Exceptional

Wonderful location! Staff was friendly. Room was great - we had 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a wonderful rooftop deck. We would have enjoyed the deck more in f our stay wasn’t during the heat wave!

Only issue was that there was a bunch of construction on both sides of the building that started sometimes as early as 7am that was loud at times

great place, Laura, in the front place, is the nicest person in Venice. beside the hot water issue which was minor, all

spacious, well located

the hot water in the shower was running alternately. but I was manageable.

Magical Place

Magical place located close to the top of the surrounding hills of the city of Verona. Attention to the details , the owner will take care of all details to make your experience delightful. Facilities are amazing , a perfect balance classic Italian villa and modern spaces.

Pillows are too soft, I didn't find any other options.

Exceptional Venice Hotel!!

Loved everything about the room, hotel, location. and above all the customer service provided by Lara could not be better. She went out of her way to make arrangements for us, offer the best restaurants, offer suggestions for outings with booking assistance, and her detailed checkin during a rain storm was the sweetest greeting.

This room is not for travellers with lots of luggage bags.. you will have to drag them .. The shower area is also bit crammed

Nice, clean and central accommodation

Well decorated, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the coffee and tea refill every day and the living room adjacent to the rooms

The room was on the small side. we didn’t see any staff for 3 days and our questions about the possibility of leaving our suitcases there were unanswered

We had a fantastic time in Venice and warmly recommend this Hotel!

We received a WhatsApp asking when are we supposed to arrive so that they could prepare the room, We got the room very early ~ 10 o’clock in the morning when we arrived! it was amazing!

most wonderful holiday with a comfortable apartment and great location

great location with comfortable rooms. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful

unfortunately neither TV in the 2 rooms had a decent signal so couldn’t watch, but was the only negative in an otherwise great holiday

Amazing place in the centre of Venice!

it is amazing location in the closest center of town.rooms are super clean and beautifully decorated. staff is polite and very kind. the view is fantastic. we had a great time there!

The room is in good size, location needs to walk around the laneways, a bit too quiet in the evening

The bathroom shower is weak, and the bed is a bit too hard. But their reception always no one, they promised to book a water taxi for us to the airport, when we get down to the lobby, no one there, tried to call them, the phone forward back to the hotel, we have to rush to the pier to get another water taxi t water taxi to the airport in this hot weather with our luggage, exciting but too much for us 😂

Pleasant

I like that it had balcony and was able to see the Gondola going in and out of the hotel. It was close to everything. Walking distance to the famous square.

Didnt like the floor. It was very noisy when youre walking into it. The room was not that big considering there is a separate small room.

Prime location, easy walking distance to everything you want to see in Venice. Very comfortable and clean lodging. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The balcony was more of a big window, not really a balcony you can stand on.
