please note this will not be shown in the total cost of the booking on the summary screen. The security deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.
It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.
Check-in time is from 4pm and the check-out time is 10am.

After our Oxford Alumni Weekend, we selected Ocean Breeze as our "home away from home" to hike and enjoy the beautiful beach and scenery! Despite inclement weather at times, we accomplished three major hikes directly from Ocean Breeze and a dip into the ocean! We loved the coziness, comfort and fantastic views from this beautiful home during the rainy times. It is so well equipped for making delicious meals and relaxing! It is a great place for mind, body and spirit (St. Sabius right outside the back garden!) rejuvenation!
