The condo in Watercolor was wonderful- great location and access to all Watercolor has to offer. The condo is perfect for a family of four with smaller kids that will share a pull out sofa or a couple. We will definitely be back!

Great week away
The distance to the beach and Watercolor beach club was fantastic as were the convenience of the bikes at the property. We just wish it was explained a bit better that there were no inside stairs between the units and wished there had been communication prior to when contractor/handymen stopped by to assess some windows on the first floor and asked if they could come inside to see it from the inside… but otherwise everything worked out and we had a great week!

We love staying at Watercolor & chose this condo specifically for the upstairs balcony where the sunsets were amazing! And honestly this was the best part about the condo. When we entered there was definitely a musty smell that another guest had mentioned. It is in need of updating regarding decor & appliances & bathrooms. With the cost of the rental we were a bit disappointed over all. 360 Blue was very attentive & called several times to see if we needed anything so that was great

360 Blue is a terrible organization. Communication is terrible, cleaning crew was terrible
When we scheduled our vacation we stated we were coming from New Jersey and asked to gain access into the property early. Our flights were early. We were told yes we could. We arrived and called and we were told by a representative of 360 blue to check back at 230 it was finishing up being cleaned. We called again and were told by Brittany, ( she said she was the boss,) that no we could not. She said it was not cleaned. So we had no choice but to wait. Bad timing, bad information, we just rolled with it. We were in the parking lot when the 2 cleaning women arrived. TALK ABOUT APPALLING!!!! With COVID especially. These 2 women carried in a roll of paper towel, a bottle of spray cleaner and 2 rags. I TOOK PICTURES so can back up my account of the details. They were inside less than 15 min. Then stood out front on their phone. They left with the same supplies they came in with. When we finally gained entry to the condo...well lets just say it was not clean. Thats putting it nicely. I purchased cleaning supplies to clean the bathrooms and kitchen. I even checked the closet to see it there were other cleaning supplies they could have used in addition to the one bottle of spray. NOTHING Folks Im not sure how much you pay 360 blue for the care and cleaning of your property... but it was bad. The glass top table was filthy and full of sand. The floors were sticky, there were black finger print marks all over the bathroom door on the main floor. How do you rent a condo to anyone in that condition? We are in the middle of a PANDEMIC and that is 360 Blues idea of cleaning? I WILL NEVER STAY AT ONE OF THESE PROPERTIES AGAIN! Yes... one would ask why didn't we call..... BRITTANY the self proclaimed boss was little help when we arrived so my expectation was low. There were no instructions what to do with the trash if you were in a condo...the instruction sheet appeared to be geared more towards folks who rented homes. Half of our stay, there were white trash bags from another renter sitting by the walkway. They were there at least 3 days. On the balcony outside the master bedroom were...what could have been lovely chase lounge chairs. The cushions were completly shredded and filthy. This was our first BAD experience renting through VRBO. The resort was lovely. The 360 Blue management company could care less.....and its reflected in every aspect of communication we had with them from initial contact to the cleanliness of the condo.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was in a great location. Short walk to the beach and access to all the pools. The FOOW restaurant was INCREDIBLE! Super easy process for checking in too. We will definitely be back!(:

Perfect Location
We’ve been coming to Watercolor with our kids for the past few years, but this time decided to come down WITHOUT the kids for a long weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. You can’t beat the location - right across the street from the Beach Club and FOOW. The new pools are awesome and the beach/water was the nicest I’ve seen it in years. The condo itself was nice, but we had a few issues during our stay. The issues were minor and were shared with the property manager, but overall, we had a great stay. Hope to be back (with or without kids) very soon!

Excellent location, cute condo w/some issues that could have been easily fixed
Cute 2 floor condo in Watercolor in perfect location to beach club w/a small view of the Gulf. We would’ve rated this condo a 5 star if it weren’t for some minor issues. Downstairs ceiling fan didn’t work & same tech came twice to assess & fix. Guy had such an attitude & don’t understand why come twice to fix & doesnt. A/C unit was leaking so much water at times a full pitcher in less than an hour. But did have a drainage so I guess that was ok but could’ve easily communicated that it’s normal??? Last called in major problem w/ants mainly in the kitchen w/times 100s crawling in & our kitchen cabinets. Sent them pics of it & never got a call back after 3 messages. We just dealt with it as wanted to enjoy our vacation. The condo clearly has some issues & definitely need to be remedied for the next renters.

Great condo and location. We loved biking everywhere and short walk to the beach club. Having beach chairs in the condo was helpful as there is extra charge for chair service at the beach club.
Pull out sofa is almost unusable as bed - please consider replacing it.

We loved the location! Master was awesome, bikes were nice, beach club is amazing.We want to strongly suggest you replace the pull out couch. The pull-out and the couch itself are unbearable to sleep on. We also had an issue with the dishwasher not probably cleaning the dishes.

We had the most amazing baby moon over a long weekend! The condo was clean and luxurious with every amenity you could ask for. The location is exceptional - convenient to restaurants and shops and the beach club was a stone’s throw away. Thank you for a great weekend!

We took a few days as a family of 4 to our favorite spot on 30a - seaside:) this was our first time staying at watercolor. The unit was overall very nice with a couple of blips. The sleeper sofa was not at all usable but we called and were sent an air mattress which was appreciated. We had some plumbing problems when we first arrived - the upstairs sink was clogged.. but we called and it was fixed promptly. The upstairs toilet did not work very well and so we called and someone came out. That issue was not fixed and so we were down to one bathroom to use at that point.

Labor Day Weekend Trip
This home was very nice with great views and had everything you need in a home! It is very close to the beach house. The location is perfect to get to all the other beaches and towns in no time. It's also right around the corner from Seaside, where the food trucks are amazing! We highly recommend this property. Working with 360 Blue was very easy as well. They were always very helpful.

Small piece of heaven
This was our second time staying in this property. It is a 1 bedroom upstairs and downstairs is den with pullout sofa (however we brought blowups this visit bc pullout was excrutiatingly uncomfortable.) The kitchen and bathroom is also downstairs, along with a porch. Location is key, right off of 30A, next to beach club, Watercolor shops and restaurants. We had an issue with a window and it was promptly looked after and fixed. Look forward to going back!

We were with the 4 of us and had an awesome experience. What a beautiful place and everything is at hand! It’s also a big plus that the location is in Watercolor center and a short bike ride from Seaside.

It is a wonderful property where you can see the ocean from the top balcony. We enjoyed our time for 3 nights. There were two moms and two daughters.
The only thing we noticed is the blinds are very worn. There are many windows so you have to close them at night. Other than that everything was perfect.
