Trailhead Lodge 5107 is a top floor, penthouse 1 Bedroom plus Den with amazing views of the Steamboat Ski Resort and Park Range mountains to the south. An immaculate unit in pristine condition, you'll enjoy vaulted ceilings, comfortable furniture, granite and travertine finishes, stainless steel appliances, as well as high quality linens and terry. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need to whip up a meal, and the in unit washer and dryer allow you to travel light or warm up your ski socks and gloves for a toasty start to the day. For ski season guests, a quick ride down the elevator and a few steps outside puts you onto the Wildhorse Gondola, which delivers you into the heart of the ski area base, Gondola Square. It does not get much more convenient than this! If you're visiting in the summer, there's still plenty to love about this development. Constructed in 2009, this development sets a new standard for amenities and facilities. First of all, you'll enjoy central air conditioning, a luxury not found very often in Steamboat Springs. The 3 large hot tubs are grotto style featuring waterfalls and a large firepit. What an amazing way to finish off a day out on the slopes! The heated pool is the largest in Steamboat, with club style men's and women's locker rooms and state of the art fitness center attached. There is also a large game room with multiple HDTVs, Pool Table, and Foos Ball Table. This is a comfy condo with a strong free wifi signal, a good amount of space, amazing views, high quality everything, and the best part is the price. The condo was very nice and very clean. Overall, we were comfortable and look forward to booking again. We also enjoyed the pool and outdoor balcony. The covered parking garage was a plus. Downtown was only 2.0 miles and our day trips to Steamboat Lake and Pearl Lake were scenic drives.

The condo was in a really good location, convenient to the Wildhorse Gondola. The property was clean and very comfortable. My only complaint was the property manager’s practice of mailing the keys. This isn’t 1980–there are modern, more convenient, more reliable ways to grant access to short term rentals. Other than that, I’d definitely stay there again.

It was a great place to stay for access to all the restaurants and things to do. The walls were thin and you could even here the neighbors every move. Especially the 😴😴😴. The shower smelt dirty but other wise was clean and nice. Parking is tight but convenient. I wouldn’t call it a “penthouse” either.

We have been going to Steamboat for 20+ years and this was one of our best stays at a condo in a long time. The unit/condo is in great condition and you cannot beat the location and the amenities of the Trailhead Lodge (Wildhorse). Plus, the owners and management company were very clear in their communications. Very smooth process. Highly recommended!

We had everything we needed. It was nice to have basic staples like washing powder and dishwasher powder and seasonings provided.
The property is awesome for pool, hot tubs, and grills.
Only thing I would suggest for improvement would be supplying more than one key. Hard to get by with just one for a family of three.

We stayed here with our children. It was extremely convenient and close to everything. Extremely clean and well cared for. The laundry unit was definitely one of the best parts. Will stay here again.

Check in process & communication was fantastic and easy. The condo was clean and lovely. Would definitely stay again. Just note - the pool / hot tub hours are a bit less than ideal (I know unit owner has no say in this) - I just feel it's worth noting. Pool/hot tubs don't open until 10a and close at 8p. It would be nice to be able to relax in the hot tubs beyond 8p. It also could be that it was the shoulder season and maybe hours are different during summer/winter. Despite that, I'd still highly recommend this property.

We were so happy to see everything was as described! Clean & everything you could possibly need. Plenty of space. Loved the hot tubs. It was a great location! Great view of the mountains! We would rent it again. Only item that needs attention is the bathtub drain is slow. Otherwise, amazing property!

Better for a family with small children as the den could be used for them to play, watch tv, and sleep in the pull-out since there is only one bath.

Property was very nice. Amenities were excellent - can’t beat one of the biggest pools in the steamboat area. AC was nice as not a lot of properties in the mountains have this. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and it was at a good value. Only feedback would be to improve check-in experience for guests.

Beautiful Condo-great complex
Condo was as expected, bigger than pictures. Had a few glitches but management company responded quickly. Loved the pool, hot tub, location, underground parking and all the amenities of the property.

Nice condo with beautiful views of the mountain. Close to gondola or an easy walk up to the village if you don’t have ski boots on. Also not too far to free bus stop for easy access to downtown. Amenities like the hot tub, pool and fitness center were very nice.
