Plenty of room

We enjoyed the home. We thought are plans would be ruined. Less than 20 hours before we were planning to leave for our trip. We found out the home we rented had water damaged.. The Vacasa team stepped up and found us another rental. And it was amazing. Even though we were only able to go to the beach one day. We still enjoyed the pool. I will definitely recommend renting this home.
Thank you so much.

The home accommodated our party generously. Few housekeeping issues like dead pest and fruit flies hanging around the disposal. Otherwise, the home was clean except for the carpeted areas which could use a cleaning. Trash pickup was confusing since no one from vascasa came to take it out to the appropriate location.
4.2
The downstairs air conditioner doesn’t work and there were many kitchen items that were broken. The house is great but the parking situation is terrible.

This house was perfect for our long weekend with our large family. Each couple had their own bedroom, with large comfortable beds, and their own bathroom. The downstairs area was HUGE and perfect for gathering all of us together.
Check in was super easy and the host responded very quickly.
The location of the house is perfect! Right by the beach and “downtown” Port A - all accessible by car or golf cart.
My only complaints are: the outdoor shower was broken and unusable. There was a hose that we could hose off with though, so not that big of a deal. And the kitchen sink sprayer was broken as well. Again, not a huge deal as you could still use it and the dishwasher was great.
All in all, great house. Very comfortable!

Place was clean and spacious. Great location. Only problem we had was the pullout couch in the downstairs master was broken. We pulled the mattress onto the floor

Overall very enjoyable. Beds in the two small bedrooms were very uncomfortable. No shampoo or bath soap.

We love this house. We have stayed here before. It is very clean and comfortable. However, the pool/hot tub was non-functional again. The last time I stayed here a few years ago, I had to repair the pool pump myself. If you are going to advertise a pool/hot tub, especially the hot tub part,It needs to be working. Some of the full-time residences there said the owner doesn’t want to fix it because it’s too expensive. That’s not good. We may be looking at other options next time.

Overall, it was a nice townhome and for the areas that mattered, it was clean. I really appreciated the all white bedding that seemed fresh and relatively new. I hate when places don’t update the bedding and they have the old floral bedding that looks like it’s been there for 20+ years. So, great move on the all white bedding.
The house had everything we needed and plenty of room for our family- which included two married kids, one with a baby and a teenager with a friend- though stairs are really steep so that was a bit of a challenge with an 19th month old who constantly wanted to climb them. But that was our issue, not the home owners. Just something to note for those bringing little ones.
There are lots of bathrooms and that was nice! Almost all of us had our own bathroom.
Overall the house was clean in all the places that mattered. I’d suggest some clean up and organization of some areas- garage, cabinets and pantry. Those things can make a place feel less clean but I’d assume that’s mostly due to an influx of renters.
I’d also talk to whoever manages the complex. There was trash everywhere, lots of which was blown up on the property and was the first thing we saw as we entered. It’s too nice of a townhome to have your first impression be the trash outside.
Pool area was clean but lacked lounge chairs so there was no place to sit.
While we were close to the beach, there wasn’t easy access. There was one path that was marked no trespassing. There was another pass but it was overgrown with grass burrs so not easy to walk. Again, just logistics but something that other renters may want to know beforehand.
Thanks for hosting us and we hope we left the place in as good a condition as we found it.

This condo was great! It was close to the beach, had a pool and was so clean! Having a garage was a plus so we could store our beach items. The kids loved the stairs!! Us older ones had a few achy knees, but overall it was awesome!!!!

Fantastic quiet Getaway
This place is great! Lovely on the inside. My son loved all the stairs. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. Very close to the beach. We rented a golf cart which made things super easy. Would recommend bringing bug spray. We didn’t expect the mosquitoes to be so bad. All the local stores were out. Absolutely loved this place and will definitely come back. Thank you for sharing your home

COVID getaway
We enjoyed a low key week in the midst of the pandemic. Because if COVID, it wasn’t a typical vacation taking in all the local restaurants and businesses have to offer. The house is close to beach access which was great during the vehicle access restrictions over the holiday weekend. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and eating in. The house was clean and provided plenty of space for our group of eight to relax.

Lots of room
We stayed two nights in Padre and enjoyed our time there. The condo has everything you would possibly need. It didn’t however have enough sheets for the pull out couch in the bottom bedroom. Two of the drains wouldn’t drain. There is no emergency number to call and their Vacasa line no one answers. I was on hold forever. We shared showers. My grandson left his stuffed animal and same thing...no one answers after I was holding for 45 minutes. I sent a text and no reply. It is right across the street from the beach so very convenient.

Clean and plenty of room
It had plenty of room for everyone! Very clean and beautiful home!!

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Huge waste of money
Loved the space this unit provides. 4 bedroom and 4.5 baths made it possible for everyone to have their own space.

Corpus trip
Loved the close access to the beach.

Great house for a large group. Only suggestions are more blankets and better pots and pans. Will definitely stay here again! Close to beach and pool was awesome!

Power out
Stay was not good. House was nice but Power out for 2 days. It was in the 100s and 90 in the house.

What a week!
The good; beach water clean, no jellyfish. Beach house large and well laid out, nice patio's on each level, manager accessible and good, a/c very good. The bad; toilet would not flush and after handyman unable to fix a plumber fixed on day #3, the floor rug is glued to the floor and as the edges rolled up daily it tripped our toddler's multiple times causing them to crash onto the floor, the baby gates did not work to block the stairs, a few beds are good and a couple are back breakers, the garbage cans were full to the brim upon arrival and pick up day was at the end of our week so we had to place stinking garbage bags in our garage all week, the owner has multiple things stored in the garage making it a one car garage and told us to park well away from the house, the beach is across the street and a blocks walk on sand. Bottom line: I wish someone before me would have given this honest review because I would not have stayed there. I will not stay there again, nor would I recommend it to a friend.
4.2
Very nice place it had a lot of stairs.
Wish the master bed room hot tub jet would have worked without me having to hold the button in the hole time. Bbq pit was dirt. The downstairs frig didn't work. But other then that it was a nice stay.
4.2
Perfect
The place was by far a great experience and very comfortable!

Beautiful and Well Appointed
From the outside, you wouldn't expect to enter such a well appointed home. The owners clearly took care of decorating each corner of this beautiful condo. Plenty of space for our family of 8. (4 children + grandparents) We were all able to have our own area to spread out and relax. The kids enjoyed the use of some of the beach toys, and we enjoyed the use of the chairs. This is clearly a beloved beach escape for the owners family. There are a few little pictures of the family here and there. The only cons I had were that when I rent a house My biggest hook is a hot tub. I thought I would at least have access to a shared hot tub at this property, However it was totally freezing. I messaged my contact who attempted to contact the HOA to find out if we could get it running hot, They were told that it went out a month ago and there was no plan to fix it until the weather turned cold. Let me tell you, in the evening when the wind blows and there is next to zero visibility fog... It is cold. I was greatly displeased. My back up plan was to soak in the master bathrooms jetted whirlpool bath tub. Well, in order for the jets to work, I had to keep the button pressed the entire time. My thumb is still sore from my ridiculous attempts. I doubt that many people reading this will mind a cold "hot" tub, or a non-working jetted tub, but it did bum me out. The only other thing to note is that you do cross a good sized street to get to the beach access. I don't know why I didn't notice that at first, but looking closer at the balcony picture you will see it. I thought it was just a parking lot. It is a little farther that it looks. Still completely accessible. I'd suggest renting a golf cart if you plan to go back and forth much. There is a golf cart rental just about a block away from the condo.

Beautiful
Perfect location for my family. Close access to the beach, perfect for a family who plans on cooking meals. Not many close resturants options. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. I would say thought that the very personal family photos placed around the home made us feel slightly weird. As if someone was going to walk in and ask what were we doing in their home.
