Confortable et central

Notre chambre était très spacieuse avec lit confortable, baignoire à bulles et vue sur la place. Très bien située au centre de Brno à quelques pas de toutes les commodités. Calme malgré la situation centrale. Facilité d'accès grâce aux digicodes.

4e étage sans ascenseur n'était pas un problème mais à savoir

Krásný apartmán přímo v centru Brna. Pohodlné postele, super koupelna s veškerým vybavením - sprchový kout, vana, bidet. Luxus. Beautiful apartment in the city center. Comfortable beds, amazing bathroom with all equipment - shower, bathtub, bidet. Luxurious.

Malý ručník na ruce navíc by neškodil. 😉 An extra small hand towel would be nice. 😉

Krásné apartmány v centru, kde je ale přesto naprostý klid. Pohodlná postel, krásná koupelna a skvělý poměr cena výkon.

4. Patro bez výtahu, tma na chodbě a fleky na zemi v pokoji včeťně rozbitého skla obrazu. Ale v porovnáním s plusy jde o minoritní věci

Vyborne :)

Velmi pekne ubytovanie a zariadenie, cisto. Na moje prijemne prekvapenie nebola izba prevonana umelymi vonami :) pohodlnna postel a vyborna lokalita. Urcite sa este vratime.

Fantastic apartment !!! They kindly let us check in 3 hours early, because we had heavy luggage, would stay here again !!

Inak všetko o.k. apartmán sú vlastne 2 spálne bez kuchynského kúta, postele,kreslá pohodlie.

S výnimkou pohárov v apartmáne chýbal akýkoľvek riad, vybavenie bez kuchynky, na spoločnej chodbe pre všetky apartmány len 1 varná konvica-aj tá pokazená,nemali sme ráno možnosť uvariť si čaj,kávu

Gern wieder!

Wir sind wegen der Weihnachtsmärkte hingefahren und wir hatten eine wunderpaare Aussicht auf einen der Märkte. Die Lage war perfekt, wir konnten alles ohne Probleme zu Fuß erreichen.

Leider hatte das Apartment keinen Lift.

Die Luft im Zimmer war sehr trocken Das Badezimmer inkl. WC etwas klein, Ablagefläche für Toilettartikel wäre gut gewesen.

We had an excellent stay.

Fantastic location and a lovely spacious apartment.

One small issue was that the apartment was rather hot and we couldn’t control the temperature. However, that might have been due to our lack of understanding.

Pěkný romantický pobyt v samém srdci Brna

Byli jsme tady s manželkou již podruhé a vše bylo v naprostém pořádku. Krásný pokoj, pěkné vybavení, úžasná vířivka, velká TV a pohodlné postele.

Chybějící kávovar, což je dnes sice nadstandard, ale tento pokoj je deluxe, tak tam musí být nadstandardní doplňky, proto nemůžu dát za 10.

Zimmer in bester Lage

Top Lage, prächtiges Gebäude und tolle Kronleuchter. Schönes Bad. Flexibler Check-in und Checkout. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Es ist ein Hotelzimmer, kein Apartment. Die Küchenecke ist nicht funktional, da sehr beengt und mit Teppich ausgelegt (!). Kühlschrank sehr klein. Wenig Geschirr, teils nicht wirklich sauber. Geschirrtuch fehlte. Es gibt auch keinen echten Tisch oder Stühle zum Essen oder Arbeiten. Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Keine Möglichkeit, von innen abzuschließen. Sehr hellhörig. Verwirrende Beschilderung der Apartments. Teilweise keine Beleuchtung im Treppenhaus. Vier kaiserzeitliche Etagen erfordern gute Kondition im Treppensteigen.

Pohoda pro 4 v centru Brna

Úplné centrum Brna, vše bylo blízko. Na náměstí probíhal koncert, ale okna perfektně těsní. Koupelna s vířivkou dokonalá. Přístupové kódy přišly den předem a ne na poslední chvíli jako v jiných ubytováních, vše bylo hezky vysvětlené.

Ručníky a polštáře už by si zasloužily výměnu. Trezor byl otevřený, ale v zamčené poloze - naštěstí jsme jej nakonec nepotřebovali. Na schodišti v posledním patře nereagovala čidla a museli jsme si posvítit mobily, ale to byla spíše záležitost správy domu...

Apartment is beautiful and it is located in the city center

We could not even stop next to the apartment for like 5 minutes to pack out the luggage. This was not mentioned anywhere. When we arrived to the apartment a service man was preparing the bathroom. He left it dirty and when I mentioned it to the owner they did not offer any cleaning service. He used silicone for preparing the bathroom and had a very disturbing smell for the whole night. One of the apartment was advertised with fully equipped kitchen however there was no table and chairs to sit at to eat. In addition we had ants in the bed…

Great for a quick stop in Brno.

Clean, quiet apartment in the very center of Brno. Air conditioning worked great. Allowed us to drop off our luggage early.

4 flights of stairs might be a challenge for some visitors. Tough to make a 10AM checkout when restaurants nearby start serving breakfast at 9AM.

No elevator made things difficult for my elderly father, but the property gave ample notice of that.

Very confortable, cosy bedrook with big king-size bed, and large bathroom.

Everything was fine, but I think it would make sense to acquire new body towels towels, and there were no hand- towels available.

All in all a very nice stay and experience. A few things could be improved, as mentioned above.

very nice and clean room overlooing the main square. very good quality/price ratio.

4 flights of stairs which were a bit of a sports effort with a buggy. Also, I would have like a kettle in the room. The one in the common area was burnt at the bottom (and mugs were dirty in the common area).

The building and rooms are very nice.

The bathroom smells and is moldy The Location, the marketplace was much too noisy. The cleaning work on the marketplace took place until 4 o'clock in the morning ! . Too much noise.

Great apartment in a lovely building. Location overlooking Freedom Square is perfect. Clean and fresh.

It wasn't a problem for us but a lot of stairs if you have mobility issues. Improved our step count!

Amazing location, clean, bad noise isolation.

Absolutely the best location you can stay in Brno. All the must-see places are within a 10 min walking distance. The building is also amazing from the outside.

The rooms are seems to be separated from an apartment. Therefore there are unused doors in the rooms connected to the other rooms which makes noise isolation very bad. When there are loud people in the next rooms, it is disturbing. The apartments are on the 4th floor and there is no lift.
