Within the archaeological sites, residential areas, and ancient markets, there lies an exclusive hidden residence, Aerides Luxury Suites.
Encompassed by a historical building of the 1800’s, Aerides Luxury Suites is adjacent to the ancient Roman Market & the world’s first meteorological station, adopting its moniker from the antique monument.

Honestly, just stop doing your research. This is the perfect place. It is in a fantastic location for walking to every tourist site. It is well appointed and there is a lot of space. The beds are comfortable and they have big fluffy pillows. The pictures of the view from the terrace don’t do it justice. It is just beautiful at night to see the Acropolis lit up. The property management team is the best part though. They answered every annoying question that I had, and made sure our stay was perfect. Thank you Michael and Xenia for sharing this apartment with us.

Beautiful and clean property with lots of space. Comfortable beds and great kitchen space. Highly recommend as it’s walking distance to everything and the views of the acropolis from the balcony are spectacular.

This spacious, nicely decorated, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment was in the most perfect location; the view of the Acropolis from the HUGE balcony is simply stunning. We are a family of 4 and stayed for 5 nights in July, 2024.
Highlights:
*Washing machine,
NO dryer
The listing advertises a dryer is available but we found this to be incorrect. The person who checked us in said it didn't exist. Fortunately, it was extremely hot during our stay & we were able to hang our clothes out on the massive balcony where they literally dried in minutes.
*Air conditioning:
There is air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms, the kitchen, & the living room. They all work VERY well & were a blessing in the 99/100 degree weather!!
*Beds
All 3 bedrooms have queen sized beds & are quite comfortable with nice sheets. Pillows were ok.
*Water for showering
Plenty of hot water for all 4 of us & the water pressure was sufficient. Be warned, however, the shower heads are the hand held type, & there are no shower doors; it's an open, walk-in situation, which makes it quite difficult to not saturate the floor with water. We were constantly wiping up the mini-floods.
*Wifi
Not the fastest, nor the slowest... fairly decent but
service was erratic throughout our stay
*Great stay overall, but I must mention that in the kitchen, there is a camera on the wall. I questioned this & was advised that it was 'off'. However, it had a red glow which concerned me. We just kept the kitchen doors closed.

Located right in the heart of the city, with balcony views of the Parthenon and Hadrian Library, this apartment has an amazing, dare i say perfect, location. We were able to walk to tons of shops, restaurants, and historical and cultural sites. This was perfect for 4 days of exploring Athens!

We loved this place. Great location, the view at night on the deck area was fantastic. Plenty of room for my wife and I and our 2 friends. There is a third bedroom so if we had another couple there would still be plenty of room. Aris was very helpful and was quick to respond to me when I asked if he could arrange a transfer for us. Highly recommend this place. Cant ask for a better spot.

What a wonderful apartment. Our family of 4 was supremely comfortable and really enjoyed all this apartment had to offer. The location in La Plaka is the very best spot in all of Athens, and the views of the Acropolis from the patio were breathtaking. Rooms are well appointed and communication was excellent. We would easily visit again. Thanks!

This was the best booking I ever made. Perfect location, amazing management team and outstanding space. Each room has a balcony. There is a front terrace and a breakfast terrace off the kitchen. Book here to feel like a King and Queen!

Great spot for a family of four with two teenagers to stay. Aris really looked after us, check in was easy, the apartment was beautiful and large and very convenient to a lively part of town near all the main attractions

Amazing apartment. Only “complaint” is that the WiFi was extremely slow. It was not easy to work online. But would definitely stay again! Host actually checked us in in person to make sure we had all the info we needed.

This flat in the Plaka area was an ideal base for exploring Athens, especially the area around the Acropolis. It provided us with an oasis of calm and quiet upon our return from visits to the many popular museums and historical sites. Dinners on the lovely terrace were the highlight of most evenings. The property manager was very helpful and responsive to our questions. A problem with the availability of hot water — caused by widespread flooding just prior to our arrival — was resolved to our satisfaction. We would recommend this property most highly to anyone wishing to experience life in the heart of this great city.

Such a wonderful stay in the heart of shops, restaurants, and historical sites. There are even ruins in the back yard. The hospitality and helpfulness of the owners in terms of transport and food made the stay even more special. We hope to return to Athens again and we would not dream of staying anywhere else!

We (family with kids plus extended family) loved this apartment. Not only is it clean and well stocked, the location and especially the terrace are incredible. Everything is within walking distance. We loved Athens more than expected. Can’t recommend this place enough. The owners were also really helpful.

Absolutely fabulous apartment and location. Plaka was wonderful, we walked everywhere - Acropolis, Agora, Olympic stadium, presidents palace, even the flea market. Everyone was kind and friendly and the apartment was perfect - In the middle of everything yet on a side street and quiet. Very safe - we are a group of mothers and daughters on vacation. We spent early mornings planning our day on the wonderful patio and at the end of every day would collect on the patio again for wine and beer. Bedrooms were super quiet and everything was comfortable. Apartment was super clean. Such a wonderful stay. I would recommend and will come back again.

Beautiful, unique, spacious and situated in the heart of everything! We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Michael was very responsive and easy to work with, which allowed us to focus on our vacation!

Started off on a bad note. Taxi dropped us blocks away and contacted property for assistance, but told us to ask people on the street. When we finally found it - quite some time later Otto was not there to meet us as we were told and no one ever responded back to check in on us or offer help. Instead a non- English speaking person was there who we could not understand and she could not answer any questions. Then an hour before check out the woman returned and rang the doorbell several times while we were having breakfast. The hall bathroom is very small and difficult to use. The stairs leading up to the apartment are marble and it is a challenge to get the suitcases up and down the stairs. The location and views were good.

After coming off of a cruise, we chose this apartment for location and three bedrooms. Turns out everything about it was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, the AC and appliances worked very well, it was centrally located, and the views and vibe in the neighborhood were spectacular! We felt comfortable safe, and like locals! The communication with Michael and the team was very good. I’m not sure if we could have chosen a better place to spend five days in Athens. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful place and thank you also for the little touches like leaving us with plenty of paper products and starter supplies of food and water. It was perfect! Loved it!

Our weekend stay in Athens was highlighted by staying in this exquisite and perfectly located villa. Close to everything while providing an above-the-street refuge from the bustle, it enabled us to walk to all of our destinations, but then relax with a glass of wine on the veranda as we gazed up at the Acropolis above. The hosts were responsive and highly accommodating. Highly recommend!

This home had it all ! Excellent communication with host Michael and manager Otto . 3 grand rooms with luxe bedding , updated baths and a terrace with a stunning view we enjoyed every night . Safe and Walkable to shopping, restaurants and historic square . Airport transfers were also arranged for our group . First time in Athens and would definitely stay here again and have already given home info to my brother traveling here in August . * note several steps up upon entry

This property is just gorgeous. It is very spacious, and completely finished in marble and wood. The location is perfect in every way, right on the edge of the city center with ancient buildings and ruins all around.
The view of the Acropolis from the balcony will take your breath away every morning and every night at sunset.
The hosts were great, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay.
Highly, highly recommend this property.

This place was the best rental I've stayed and I say this after 9 years and several trips to Greece. The building is part of the older structures of Athens and in walking distance to everything. You will not need a cab for this location. The home is spacious and well maintained and has a more open concept with beautiful decor and the kitchen is especially beautiful. The balcony is roomy and safe for children.

First off, our flight was delayed so we didn’t get in until 13 hours after the original ETA. However, my son, who was on a separate flight from Germany, was able to communicate with Othon (heaven sent host) to get checked in and set up for our arrival. When we arrived late at night (early in the AM) we were thoroughly impressed with the apartment! It had soooo much charm, very clean, and very spacious. Got up the next morning and realized the awesome location…walking distance to EVERYTHING! The best restaurants, shopping, museums, historical sights, and entertainment (nightlife). I truly can’t say enough positive about this property. We really enjoyed our vacation and this apartment had everything to do with it. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We immensely enjoyed staying in this flat. The property managers were helpful, accessible, and took great care of us. The location cannot be beat. 10 minute walk to anything you can think of. They booked a car service to retrieve our party of 5 from the airport and then another service to take us to the port for our cruise. Otto stocked the fridge with juice and milk and morning treats. If you plan to do laundry ask for a demonstration. We tried, it could not get the dryer to work. It’s a German washer dryer combo like we had when we lived in Germany, so we know how to use it. If you don’t have experience or know German, and plan to do any laundry please ask for instructions. The flat was also pretty cold at night. The heat was not on yet and the AC units would not turn on. Ask for extra blankets if you run cold as there were none in the flat. I still give it a 5/5 for cleanliness, hosting, and location. Highly recommend.

Loved every second of this stay. Truly once in a lifetime suite surrounded by history and ruins. This is the most ideal spot to stay in Athens. Very safe and steps from picture perfect spots. We will never forget this stay.

This place has a near-perfect combination: Great location, beautiful views, and quiet nights. The apartment is on the corner of two lively streets lined with shops and restaurants. From the terrace, the view in one direction is of the Acropolis, and in the other direction is Hadrian's Library, which is just across the intersection. And over the back wall is a small, private, backyard "ruin" that is gently lit at night. As the apartment is one level up from the street, it has a high degree of visual privacy, yet you still feel the energy of the city and can join it with just a few steps. When closed, the doors and windows do a good job of deadening noise. If you must have complete silence to sleep, this isn't the place for you (nor is just about any apartment in the city). But if you don't mind a muffled murmur that eventually dies down in the late evening, you'll be just fine.

Absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home!! Steps away from anything you may need while in Athens. We had a lengthy stay as we visited family and this home was spacious and had plenty of everything you need to make you feel like you’re at home. Sitting on the balcony we were able to do a little work as needed all while enjoying an incredible view! My elderly mother was able to navigate the one flight of steps easily to get inside and afterwards everything was on one level making it easy for her to move about.
Manos was fantastic and helped navigate our transportation needs as they arose. He was incredibly responsive to all our questions and gave wonderful recommendations on places to eat and where to go.
We can’t wait to come back and stay again!!
