About this house rental
The lovingly furnished villa is an extensive, original Canarian house. It is located in a rural-rural area, surrounded by a beautiful large garden, full of lush flowers, trees, shrubs & rare cactus. It is surrounded by a landscape that offers rest and at the same time challenging to discover.
Views and outdoor
Of the 3 terraces, you have a fascinating view over the sea and the wooded heights of the mountain front between El Time and Tijarafe.
In addition to the 3 house terraces you will find a large garden terrace with corner bench, a covered BBQ, Hammocks & for the kids a place to hide and swings.
Near the restaurants & viewpoint "El Time 'located. Above the house is the Mirador "Las Cabezadas'. Hiking can
start right there.
In addition to the 3 house terraces, there is a large garden terrace with corner bench,
a covered barbecue, garden furniture on all terraces, hammocks,
and for the little Indians a place to hide or swings.
Patio furniture on all terraces;
- Stereo (CD / MP3 / MC), and two portable devices for other rooms.
The location of the house allows you to start right from there his walks.
It is located in the wild, although not entirely away from village infrastructure.
So there is in sight far away neighbors and it is the small village of La Punta about 15 minute walk / 2 minute drive below the plot.
Only about 50 m above the house is the new Viewpoint Mirador de Las Cabezadas' directly on the crater rim of the caldera, the large protected area of the island.
From here you have a magnificent view of the vast caldera of the caldera and south across the plain of Los Llanos away to Los Indios at the southern tip of the island; to the north, the view to the wooded mountain ranges behind Tijarafe.
New paths to different destinations invite you to explore the island.
One of the routes which runs 50m from the house along, takes you up to the Roque de los Muchachos - the highest mountain on La Palma and the seat of the observatory.
Another leading down to the sea, to Puerto Tazacorte. From here you can go back up to the evening of La Punta by bus.
Bedroom:
3 bedrooms with 1 double bed,, cot on request
1 bedroom has access only via the terrace
1 bedroom upstairs with private terrace - access to the house / bathroom via an outside staircase. The bedroom with terrace access is relatively small.
We recommend the house for 4-5 adults or teenagers.
Children who sleep separately and sleep over the terrace access or the upper bedroom must practice the terrace or the outside stairs into the house
Bath / WC.
TV: We have deliberately avoided this and offer you with many books, games and an extensive audio book and music collection
an exciting and interesting alternative,
- Rich kitchen equipment; div. Small appliances,
- Of course, bed linen and towels
- Heating facilities in the rooms;
- Safe for your valuable things (though it's 20 years never had a break-sure sure ..)
