Arredamento moderno e di buon gusto.Ambiente pulitissimo.Per la prima volta vita mia ho trovato dei cuscini “pieni” in delle solite “sottilette inconsistenti “.Tapparelle elettriche inaspettate, doppia tv (una in cucina e una in camera),carinissimo il bagno arredato con molta cura, bellissimo lo stucco in cucina,alle spalle del divano, che rende l’effetto di una parete in pietra.

Speravo almeno in uno snack,dopo un viaggio abbastanza stancante.Invece solo poche cialde per il caffè e 4 caramelle contate.Il letto era un po’ scomodo.Il materasso sembrava una amaca, affossato come era…

Spokojna okolica. Auto zaparkowane centralnie pod wejściem. Raczej cisza i spokój. Apartament fajny, na nocleg w dalszej podróży po Italii w sam raz a nawet i na dłuższy pobyt. Wszystko co potrzebne na miejscu. Ogólnie polecamy bo fajnie i czysto 👌 Lokalizacja dobra.

Overall excellent place and I recommend it for 3 or less people!

Beautiful small condo on ground floor in a quiet residential neighborhood. Very good parking availability on street. The place was beautifully prepared upon our arrival, including the sofa bed all made up and towel sets for all 3 of us. The beds were comfortable. The condo is super secure!! The front door is Fort Knox worthy…no one is coming through this high tech door with multiple deadbolts on every side…truly impressive! I want one of these doors! The windows are also secure & up high, with automatic closure by wall switches and good blinds. The kitchen was adequately outfitted with dishes and pans, sadly no microwave.

Our only issue was that there is only one mini-split type AC unit, located in the living room/kitchen. The bedroom felt uncomfortably warm in July heat. We had to keep bedroom door open and set the temperature setting low enough that the bedroom cooled down. Had a minor maintenance issue with defective shower head; was still useable but messy…we informed the owner and hopefully that gets replaced. Not many restaurants in area, but if you are up for a walk or drive, plenty of places nearby.

veľmi pekné a moderné ubytovanie

Moderné, nové, čisté ubytovanie, na prízemí. Síce ďalej od centra, ale s tým sme počítali a dopredu sme si zistili spoje. Zo Stazione Centrale tam ide priamy spoj 27A, /pozor A, nie B/ až na zastávku Firenze. Úplne tichá, pohodová lokalita, ďaleko od ruchu mesta, v blízkosti malé obchodíky s ovocím a zeleninou, pečivom, kávou,...otvorené až do večera.

Majiteľ nám prišiel odovzdať kód na otváranie dverí až po našom telefonáte, chvíľu sme na neho museli čakať.

Appartamento ristrutturato di recente, molto spazioso, pulito e arredato con gusto. Non manca niente! Proprietari molto disponibili e gentilissimi! Assolutamente consigliato

Appartamento come da foto..Ristrutturato e in ordine.

Non abbiamo cucinato ma sarebbe utile avere posate e tazze per il numero di occupanti. Sarebbe bello avere sapone dispenser anche per lavandino così come previsto per la doccia.

Buono, lo rifarei

L’alloggio è molto carino e ben rifinito, attento a tante esigenze, direi che si trova, in poco spazio, tanto di cui godere, completo di stoviglie e ciò che più serve per un breve soggiorno, ci tornerò certamente. Lo consiglio.

Forse po’ caro il prezzo tassa di soggiorno € 4,00 a persona e sovrapprezzo cane al dí € 10,00, avrei preferito trovarlo nella prenotazione, lo trovo più carino anche perché si potrebbe essere sprovvisti di contanti.

Vor allem für einen Kurztrip ein sehr zu empfehlendes Appartement! Gerne immer wieder!

Die Sauberkeit der Räume, das schöne Bad mit toller Dusche - Die klimatisierten Zimmer - Parkplatz vor der Türe - Und dass unser Hund willkommen war. Frühstücken kann man um die Ecke.

Die Hellhörigkeit störte in der Früh. Die Kissen waren sehr hart.

- unfortunately you can’t turn on ac and washing machine at same time as the power will trip,and you need to go outside the apartment to restart power - Wi-Fi at times was slow and not working but host tried to fix

Worthy stay

Its a small but beautifully setup interiors. Within the small space, its a well packaged house with all amenities. Modern lighting and fittings. Switches for opening windows. House is exactly as shown in the pics. Extremely clean. Easy and smooth self check in. Very clear guidance provided by the host. We could park our car right in front of house in the street (its a dead end street in a residential place, so not much of competition for slots). We basically used it as a stop over to visit Florence, San Marino (our return flight was from Bologna). We did not explore the location that much. We had no plans to explore the city or old town. But street end there was grocery and few more shops. A couple of mins drive away was Mc D, Bank ATMs etc. We had no plans to explore the city or old town. Kitchen was adequately equipped to cook our own meals. They had also left sparkling water and natural water in the fridge.

When we were there, it was 39 to 40 degrees outside. Sweltering hot. While it was good that there is Air condition in the living room.. The chillness does not really spread to the bedroom. Hence at night we had to use the sofa bed in living room for sleeping. The sofa bed was not really comfortable. It creaks when you turn and also goes deep due to the weight. Actually the bed in the bedroom is super comfortable, but we could not sleep due to the heat factor and no air. We were afraid to open the window to avoid flies and insects (next day morning we noticed that the windows did have protective mesh). So we dont know if it would have been better with windows kept open in bedroom. while sleeping. Nevertheless an air cooler or fan in bedroom will be useful for summer days. Also there is room to improve kitchen stocks (basic stuff like salt, pepper)
