Location was within walking distance of train station and the pier where we took the ferry to Positano and Amalfi for the day. Tomas was very friendly, helpful and accommodating in letting us leave our luggage early in the morning so we could take off for our planned activities and luggage was in room when we got back. Very clean and was nice that it had a full kitchen with fridge although we didn't use it as we only stayed one night it would be beneficial to those staying longer. Tomas did have a very large, cold bottle of water in the fridge waiting for us when we returned in the evening. Great value for the price. We stayed only one night on Aug 4th, 2023.
There was a lot of construction renovation being done on the interior of the building. Don't know how long before they finish but it was extensive & very noisy when we arrived and unappealing visually. We were gone the entire day so it didn't bother us and for the budget friendly price I still would have booked it even if I was aware beforehand. It was a little confusing getting into the building. Because it is so close to the train station you can hear the trains passing at night. It didn't bother us as we are heavy sleepers but might be an annoyance if your sensitive to noise or a light sleeper.

7th floor with a little sea view. Apartament close to the bus station, to the centre, old town and to the sea side.
Very clean, very comfortable with a nice small kitchen.
The owner, Thomas, very kind and helpful.
Close to the train station so a little bit of noise of trains but we got used to this very quickly:)

Very nice place to stay, well located and very clean.

We could walk to ferry terminals, train station and town centre.
The location was really handy, although we could hear the trains through the night. The curtains are not blackout, which is great for early rises. The shower base is cracked and has mould. Breakfast is a voucher for a coffee or juice with a brioche or croissant. (Typical Italian breakfast) No toaster, as listed. Parking is difficult to find and usually not available. Sofa cover looked uninviting, and the TV was tempramental, having to reset it several times. Access is through a staircase and then an old lift to the 7th floor. The host Thomasso was very nice and kept a parking spot for our arrival.

Everything! Thomas was very helpful. He saved a parking place for us on the street and welcomed us with candies...
The room was spacious and comfortable.

the stay was very short but nice, our last night in Italy before we travelled back home. Tommasio the host is super nice and helpful! the place is very close to the train station' and have free parking around. very clean!
if you are looking for a place close to city center this isnot it

More a large comfortable apartment than a hotel room. Street parking available outside. Thomas stayed in contact through WhatsApp and was very helpful. We were given Breakfast Vouchers and went to a cafe about 100 metres away each morning. The attractive sea front, with numerous bars and restaurants, was only a 5 minute walk away.
The apartment was on the 7th floor of the large apartment building. It looked like the building exterior was being renovated & it was clad with scaffolding. I'm sure this was temporary but I probably wouldn't have booked it had I known. The "balcony with sea view" is, strictly speaking, correct but somewhat generous. The sea was largely hidden by high rise buildings and it wasn't very nice sitting on the balcony because it was very narrow and overlooked busy railway lines.

clean and well equipped, had a great stay
Location was great in some ways but as mentioned it is close to train tracks so there is some noise through the night

Really nice room, comfy bed, nice bathroom and kitchen. It’s close to the train and bus station so makes checking out the Amalfi coast nice and easy.
It’s really noisy because it’s so close to the train station. The kitchen didn’t have a microwave which is really weird in the 21st century. Also we didn’t get any breakfast, although it was advertised as tho we would.

the host is very kind and helpful. The location is about 8 minute
walk from the station, and a 10 minute walk to Salerno Concordia., it has a supermarket around the corner
and an ATM, bike rent in the area. it’s very convenient. The room
itself is very spacious! it’s even better than we imagined. It was very clean
and comfortable. The Airconditioning works perfectly fine.
Also the kitchen is perfect! Everything worked like it should.
this place is highly recommended and we might even comeback if we ever visit Salerno again.
These werent MAJOR problems for us just a headsup.
The balcony does not have a door from this room. You’ll
have to climb through the window. We are young so we did not mind at all.
The TV is also smaller and far away if you’d like to watch from the bed.
it does not have a speaker so the sound is not as good.
The walls are a little bit thin, we got a concert from the neighbourh haha.. 😂
There are so much more + points. Overall we highly recommend this studio.

Great location close to the beach, 10 minutes from the train station and ferry terminal.
Room was clean and spacious. Everything worked as expected. Great interaction with the host.
Can't think of anything.

It is really hard to find nowadays such an amazing host as Tommaso! Everything was perfectly explained, breakfasts in the nearby cafeteria very tasty and all the available equipment- exactly as it supposed to be.
Also location of the apartment is very nice - just couple steps to the beach, 10 minutes to train station and less than 5 minutes to the bus stop, where from you can go directly to Amalfi, Naples, Arechi castle or any other interesting location around.
I definitely recommend this apartment and especially Tommaso!
Greetings!

The room was well equipped and secure,
With a comfortable bed, the location about 15 min walk to old town with restaurants and a few bars dotted around, beach just across the road close to a very reasonably priced supermarket,
Good location if you want to tour the Amalfi.
Thomas was very helpful.
You are also close to harbour 10 minutes walk
For boat trips.
NOISE you are very close to busy railway that runs pretty much all night, busy road at side but surprisingly that wasn't to bad, however i have never been given ear defender's before by the owner of an accommodation
Door to balcony difficult to lock properly.
Some noise from adjoining neighbours thin walls.
(Beach was close but not particularly clean but that has nothing to do with the owner of the apartment)
There is free car parking close by but very hit and miss other than that pay €1 per hour

Very nice and clean studio with kitchen. felt spacious and very comfortable. Had the home feeling. The breakfast were at the coffee shop near by, with amazing croissants to choose from.

Great location for exploring Salerno, Amalfi Coast or Napoli. Close to the center.
We were able to park in front of the building.

Very clean room with all the amenities you need for a perfect family vacation. Tommaso was very helpful and friendly.
The location next to the train was a bit noisy, but didn't disturb us.

Location is good, very near to the sea front although it's a short walk to the centre where there are restaurants and shops. Parking is convenient - right outside the apartment building and free of charge. The owner was extremely helpful given that we only booked 2 hours before arriving and was very pleasant.
Everything was fine
4.5
The place is great very clean and with all you need from a decently sized studio flat. The host was very cooperative and assisted us with we needed or asked.
Not much. Possibly it is slightly away from the old town 30min but as described and expected. And it is a nice passegiata, too.
