Very good overall. The weather beat us but again, not the fault of the owner

Very friendly greeting and care making sure we were comfortable.

Shower screen in en suite needed a new runner. Quite a lot of noise from the above apartment but that is not the fault of the owner.

Absolutely AMAZING

Amazing apartment, beautifully kept and renovated right on a canal. The living room and first bedroom have windows that open out onto the canal, with the other three bedrooms opening out over a central garden. All of the rooms are large and spacious and was perfect for our family group of 7 adults. Kitchen, Laundry and Bathrooms all modern and well equipped with everything you need. Beds and pillows very comfortable. The apartment is located close to great local restaurants and a short walk to all the tourist attractions and areas. If you want to live amongst the locals in a a quite area and really get a feel of Venice, I would highly recommend this place. Our host, Nicoletta, was amazing and provided us with all the details on the way to get from the airport. We arrived early in the morning and our host met us at an easy landmark and took us to the apartment and was able to arrange for us to drop off our luggage upon our arrival and then messaged us as soon as the apartment was available to check in.

Fantastic retreat in middle of bustling city

Large, clean, well appointed and comfortable apartment. Nicoletta is a lovely host. It was great to have a washing machine. 7 minutes to San Marco and Rialto but in a quiet neighbourhood.

Classic Venetian apartment with modern amenities.

Wonderful property in a great location with fantastic spaces and bedrooms. It hosted 2 families very comfortably.

It was tricky to find the location, had to call the hosts which were very helpful.

Perfect family vacation spot

The host was amazingly helpful, welcoming and supportive during our stay. The place felt extremely relaxing, was clean and well supplied. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfectly convenient to everything (not too busy but close to everything we wanted to see and do).

It was perfect.

The property was very nice. One bedroom and the whole living room have windows with canal view. The rest of the bedrooms have views of a lovely garden. So you have everything in one place. And also all your friends, because the property has 4 bedrooms and the couch is extensible. The host was very helpfull and she also allowed us a late checkout upon request at no extra charge. As a very nice surprize we had a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in the fridge.

Nothing to say here. The property is in a very good position and near everything.

Of the 3 places we rented in Italy, Ca' Zacca is by far THE BEST. I am booking another trip!!

Our host was kind and accommodating on our travel plans and offered to help make water taxi connections for us upon arrival in Venice. She gave us a google map link for which to meet her, we followed her about 30 seconds beyond that point and she escorted us to our 4 bedroom apartment. She was careful to explain how everything worked, wifi access, washing machine and other amenities. She checked in with us after our first day to see that things were ok for us and if we need anything, including travel back to the airport. Nicoletta and her team is 5 star!

This appartement was perfect. We were 3 couples with a baby. Everyone had his place to be comfortable. The appartment was very quiet and near everything. Our host was very kind and she answered quickly to our questions. We will go back again with pleasure

Beautiful apartment a little bit pricy for three nights. But would stay again

Apartment was beautiful and clean. All mod cons and didn't need anything extra. It was cold inside on the first day and we struggled to get it heated but the host was very helpful and it was all ok in the end. Location was near to all sights within walking distance however if we weren't met by the host it would have been very difficult to find as goggle maps wasn't always available on wifi in the small alleyways. Niki was very helpful and explained everything to us about the apartment and was literally at the end of the phone for any advice.

The distance from the water bus was quite a bit, It was very hard for us as we all had suitcases and it took us about 20 minutes to get from the water bus to the apartment dragging our suitcases up and down the many bridges, Definitely not easy especially if you have any physical restrictions. But this is Venice and to be expected.

Been to Venice many times but this was the best

The apartment was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we would have needed if we had decided to cook there. It was better than a hotel because we were able to stay in the living room in the evening. The hostess was very helpful. The location was exception Al , close to the heart of the city but very quiet. I

It couldn't have been better.

Beautiful and classy apartment, very conveniently located, very kind host.

A beautiful place in Venice. It was a joy to stay at Ca'Zacco. Leaving the car at the city entrance and taking the Vaparetto into this mystical town, we were picked up in person by the very kind host Nicoletta who took us through the maze of streets and alleys to the apartment. Lost in time and place we needed a couple of hours to find out that the location of the apartment was just perfect. The apartment itself had spacious rooms, a well-working airconditioning, and a great view on a (busy) canal. We spent ours looking outside. The apartment was just perfect.

Some people complain about the busy, and sometimes noisy canal. It can indeed be, but for us it was part of the Venice-experience. It was a joy to see all kinds of boats pass by. Okay, a bit pricy perhaps, but that's Venice. ;)

Very comfortable apartment in a great location

This is a very generous apartment: we were seven, of which 5 were young, and we never felt crowded. The beds are supercomfortable, the 3 bathrooms don‘t lack anything important, we even washed the towels after our visit to the Lido, just because it was so easy. There may be cheaper homes, but if you need 4 bedrooms and don‘t want to use a Vaporetto after dinner for going home, this accommodation is surpassing. Thank you, Nicoletta!!

Spacious & clean apartment in the heart of Venezia

Ca'Zacco is located in the heart of Venezia, making it the ideal spot to walk to all of the popular sites. It took us less than five minutes to walk to the Rialto bridge and about eight minutes to seek Saint Mark's square. We found it convenient to cook one meal a day due to the well equipped kitchen and close proximity (~300m) to a small grocery store. The apartment is very spacious and wonderfully decorated. I really appreciate all of the amenities that Nicoletta provided during our stay. Ca'Zacco is the nicest apartment we have booked through booking.com, and we are looking forward to returning next spring. I intend to recommend Nicoletta's apartment to all of my friends & family.
