A TV with satellite receiver is available for rainy days. The leather couch can also be used as an additional bed. There is a bathroom (bath + shower + hair dryer) with toilet, a bathroom (shower, washing machine) without toilet and a toilet with urinal accessible from the aisle. The solid wood table designed for eight people in the fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee machine, dishes for 12 people) invites you to sit together. A high chair is also available. There is space for a car in the covered driveway. Another parking space is in front of the house.  The green inner courtyard, which is not visible from the outside, invites you to relax or even have a barbecue. A Weber kettle grill is available. Haus Julia is a non-smoking house, we kindly ask you to respect this fact. The Mödring panorama circular hiking trail leads past Haus Julia in a quiet location at the end of the village.
