Characterful Victorian 3 bed, 2 bath semi detached cottage in the town of Hunstanton, Norfolk. Although very close to all amenities the cottage is in a peaceful part of the town. There is on road parking and a car park opposite the property. There is a small garden to the front of the property. The property has been sympathetically renovated to maintain some lovely original features, but with a modern twist, with FREE WIFI. There is a lounge, separate dining room wooden floors throughout, leading through to a well equipped kitchen. There is a highchair, travel cot (bed linen not included) and stair gate available for families with younger children. The bedrooms are situated over 2 floors, a king with ensuite, twin with separate bathroom on the 1st floor. The 3rd bedroom is also a king with a partial sea view. The rear of the property has a yard with dining table and chairs. It also has an outside store that could be used to store equipment such as bicycles. There is a range of beach equipment for your use. The property is just a 5 minute walk to Hunstanton/Heacham beach and a 15 minute walk to Old Hunstanton beach, with its sweeping golden sands and amazing sunsets.

The town of Hunstanton is a Victorian seaside town which has many restaurants from take away fish and chips to a well renowned Michelin star restaurant. There are many activities for all ages come rain or shine including water sports, theatre, golf, Sealife centre, leisure facilities, art/craft centres, cycling (Fat birds cycle shop just round the corner). Hunstanton is a great base to explore North Norfolk with easy access to Sandringham, RSPB sites, Holkham, Brancaster, Burnham Market all being a short drive or coastal hopper bus route away.

The house was lovely, nicely decorated and clean. Its in a great location close to everything you would want. Would definitely return. We used the beach at Old Hunstanton as we had a dog which is only a 15 min walk and is more of a sandy beach than at Hunstanton. prefe

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this clean and well-presented cottage. Its location is great; close to all town amenities yet on a quiet street just a short walk to beach & cliffs. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when visiting Hunstanton!

The listing doesn't do the property justice. A real home away from home. All you could need with none of the annoying missing details you sometimes get like bin bags or a bottle opener. The town center is on your doorstep with a myriad of cafés and restaurants to choose from. The owner was the star of the show. Answered all our questions very promptly and seemed to genuinely care about our stay.

Well equipped clean cottage. Furnished to high standard. Very convenient to walk to small supermarket and other shops/cafes. Managed to find on street parking near the cottage but car park opposite available. On exit bedding required to be stripped and placed with used towels, together with bins being emptied - minor issue.

Fabulous little cottage with everything you need. Good quality beds, towels and kitchen bits and bobs. Appreciated the tea and coffee. Great to have cleaning products available too in case you need them. And a spare loo roll 😉 Jonathan is easy to deal with, great information. Loved our stay and will be back! Thankyou.

Valentine cottage is a super place in a super location . Everything in Hunstanton is within walking distance . The cottage is beautiful with excellent decor . It has a real homely feel and is very spacious . Super communication with the host . I would highly recommend. Also very good value for money.

A delightful little cottage just right for the four of us. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location within easy reach of facilities. The cottage has steep steps upstairs and steps in and out of two of the bedrooms which we managed but might be a challenge for others for whom steps are difficult.

A lovely cottage which was ample in size for four adults, toddler and baby. Really smart and clean. Kitchen of a great standard and comfortable beds. Both showers were also decent. Will be booking again!

The cottage is ideally situated for walking to the beach, shops, park for the dog to run and old Hunstanton. Beautifully and tastefully decorated, has everything you need. We had no problem parking 2 cars on the road throughout the stay. The 1st set of stairs are steep as people have said but fine for the us.

Excellent location ..small but perfectly formed cottage …everything you need is there….and the owners are very helpful. The bedroom with two single beds has no storage room for anything, just be aware. The outside area at the back is pretty grim…just a small yard …. S a base for Hunstanton …top marks!

The property is a very sweet Victorian cottage in a great location. A 3 minute walk to the high street and 5 minutes to the beach. Sainsbury’s just the other side of the main road. The check in process was very easy. Parking easy on the road right outside the house. The property was very clean with everything you need for a holiday. Excellent WiFi and smart TV. The bedrooms are all lovely with comfy beds. We loved the shoebox by the front door, a great idea. Lovely to have some beach stuff in the shed if weather allows. Also mixer tap outside to hose the dog off after beach walks was excellent. Only downsides are the tight narrow stair case up to the first floor. We all coped fine but a little extra care needed. Also no grass for the dog (back yard lovely but concrete) but the local park is very close. Highly recommend and we would book again

A lovely very well equipped property in a quiet part of Hunstanton, but just 5 minutes from the sea. An ideal base for spending time locally or visiting further afield. Lovely restaurant nearby and a great deli if you want to eat in. A place to return to.

Valentine property is set in a quiet street just 5 mins from the main shopping street. It is opposite the library and 2 mins from a small Sainsbury’s. We wanted a dog friendly property suitable for our family of 4 adults one 3 year old and a one year old. It had everything we needed and more. It is set over 3 floors - the top bedroom being up a second flight of stairs. The first set of stairs are a little steep and there is no downstairs toilet which is maybe a consideration for families with young children. It’s nice to have an en-suite off one off the bedrooms which are a good size. The beds are comfortable and good mattresses. There is plenty of good quality equipment in the kitchen and we found everything we needed to prepare meals. Jonathan was very helpful throughout the booking process. Wouldn’t hesitate to go again to lovely Hunstanton.

This holiday cottage has an ideal location for a stay in Hunstanton, it is close to all the amenities and just a stones throw away from the beach. The cottage itself is fully equipped with everything you need and has lots of character. We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas and visited lots of local pubs and watched the Christmas Day swim. We will be returning again very soon!

Stayed here in between Christmas and New year. It’s a lovely cottage with great facilities. Been 6ft 4 however I did have to be mindful of my head! It’s located within 5 minutes of the beach, with restaurants and amusements a short walk away. Overall it’s a lovely property and would loved to have stayed more than the 3 nights we did.. thank you!

Everything was perfect. Communication spot on. Property is in a brilliant position, easy to park and within walking distance of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. Fully equipped and nicely decorated. Would definitely come back.

We had a really lovely stay at Valentine Cottage. It had everything we needed, and more. Being easy walking distance to the town and beach was perfect, especially with kids. The local area offers loads to do, the coastline is beautiful, and we found plenty of nice places to eat as well. Fantastic stay - we would definitely consider a return stay!
