My crew was very happy with their time here. Thank you

My family of four stayed in this property for a couple of nights in June after a Yellowstone trip. It is a very spacious, clean, comfortable and well-appointed property. Everything was as-advertised, or better. The photos look great on-line, and that’s exactly what we got - no surprises from wide angle lenses or clever choice of perspective. We had everything we could have needed and everything we used worked great. The views from this unit are amazing, especially the mountain vistas from the hot tub. The town and ski areas are, as expected, quiet and uncrowded in early summer, which is exactly what we wanted. The property is also very conveniently located to the Beehive Basin trail - a justifiably popular hike. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

This is a very nicely appointed condo in a fantastic location. It’s just steps from the iron horse lift and you can ski to about 20 yards from the door at the end of the day. Highly recommended.

Very open space great for skiing with the family. Well equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook full meals. Very responsive help when a few issues arose.

The location of the unit for skiing was great! It was also mostly well stocked (except for dishwasher soap and tissues) and clean. Lots of things broken, though--2 toilet paper holders half-way off the wall, blind on doorwall to hot tub broken. Also, communication with management company was challenging--I tried to ask about parking spaces via text, with no response, even though I received a text about check-in, etc. Oh, and NO TISSUES anywhere! Toilet paper and paper towel were like sandpaper.

Good location with ski-in and ski-out. Home needs general maintenance and repairs. Hot tub did not work the entire time we were there which was the primary reason we booked here. Team didn't communicate with us and eventually after 3 days said it won't be fixed. Not happy.

This was a great condo for 4 old college buddies to ski, cook and reminisce from. The slope- side access was great because we got on and off easily and quickly every day. We never ate out, but instead had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the condo. Beds were comfortable. Verify clean as well.
The kitchen equipment, pots, pans etc was all excellent for cooking most meals. There was a decent supply of some dry spices ( salt, pepper, etc) olive and cooking oils.
It could have been a 5-star rating except for a few maintenance issues as follows: hot tub cover is still broken ( works but is difficult to handle), has fireplace remote control didn’t seem to function properly so we were able to only get a fire going on two of four evenings ( lots of attempts). large blinds in queen bedroom did not function, thereby making egress to hot tub difficult. Also a few more minor items like bathroom toilet paper holders that were broken.
Overall still very happy with the other aspects of the condo and I would recommend it.

Views are fantastic and plenty of room to spread out . I love the mud room right when you enter to take off all snow gear!

Location and views were fabulous. Quiet; easy drive to Base Camp, lifts, dining and shopping.
A few frustrating things: dryer did not work well, hot tub cover falling apart and spent hours trying to get tv to work (multiple cords that were disconnected) - never got it to work correctly.
Overall, we had a great stay but for the cost I would think everything should be in working condition.

This condo at Saddle Ridge exceeded our expectations. Everything was so comfortable and newly updated. Would definitely recommend and return to this beautiful place.

Staying here was OK, but not great.
For $500/night in the summer - it had better be great. I stayed here with my wife and 2 kids who are 18, 21 y/o. In our room, when we arrived, we noticed there was a coat hook and 2 screws on the bedside table (unfinished repair....but where?) - so we contacted VACASA (since we did not want an add'l damage fee). As we settled in, the more we looked around, the more we noticed 1.) cover to hot tub, ripped, 2.) shade in Master Bath would not close (yes, people could see in), 3.) shade in guest room would not go up/down (to get to hot tub) and the pull cord eventually broke, 4.) front door lock didn't work - and some other smaller stuff. Each time we contacted VACASA, we rec'd no response. Overall, the place was comfy, well appointed, nice view, nice hot tub - but this is not what I expect for THAT rate (including fees).
If I owned this place, I would fire VACASA tomorrow.

This was our first stay in Big Sky and we were very impressed by the town and the surroundings. Super simple drive to either Bozeman or to Yellowstone. We loved walking around the streets of Moonlight Basin. Lots of wildlife and stunning views for miles.
My complaints are twofold. 1) There was next to zero communication about the unit and the area. Would have been very helpful for there to have been a welcome booklet or instructions on what's available in the area or how to use things in the unit. I contacted Vacasa weeks prior to my trip and never got a response on questions I had. I also called and did not get any answers from the agents. That was disturbing. We had to search to find the trash receptacle (it's a chained unit to the left of the lodge) and we also didn't know if we could eat in the lodge. 2) The unit needs a bit of love and attention. Several of the blinds were broken, including the one in the primary bathroom that faces the street. Very uncomfortable to be getting dressed in front of an open window. We also had troubles getting the oven to work but there was no one to communicate about this with. Previous guests left messages about the washer and dryer not working so we did not use it even though we had planned on using it. Two of the treads on the stairs leading from the foyer to the kitchen are loose and that was risky.
I think it's a great complex and the unit would be great with a little attention.

The property was very clean with plenty of household items provided. However, there was no communication on what to do with the trash when emptying the house containers when they are full. This is important in an area where there are bears around . Also, there were no instructions on how to use the Direct TV. We could not get it to work during our stay.

Amazing view
The condo was perfect for our needs. It was very well stocked and the views from the deck were amazing.
My only negatives were that I had sent a message about payment and no one ever responded. FYI - the dryer was not really drying the wet clothes.

Great ski-in, ski-out townhome
We loved the easy access to Iron Horse—perfect for stopping in for lunch. Hot tub was a treat at the end of long ski days. Comfy beds with overall great layout. Close to town for stocking up on groceries at Roxy’s. Would stay here again!

It was Ok
Place was very clean.
Hot tub needed to have the breaker switch flipped and it was in a locked maintenance closet. no one ever came after contacting managers to fix it so we didn’t have the hot tub .

Great home and perfect location
This was a great spot for a family trip. Comfortable and perfectly located for ski on/ski out. The home had all we needed, and the private hot tub was a plus. The beds were super comfortable too. Love Big Sky and would stay here again.

Great Location and Beautiful Views!
This was our first time to Big Sky and this condo was perfect for 2 families. Great location next to the Iron Horse lift and beautiful views from the decks. Games, Bluetooth speaker and the kitchen had everything you need. We would definitely come back again!

Great location!
True ski in/out condo, a short walk to the slope down to Iron Horse lift. Hot tub was a great amenity after a day on the slopes. Very clean and stocked with paper products, etc

Saddle Ridge is A OK
Given the $$, it has to be perfect. The one negative mark is it took 3 days for someone to come look at the TV to fix the Amazon Firestick. It was fixed, but from that moment, DirectTV stopped working. All else good!

Picturesque views
Beautiful property, great accommodations. Would have been helpful to know the resort was closed and under construction. The washing machine didn’t work 😩 but everything else was great!

Great weekend get away spot
We loved everything about this location and house. The area was quiet and secluded. The house was very nice and had all amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was close to the town area as well as a little over an hour from Yellowstone.

Outstanding experience. the condo was super clean, nice quality furniture, full kitchen with quality cookware, all the extras need to cook, clean hot tub...I could go on and on. It was the best condo I have ever rented from Disney World to Jackson Hole.

Great get-away with easy access to hiking, Bozeman, & Yellowstone
Our group was comprised of two couples. We loved the fact that two of the bedrooms were “en suite.” Plenty of space and plenty of privacy. The hot tub was great - clean, well appointed, separate towels. The living and kitchen area are very well appointed. We did call about the status of the dryer (there was a note on it upon arrival that said it wasn’t working), a young man came to assess it. He said perhaps the washing machine was not spinning right and leaving the clothes too wet. I would recommend both need to be checked out. If you call for something - you’re calling Vacasa (which you don’t realize it’s a Vacasa booking until after you book) - not a big deal, but it’s talking to a third party , not an owner. The Big Sky area is beautiful. Hiking in the summer is easy to access - we did the Beehive 7 mile hike (3.5 in and out) and Ousel Falls Park Trail (2 miles in and out). Enjoy!

Wonderful townhome. Great views. Not cheap but worth it to us for a few days.

Beautiful Home!
Spacious with lots of natural light and several bedrooms and bathrooms which was great for our family of five. The kids loved the outdoor hot tub as well! The ONLY reason I can’t give this 5 stars is due to the fact that the TV wasn’t working and washing machine left close very wet and took forever to dry them. We were really there to explore outdoors but it would have been nice to watch some shows together in the evenings. Overall it is a beautiful, comfortable home.

Hot tub and 3 bathrooms
This was an exciting upgrade when our cabin add maintenance issues. Tons of room for our family of 6 to spread out. So relaxing to go in the hot tub and nice to be able to do laundry before going back on the road. Amazing views.
