House is showing its wear with rugs that can benefit from a cleaning or replacement. Also, walls ready to be painted. It is end of season so perhaps a little tired by a Sept. rental.

Perfect for extended family vacation
This house is perfect for extended family vacation. Everything was exactly as described. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, utensils and spices, which was nice. The game room was a huge plus for us. The adults could visit and catch up upstairs while the kids played games and watched movies in the game room. The utility closet had an assortment of sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and a beach cart. The beach access really is close!! The location and views are wonderful. The owner communicated very clearly and always responded quickly. I highly recommend the property!!

Great Week, Great Location.
Our family enjoyed our time at this rental. The location is fantastic, 30 second walk to the beach, great views from the upper deck of the ocean. The game room was a nice bonus for the kids to play in. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. This is a great rental property!

Love the view
John was quick to get back to me for anything that we needed. The view is spectacular! Love sitting out to the deck to watch the sunrise and just look at the ocean. The walk to the beach was a 2 minute walk which was nice. My family loved it!❤❤ I would diffinitly come back.

Amazing location!
We loved this house. It is our second year here and you just can't beat the location. It is such an easy walk to the beach (the house is in a cul de sac so there was never a concern about cars) and the third story deck off the main room has a decent view of the ocean, which we appreciated. Kitchen was clean (could use some new non-stick pans though) and the beds were good. John was super helpful and made sure we were settled and had everything we needed. The beach itself has amazing waves, great sand and was never crowded. This is a great house for a very reasonable price and seriously, the location is as good as it gets without paying at least twice as much to only be a few steps closer.

Family Home
This was an excellence beach house for our grandchildren (ages 2-8) and adults (ages 37-70). We enjoyed both outdoor decks and being one row back from beach front worked well for us as the walk to the beach was short - 5 minutes at most. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of pots, pans, plates, glasses and mugs to easily accommodate the 11 of us. We were especially pleased to find many sharp knives for food prep and a Foosball Table! The outdoor shower and indoor washer /dryer were very useful. We strongly recommend this house.

Excellent week at Emerald Isle
This was our first trip to Emerald Isle and it couldn’t have been better. Great house, great weather and easy access to all the needs to make for a great week. House was very well stocked with everything needed and more and in great shape, kids loved the downstairs playroom and the 3rd floor deck was great for dinner and drinks! Easy walk to the beach and great outdoor shower to clean up after a day on the beach.

Amazing property a stones throw from the beach!
My family recently stayed at Time and Tide East and it was an outstanding experience. The house was picture perfect with all the amenities that you could ask for. John was a pleasure to deal with and was always very responsive to my texts and e-mails. The location was amazing. We loved relaxing on the top deck and enjoying the view and sounds of the beach. Less than a minute walk to the beach. We had an incredibly relaxing vacation and will definitely stay at this lovely home again!

Perfect 3 generation family gathering spot!!!
My wife and I arranged for this place near the beach for us, our kids, and 5 grandsons. It couldn’t have been better. Great gathering space, yet each family had private space as well. Able to make multiple trips to the beach each day. Close to kid’s attractions, a really good Publix, boat launch... Everything we needed for a GREAT family week together. Thanks John and crew!!!

Great location, great ocean views, roomy cottage. Felt a need to clean when first arrived. Needs updating including the shag carpet. Otherwise enjoyed the vacation rental.

Wonderful vacation
We loved the house, and the location. I absolutely recommend. We did not have people renting the other half of the house, and we loved that. It may not have felt so private if that half had been occupied. Already miss the ocean!

Felt like home
This is a wonderful 2nd row home with an amazing view from the third level deck and another deck on the 2nd floor master bedroom was awesome as well. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with all tools needed for making a meal.

We enjoyed our stay in the house. It had plenty of room for our family. A great location being close to the beach. We did find ants in the master bath room on the very first day and on a couple of other days.

Great place!
I booked this house for a spring break trip to include six adults and six children (under the age of 5). The house is on a cul de sac and is a super short walk to the beach walkway, so amazing with small children! No walking across a busy street with snacks and sand toys in tow! The kitchen had everything we needed. The view was magnificent! Would definitely recommend this place! Communication with owners was quick and easy!

Framily beach trip 2019
The house had plenty of room for the 10 adults and 3 children. It is nice being in the cul-de-sac so the kids and guys could play games. The carport was perfect for the rainy day we had. Well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Clean and the owners were easy to get in touch with.

Lovely home with easy beach access
We had ten adults stay very comfortably in this wonderful home. I think it's always tough to tell online just how close a house is to the beach, but this really is literally across the street - just a short walk down the access path. We would definitely return to this property for any future trips to Emerald Isle!

The living space is on third floor which makes for a great ocean view, but be aware if you have anyone that may have issues with stairs.

Wonderful house for extended family vacation
My extended family does a fishing trip at Emerald Isle every other year. This year, Hurricane Florence severely damaged the house we had originally rented and I was scrambling trying to find another house just 6 weeks before our vacation. I found Time and Tide East on VRBO and we feel so blessed that we did. It was a great house! The location is just a couple of miles from Emerald Isle which is convenient for grocery store runs, etc. The house is exactly like the pictures online except that it is more spacious than the pictures look. We had 11 people for part of the week and 8 people for the rest of the week and had plenty of room. There are 4 full baths that are all very large. The house was exceptionally clean. It has a reverse floor plan plus it is up on a hill which means the view is amazing. There is a game room on the first floor with couches, TV, and a foosball table. We had a few rainy days and my 11 year old son had a blast beating everyone else at foosball. When all eleven of us were there, the cousins slept in the game room so they had their own hang out space. The current owner, Victor, was great to work with. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to spend a little down time on Emerald Isle.

This property is amazing, clean, easily accessible, close to the everything you'd need, spacious, and has an incredible view! Victor was an extraordinary host as well. He was extremely helpful and communicative even on very short notice. Seriously, dont stay anywhere else in Esmerald Isle!

A week on Emerald Isle
My family was impressed with our rental. EverythIng was there as promised and we enjoyed the beautiful ocean view! We were especially impressed by how well all switches and drawers were labeled. This is a great help going into a rental for the first time. Easy beach (what was left of it) access was important to the younger ones so that was a plus also. Communication beforehand was excellent. Instructions as to what we should do before our departure were clear and in writing. A big help! All in all a good family vacation topped off by a beautiful wedding at the Watson House.

This home is the most well equipped rental we have ever stayed in. The kitchen has everything and anything you would ever need. The house was in a great location with a beautiful view of the ocean. I enjoyed a cup of coffee with the sunrise ever morning. Well worth the money and I will definitely be staying here again with my family. Emerald Isle is a beautiful beach.

We had a wonderful three night stay in this beautiful home. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. The upstairs living/kitchen area is so bright and the view of the ocean is great. The master bedroom is very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The kids had so much fun playing with the foosball table in the downstairs room. The walk to the beach was short and the cul de sac had very little traffic. Victor was great by answering any questions we had and even called the day of checkin to make sure we got in alright. I would definitely recommend staying in this home!
