The Grand Panama Beach Resort - a spectacular resort on Panama City Beach. Experience a world all its own...Grand Panama Beach Resort. This magnificent resort opened in August, 2007 on the fabulous shores of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida.

The Grand and Grand Vista Towers are the two buildings that make up this resort. The Grand is the beach front tower where my condo is located and the Grand Vista is the second tower located across the street. The first 5 levels of the Grand Tower is a parking garage (Association fee of $50 for first vehicle, $30 for second vehicle for your entire stay, limit 2) with an above ground bridge walk over to the beach front tower. The remainder of the levels of this tower are condo units. There is also a 2 level open parking for overflow during busy times of the year.

The Grand Panama Beach Resort features state of the art architecture, luxurious accommodations, white sandy beaches and fantastic heated swimming pools.
This nicely decorated two bedroom, two bath unit has lots of added touches. Neutral colors with the beach theme provide a relaxed feel. Located on the 11th floor of the beachfront Grand Tower (unit 1- 1108), the views are spectacular.

The ocean is seen while sitting on the couch, eating at the dining room table or relaxing in the master suite. The balcony looks out over the Gulf of Mexico, the large swimming pool and the downtown lights of Panama City. Located on the east end of the building, the views are not obstructed by other beach developments. All you see are sunrises, sunsets, the beach, the ocean, the lagoon pool, and the landscaped green space.

There is something for everyone no matter how old or how young.

2 small DOGS WELCOME with a one charge $100 fee (for cleaning) when making reservation. At check-in, the association charges $20 per dog and issue a pet identifier for the collar. (Please bring proof of vaccinations). Certain breeds are not permitted so please let me know your pets breed when inquiring.

Great all around! Owner Jim was excellent to communicate with; check in was smooth our condo was perfect. Grand Panama staff was kind and kept grounds and pool clean. Would recommend and we look forward to coming back!

The condo was clean and smelled fantastic . The owner was very informative and helpful. Great experience with him and housekeeping ! The front desk was rude and made the check in process difficult . The elevators were in bad shape and they were at no point all functioning .

We had a great time! Jim was quick to respond and kept up great communication the entire trip. The condo was clean, provided all of the amenities we needed. It does need a refresh of paint and a few cosmetic updates but for us those things in no way took away from our stay. I feel bad that others don’t treat the place better while staying. Wonderful location, host, and view. If we go back to Panama City Beach this is where we will stay.

Condo and resort was very nice. Beautiful view of the Ocean from the bedroom. Living room and balcony. Nice decor in nicely decorated condo. 2 pools in both buildings, and everyone staying there was extra nice. Jim, the owner was the best. He made sure we had everything we needed and texted to check on us throughout the week. Could not have asked for a better host. We had a great time.

James was by FAR the easiest owner I’ve ever dealt with! He is the only owner I’ve personally talked to in my 30 years of coming to PCB! His cleaning lady Joyce was also great! Loved the view and the fact it was dog friendly! 1 complaint, which was not Jim’s fault was the parking at Grand Panama. They are refinishing the concrete and it was very dusty, noisy & limited parking. Also I think a lounger would be nice on the balcony. With a dog, we couldn’t both go to the pool together, & it would’ve been nice to lay out on the balcony. I would also suggest to Joyce that, if possible, next time she cleans she could reach under the furniture & bed with her vacuum, but I’m not complaining about the cleanliness of the unit as a whole because otherwise she did an excellent job! Also kudos to Jim, Joyce & her daughter for solving my TV issue! If you are a couple with kids or a dog or even 4 adults I recommend highly staying in this unit! Tim D.

The property was as pictured. It was a great location. The view of the beach and gulf was amazing. The owner was very responsive to any messages and was concerned that everything was as we expected. The resort staff was friendly, helpful and kept the common areas clean. It was convenient to many places to eat, shop and attractions. We spent most of our time at the beach or pool. The weather was perfect during our stay. I would come again!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful unit. Jim was excellent with all the communication. He even called us a day before the trip to make sure we have everything we need for our stay. He was in constant touch with us throughout to make sure we were comfortable. The property is right on the beach and this unit on the 11th floor had an excellent view of the bay. The place was super clean and very nicely organized. It had everything you need for a great stay. We were 4 adults, three kids and a dog. Everyone had a fun vacation. The pool is clean and the tiki bar had excellent food. We highly recommend this place.

Excellent views, the room had exactly what we needed. Very busy in July... If I had to pick one thing to improve, the master needs a new mattress badly. The old springs or whatever is in there are loud when you move around.

This property is in an excellent location. Overall the unit is very well maintained considering it is right on the beach. The amenities and beach were easily accessible and there were many shops and restaurants close by. Jim was very communicative throughout our entire stay.

This was a very nice condo and we enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of parking in Tower 2 and also in overflow lots. There are also plenty of luggage carts which made it so much easier for checking in and out. Nice pool area as well. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

We had a great time staying at Grand Panama. Great location and kid-friendly. Perfect for any age. The only downside is the wait for elevators since there are only 3 for the whole complex.

I’ve been coming to PCB for about 13 years now and this is by far the best place I’ve stayed. Not only was the room exceptionally clean ( also add that it was ready an hour early) but also the communication with the ACTUAL human owner was amazing. Highly recommend
