Perfekte Lage, hervorragende Ausstattung, sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sorgt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Fußweg über direkte Treppenwege zur Bäckerei 5 Min., ebenso zu den Bars und Restaurants.
Zu beachten wäre, dass sich das Dorf Agaete, und somit auch die Unterkunft in Hanglage befindet.

Sonia is a fantastic host.A generous
welcome pack consisting of fruit,wine,chocolates,bottled water and fresh eggs are placed in the apartment for your arrival.The apartment has everything you should want for your stay.This is our second visit (10 days)to this lovely apartment .We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends.

Parkeren kon in de omgeving van het appartement.
Je kon vlot naar de zee wandelen. We maakten ook een mooie wandeling in de vallei van Agaete. Agaete is een mooie locatie

L'appartement est propre et très bien équipé. L'hôte est très accueillante et nous a donné toutes les explications utiles.
Le logement dispose d'une terrasse sans vis à vis avec vue sur la ville. L'emplacement est très bien, pour le stationnement, nous avons choisi le parking en bas de la ville qui n'est qu'à 5mn à pieds. A noter quelques petites attentions que nous avons trouvées en arrivant.

The pictures didn’t do justice to our apartment - it is super spacious, well (newly) furnished and has an amazing view over the mountains, Agaete and the coast with Tenerife visible on good days. Extremely clean apartment with everything you might need, including a variety of products in the bathroom and the kitchen. The owner is super friendly and welcoming and left us a wonderful welcome pack in the apartment. She gave us a lot of tips on what to do in the area and we would have stayed longer if we could.
Wifi was good and we had no problems using it for vacation-use but might not be suitable for digital nomads (9/0.6 Mbps)

A really beautiful view, very friendly and helpful welcome and super clean. The host helped us with some tips and ways to get around, and that was great.
The bed was a little bit small, but that's all I can come up with.

Wonderful and friendly host, and a lovely clean and spacious apartment. The view from the balcony is fabulous, and it's a short walk to Agaete and only another 15 minutes on to the port. We had a great stay

We loved the apartment, which exceeded our expectations. A great space, airy and spotlessly clean. There was even a fully equipped kitchen, with compliments from our generous host, amongst other things freeshly laid eggs, from her own chickens. The best was the beautiful and stunning view, overlooking the old part of Agaete and the mountains.
Our host was very friendly, kind, accommodating and helpful. We had some good chats on WhatsUp
The location was great, a short and charming walk down the small alleys and steps to the square and local bars and restaurant, - and a nice walk to the harbour.
We would love to come back

Sonia was a great host and very helpful. The apartment and facilities were great, the terrace was a lovely place to sit with views over the town, towards the mountain and towards the coast plus after a days walking you could watch the sunset.
We got the bus from San Telmo Las Palmas to Agaete (103) and Sonia gave us clear instructions how to get to the apartment. As there are a lot of steps from the Square to the apartment it may prove a challenge for those with mobility issues, that said its well worth the effort. Would definitely stay here again.

Sonia is a kind, generous and thoughtful host. The apartment is spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable with everything you could need. The balcony has a wonderful view of the town and even the sea in the distance.

We had a great time. The apartment had everything we needed, and was the perfect base for our trip. Sonia is a great host and really looked after us. Our apartment had a large terrace with fantastic views of the sea and to the hills behind the town. It was ideal for us, and would also be great for a family with children. We arrived just as the Christmas celebrations started. The church square is less than five minutes walk and the entertainment certainly enhanced our stay. We had a great time and would certainly return. Thank you Sonia.

Superb location overlooking the village, and lovely views of the mountains. The apartment was excellent - fully equipped, very clean, and very well decorated. It was very comfortable and good enough for a long term stay (home from home). Sonia (the host) was very friendly and accommodating. The Agaete Valley with its coffee plantation's and vineyards is very impressive and well worth a visit.

The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening and watching the sun go down with beautiful views of the mountains and towards the sea.
Sonia was an excellent host and kept us well supplied with eggs from her own hens. She was very friendly and approachable and made sure we were enjoying our stay.
We spent a great week walking along the coast and also up in the mountains. The walk up the Agaete valley was particularly good.
We'd recommend Harizan to anyone!

The owner has thought of everything for the apartment which is very well equipped. We very much enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again. Great communication from Sonia who clearly cares about her guests experience. Lovely sunny balcony with town and sea views, comfy apartment, short walking distance to the village square and about 20 mins walk to Puerto de Nieves.

Sonia is a lovely person and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was very clean, excellent facilities and had everything we needed to relax. Beautiful view over Agaete town, the mountains and sea. Thank you Sonia, we loved our stay with you in Harizan.

Large, comfortable, very clean apartment, recently completely renovated, decorated with good taste. Complete kitchen with ingredients such as rice, coffee, tea, vinagar, oil for salad, drinking water, even beer, a bottle of wine and chocolates. Good wifi. Large windows with view on the village below, mountains and sea. Located ln a beautiful non-touristic little town, 10 minutes walking down to the town centre via a steep walking alley with steps. Free parking in the street. Very friendly and helpful host. Very good communication before and during our stay. She contacted us after our stay explaining we forgot something in the room. Thank you again.
There are (comfortable) stairs to enter the apartment, although this was not a problem for us. We were offered help to carry our luggage.

Spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen, many free toiletres in the bathroom for you to use, home-grown bananas, beer, wine and eggs upon arrival, nice view from the terrace, close to the old part of Ageate.
The bed should have been bigger (we think it was 140x200cm), but we got used to it after one night and slept well.

We had direct contact with Sonia before arrival via Whatsapp so that we could arrange for her to meet us at the time we expected to be arriving. (She even helped to find out if we needed to make dinner reservations for Valentines day before we arrived). Whilst Sonia only spoke a little English and myself very little Spanish, we were able to converse on arrival, as Sonia kindly explained where things were in the apartment and where local amenities were. The apartment is located up from the main town of Agate, so there is a walk with a slight incline on your return from the town if walking. My husband and I did not find this strenuous but if you have any mobility issues you could struggle. The view from the balcony was lovely, to wake up and see the sun rising as we enjoyed our morning coffee, to then enjoy a glass of wine as the sun set over Agaete and the port of Nieves and even watch Agaete light up at night. The balcony gets the sun all day which was lovely to see and enjoy. Whilst we were aware when booking that the apartment was based in Agaete, it is a 10-15 walk to the port of Nieves from the accommodation. It is not a difficult walk, but on one night my husband and I did take a taxi from just outside the main church which cost around 3 Euro's as we were a little tired from our day out. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at the accommodation, but this place is only accessible if you have a car, and be aware you may have to park a couple of streets away from the place. Sonia left plenty of leaflets and flyers with information of places to visit which we found most helpful, in particular I would recommend a visit to the coffee/wine plantation in the heart of the Agaete Valley, gorgeous surroundings, not to mention the coffee and wine tasting! If touring around Gran Canaria and you need somewhere to base yourself for a couple of nights to explore the north this place is ideal.
The pillows seemed to be joined together with one long pillow case, rather than two separate pillow cases which my husband and I found a little uncomfortable at night.

Just perfect! Very big and comfortable apartment with everything you need. The view from the living room is one of the best I had in my hole life during holidays. I regret we spend there only 2 days... :( I wish we could spend there all time, we were in Gran Canaria. And Sonia is the best host, thank you!

We stayed in Sonia's place for a week during the New Year 2022. From the balcony, we had a grand view of the beautiful old town Agaete and a front row seat of the New Year 's Eve fireworks show. Sonia is such a great and friendly host, she kept great communication from before we arrived until we left to make sure we have a smooth stay. Not only the apartment had everything more than we would need, she even sent us champagne and eggs on new year's Eve. This is in addition to the welcome gift of bottles of wine and champagne, eggs and chocolate candies.
We loved the super clean, spacious, functional, and comfortable apartment. WiFi was good even sufficient for Zoom calls. We also loved the location not only for Agaete and the port are in itself a breathtakingly beautiful place but also is a great base to explore the nearby dramatic Tamadaba coastal cliffs, central mountains, and beautiful northern coastal / mountain towns. You will definitely need a car. To sum it up we had a wonderful and memorable time.

The apartment had everything you need. The good kitchen and free WiFi. The lovely Sonia gave us wine, water and some chocolate when we arrived. The apartment is close to the church and the city centre.

Spacious, clean, functional apartment that had everything I needed. Quiet at night except for church bells ringing early in the morning. Great balcony, especially at sunset the view is wonderful. The host was very responsive and was patient and understanding with me being late for check-in.
The interior decoration lacked atmosphere to my taste, but that's purely a matter of subjective taste.

- All the mod-cons were there - including microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, percolator, toaster, flat tv with cable etc etc etc
- The host is fantastic. She met us on arrival to leave the keys and show us around and was always available via WhatsApp when we had any questions.

We had a huge flat, which is about 100qm and has 2 bed rooms, the view from living room is beautiful. The owner is nice and helpful, the communication and handover without problem.

Everything was perfect! Nice welcome by owner Sonia who prepared some canarian gifts for us and gave a lot of recommandations! The place is spacious, clean and comfortable. There is everything that you need! You need cofee, eggs, spices or do the loundry or even aloe balm for burned skin? No problem here! Also beach towels are provided! Also location is great. Few steps from Agaete center and there is back exit that makes the way shorter. And the best is the mountain view! Breathtaking! I recommand Sonia place with all my heart!
