About this house rental
This townhouse will make you feel right at home the minute you walk in. Large and bright with three bedrooms each having their own adjoining bath. Great room living/dining area with fireplace, large flat screen Smart TV, and walk out to a large deck overlooking the pool/hot tub/tennis court and a lovely mountain view! The deck is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery with comfortable seating. It also has a large gas grill for your cooking enjoyment!
This home is completely turnkey and well stocked for anything you need for a comfortable stay, including all linens, towels, soaps, and kitchen items! The master is a true retreat with king bed, ensuite fit piece bath with large walk in shower and jetted tub, and a private balcony.
Two car heated garage for easy parking and access year round. Full laundry room with full size washer/dryer.
The location cannot be beat as it is a short walk to the ski base area in Steamboat (about two hundred yards). The heated outdoor saltwater pool, spa, sauna, and tennis courts are only a few steps away from the front door! The free shuttle system will take you to the gondola base area.
Pool/Hot Tub Closures: The pool/hot tub closes during the spring and fall shoulder seasons (April-May and October-Thanksgiving). We discount our rates during these times because of this, and to allow for utilizing paid entry places like the Old Town Hot Springs or Strawberry Park Hot Springs which are nearby, and a lot of fun!
COVID-19: Our cleaning crew takes meticulous precautions to prepare the home for your stay. We will do everything we can to make our home a safe and clean environment by following recommended sanitation guidelines. Our top goal has always been to provide a reliable, wonderful home away from home for our guests and we will continue to do so!

The property was in a good location and was clean but for the price could use some replacements and up dates. Also, the description said there was a “queen, a twin bunk bed, and a twin bed” in the room downstairs. We wish that had been the case. We had 8 people and only 7 of us were able to sleep in beds. One of us had to sleep on a short sofa (not a fold out) downstairs as the bunk bed only had the upper bunk and there was no twin bed. Please revise the online description to accurately reflect the sleeping arrangement.

We had a blast , well stocked condo for a family of 5, three kids ages 8-12yrs old. We loved the heated pool and hot tub and the shuttle Pickup was basically right outside our door. The condo was spacious enough for all of us and warm and cozy. We had the best time , steamboat and ski school so well done !!

Nice proximity to Ski slopes - van access was very good. A bit of trouble with the TV and front door lock - owner responded quickly but took a while to get them corrected.

The only confusion was the advertising for Bedroom 3 states a Queen, 1 twin bunk bed, and 1 twin bed. However the "1 twin bed" was actually a couch/sofa.

The home was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. It was a short distance from grocery stores, eating establishments and the ski lifts. Mary was very easy to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed our birthday getaway to the mountains. Thank you!

Great place to stay, close to skiing and shuttle picked us up right at the front door. The town house has lots of room to spread out. Was very comfortable for the 4 adults skiing.

Mary's townhome was a wonderful place for our family to stay during our ski vacation at Steamboat - the shuttle was easy to catch and at the end of day, we were able to ski to Apres Ski Way with a short walk from there to the townhome. Mary was so helpful and her home is beautiful - we will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time here…it was perfect for just the two of us and also for when our family came for a visit. Just a few minute walk to the base of the slope where we ate at a few of the places (great food!) and also hiked up to Thunderhead. Centrally located to everything and few minute drive to the Main Street of town. The owner, Mary was a dream to deal with…always answered any questions right away and made us feel very welcome….and the listing represented the place perfectly. We would definitely come back and stay right here!

Amazing Vacation Rental
This rental was perfect for our stay! The townhome is so spacious and has everything you can think of. It’s walking distance to the ski mountain and in my option has the best hot tub, heated pool, and sauna in steamboat! We loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. We hope to make this trip happen again next year and score this amazing rental! Thank you for everything!

We'll maintained condo, a short bus ride or a medium walk to and from the ski hill. Everything was in good shape, and the bedrooms were on different levels so it allowed for our kids to go to sleep early and have the adults stay up without disturbing them. We would definitely stay here again.

In a time where we didn't want to eat out much, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals. The main floor is very bright but also cozy and comfortable with the fireplace and a wonderful view out to the snow-covered pine trees. We came with our two teenagers and they each had plenty of space in their own rooms with their own bathrooms. We were extremely happy with this condo.

Relaxing Getaway
The townhouse was wonderful. It was very spacious and comfortable. We were there for over a month so it truly felt like home. The owners were quick to respond to any issues that we had. The unit was also very well stocked.
The Timbers are very well cared for. The pool and hot tub
were clean and the grounds were filled with flowers!
We would certainly be happy to spend more time there in the future.

And the location was perfect- walking distance to quite a few restaurants and the.center of the ski village and just a few minutes drive from downtown. We will definitely be returning!

The three 18 year-old's used the bottom level bedroom and had their own space. They loved it. They also used the free shuttle and had complete freedom while in Steamboat. Our youngest (6) loved having the pool right out front and having his own room on the main level. The master was perfect for my husband and I with lots of space, and separate enough that we enjoyed the quiet without hearing noise from the recent grads. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing we would ask for is additional fans, as it got warm being July. The upstairs master was the warmest.
Overall this was an amazing condo with quick responsiveness from the owner, perfect location...We had an awesome time here. Thank you!

My family and I stayed in Steamboat for a week. The condo was great and just as described. It was super clean and very homey with all the amenities we could want. This place was perfect for our family. The neighborhood was perfect and close to all the amenities! The tennis court, pool and hot tub access were just across the road from the unit and very clean. It had plenty of space and fully stocked to get you started on any vacation. Highly recommend!
