Poor
Well equipped kitchen.
No hand soap,no hair dryer,no welcoming tea or milk, Only one small hand towel and two small low quality bathroom towels, but most disappointing was the lack of parking and the misinformation provided. There was no free parking available, double yellow lines on the street and the only free parking longer than 60 minutes was a 20 minute walk away.no fun in the rain.property is poorly maintained.

Dirty With No Maintenance ... Shame On Owners!
The cottage location relative to town centre and amenities is good. Residential area is nice.
Owners have not addressed any long standing negative comments from clients. They attempt to disguise dirt and lack of maintenance as 'shabby chique'. Disappointing that owners could not care less. Cottage has lots of potential but not been maintained for years. Never had deep clean given the dust and cobwebs in our opinion. The reviews are all accurate. We read them and made the choice to book anyway ... so more fool us. It wasn't so bad we had to leave, but certainly would NOT recommend. BEWARE!!!

Poor
Location great. Could be a lovely cottage.
More shabby than chic . Didn’t feel it was as clean as should be so didn’t feel comfortable at all. Decking outside was filthy so not inviting to sit out. Lots of cobwebs . Needed a good spring clean.

Great little place
What a gorgeous little cottage! Really pretty, comfortable and clean place. Very well equipped kitchen, spacious living area and sun trap of a terrace and garden. Perfectly placed for exploring. Parking only 2-3 mins away and really not a problem. We'd definitely stay here again.
Really wasn't anything we didn't like.

Very poor
The position of the cottage
It was very dusty cobwebs everywhere . The Stairs to the 2nd bedroom were unsafe it was very damp plaster falling off the walls . The patio doors at back were warped that much it was impossible to open & then lock We ended up only staying one night & Sykes cottages were very difficult to deal with but eventually moved us the following day

Exceptional
Good location, great downstairs area for entertaining and relaxing, nice little terrace and garden, good communication and easy check in/out Owners explained that they were making some updates to the property in the future which will be interesting to see as they have good taste in decor. The property is down a quiet side street and as a result it was peaceful and free of any traffic noise. The decked area outside was private which was a nice bonus.

Charming, comfortable and convenient
Charming little oasis right in the town. Beautiful beach nearby for mornig dog walks. Superb base for all the things we wanted to do and see (e.g. Port Meirion, Carnarfon, Abersoch)
