Walk to Everything! This stylish 2BR corporate apartment is bright and spacious. It is a quiet top floor apartment that has great city skyline views and right on the Atlanta Beltline across from Ponce City Market. Walking distance to coffee shops and lots restaurants.
*This is a corporate apartment with a 31-60 day minimum. Monthly rent varies depending on term and season.

The Space:
This large apartment is bright and inviting, with a fully updated kitchen and new furniture. It features high ceilings, outdoor seating on the balcony, pillow top mattress, central air conditioning, washer / dryer, walk in closet, soaking bath tub / shower, dining seating for 4, and high speed wifi. The location also offers guests access to the pool, gym, game room, and outdoor grilling area.
**If you smoke anything in this unit you will lose your security deposit!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all areas of the community including pool, gym, and game room access.
The Neighborhood:
Ponce is one of Atlanta's oldest neighborhoods. It's a unique mix of homes, businesses, shopping, and nightlife. This is a very walkable area of the city, offering visitors dozens of food and entertainment options within a few minutes walk. Ideal transportation is walking, biking, or using Lyft/Uber. They are fast and cheap in Atlanta.
