Clean and comfortable room. Good facilities - the kitchenette was useful and it was nice to sit on the balcony which had a lovely view. Good location, just a short walk to the centre and all of the beaches but away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet area. Nico was a great host and was really friendly and helpful.

I liked everything, it was very nice to stay during vacation here, apartment was cleaned and sheets and towels were changed every 3rd day, and Niko is very nice host. I would recommend anyone who go to ksamil to stay here.

We loved everything. The apartment was very clean. There is AC in both bedrooms. Beds are very comfortable. After 3 days in the house the host provided us with fresh towels, changed the bedsheets and cleaned the apartment. There is one small shop close to the house where they had delicious and cheap watermelons. In the roundabout there is a nice bakery where you can have breakfast or simply buy some freshly baked bread or pastries. The host is very friendly and kind. Whenever we needed anything he was there straight away ready to help. I can definatelly recommend the place to anyone going to Ksamil. Thank you for the perfect stay in your place!

Very very nice vacation

It was a perfect stay in this villa, we really liked it. Niko is a wonderfuk host, supportive, very positive and kind. The villa is in a very calm place, every morning enjoying with a coffee on the terrace and evenong with a glass of wine. Very closely to the city centre. We would be back! A nice and unforgettable vacati9n! 😍😊🤩

Awesome place and host

Niko was an exceptional host and made our stay at his apartment very comfortable. He is very friendly and nice, and was available for all questions that we had. Room was very clean and we had everything we needed. They cleaned our room and changed our sheets and towels every 3 days. Location was close to the markets and multiple beaches. All in all one of the best stays we ever had. Wholeheartedly reccomend :)

Niko is very polite and a welcoming person. The apartment was clean and comfortable. In our departure day he picked up us by his own car at 04;30 am and traveled us to Saranda. He is a very respectful host. We recommend this apartment

Clean apartment with a strange bathroom situation, but it works well. Private parking with gate. Gracious host who speaks great English.

The apartment was very equipped and clean it's close to the center and has a supermarket close by. The owner was super nice and helpful, he goes the extra mile to help you whenever you need him and he is always available. He picked us up on arrival and drove us back to the bus station, bought us drinks, recommended a good restaurant and even picked us up from a beach that was far so we don't pay for a taxi. Overall I am very satisfied and recommend this apartment if you are looking to stay in Ksamil, definitely worth the price.

Best accomodation ever,special thanks to Niko Luca( owner) he was so kind and polite,he ask us every day ; it is everything ok? Do you need any help or something like that. When we arrive at his apartment he help us with luggage ( we didn’t ask for help) but he helps on his own, we were there for 10 days ( nights ) in that days they clean our room 3 times, give us toilet paper, washing the dishes, clean and mop all the rooms, give us new and fresh blankets and pillows,etc..In the last day even the owner Luka wash our car because it was all with dust because of beaches once again we didn’t ask for it haha. According to apartment position it was placed near the beach 600-700 meters which is good for little walk, we are going to beaches with our car in different places but thats our choice We rate this accomodation 10/10 👌🏾

Niko is amazing host. On arrival he picked us up. Helped us with lot of things, was there for us at any time. One of the best experience with host. Excellent location in calm street but close to center, beach and all you need to visit.

Such a nice place! The apartment was super clean and comfortable with everything I needed. Also, location was great really near the beach and center of ksamil but in a very peaceful area. I feel really priveleged to have stayed here. I have travelled to many places but no one has ever made me feel so welcomed as the host, Niko! It was a real pleasure to learn about albanian culture and ksamil with him and also to taste that wonderful Raki!

Great place to stay in Ksamil

Great host, very friendly and always willing to help. Speaks good English. Nice house with a very good cost/performance ratio. Quiet location of the house, far enough to have a peaceful sleep at night, without hearing any bars/discos. At the same time, not too far away, most parts of the village are reachable within 5 - 15 minutes on foot. Own parking spot within the house yard included. Very clean room, clean sheets and towels every 2 days, new furniture. Sufficiently equipped kitchen, not for big cooking, but for eating breakfast, fruits etc. I wouldn't recommend cooking while on vacation anyways, besides that, there are many wonderful eating spots with good and tasty food. Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful time there and felt almost like home. First we booked only 3 nights, because we weren't sure how we would like the house and the village, but at the end, we stayed for 6 more nights.

Once or twice during my stay, I missed a TV in the room. It would have only made sense with English or German programs though.

Lovely host, nice location, very nice apartment

The location was really nice, with the center and beach on walking distance, but in a more quiet relaxed street. The apartment was very clean and had a nice size, suitable for a group of people to share. The kitchen and balcony were great for making a little dinner at home for a night, especially with the supermarket very close by. Niko was super friendly and we had nice chats with him and drank some Raki that his dad made. Lovely stay

The appartment had everything you could need for a vacation. It was very clean and cozy. The room also came with a decent sized balcony. Locationwise it has a supermarket and an exchange office just a few minutes walk away. The beaches are very close as well. One more thing I would like to mention is Nico, who has been hands down the nicest and most helpful host we've ever had. He is always there when you need him and goes above and beyond to tend to your needs. All in all a very friendly and enjoyable experience, would definitely come again if we're going to Ksamil.

Probably the best place to stay in Ksamil

The host Niko was very kind and welcoming. He left us his email to communicate with him anytime we need anything. The location is close to the city center and in walking distance to many beaches in Ksamil. The property was very clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation.

We recommend Albania to everybody,specially this apartment, becouse you get more then you expect.

Nico is the best host ever, he is very helpful, he was always there when we needed him. The apartment is better then we expected, the rooms are very clean, the place is quiet but close to everything - beach, city center etc.

If we could stay at least one month 🙂
