Comfortable and perfectly situated for an overnight stop or short break.

I chose this property as it was very close to the bus station(5-10min walk). It was close to bars restaurants and the old centre was within easy walking distance with the cathedral. The welcome was warm , the room clean and comfortable, fresh towels . The only slight drawback was the busy road outside which could be heard during the night but earplugs and great night’s sleep.

I liked the property but fyi it is on the second floor and you need to take the lift or walk up the stairs.

It's a pity that they don't provide the keys to the front door, so that you have to ring every time to get in

Very poor

The woman was a sweet old lady.

It was filthy, had marks all over the walls, found hairs in the bed and sink plus I killed 3 bugs, like mini cockroaches and I was only in the room briefly and sleeping, obviously.

Very nice small hotel. Friendly owners. Comfortable bedroom and good ensuite bathroom.

Room door didn't insulate sound very well so I could hear the owners and other guests in the corridor. Mostly quiet in the night though.

Cheap and cheerful

Very convenient for both the railway station and the bus station. Traffic free walk into the old city

There is traffic noise if you have the window open.

Súper friendly owners, clean, and central location.

The location is perfect. it’s about five minutes walk from the bus station. It is also very close to the catedral and anything else you want to see in Oviedo. The family who owns the place is extremely nice. The room is very very clean.

As someone else mentioned you do have to buzz into the building so if you want to go out all night it’s probably not the best. Also you have to go up a few flights of stairs to find the apartment. or there is an elevator. I was a little confused as to where to go when I got there.

This guesthouse is an incredible value. I've stayed here twice now. Because the price is lower than surrounding hotels, I expected the quality to be lower. However, the check-in is easy, location great, and rooms comfy and clean. You do have to get buzzed in to get into the building, but then you have a key to use in your individual room. It is really easy to buzz in--just press a clearly labeled button outside the main door of the building. I was in and out several times and had no delays getting buzzed in.

Quiet rooms available; cannot go out late witthout ringing staff awake.

It was much more quiet than expected. It is located on a big road, but I asked for a quiet room. It was a room with "view" to a narrow court"yard" (more an ventilation shaft). Good for a one night stay with good sleep!

It is not possible to go out and in late evening without ringing the staff awake.

Amazing location, even if it’s is close to a highway it is very quite inside. The hosts are very nice.

Location and the host seemed lovely but didn’t speak any English and my Spanish was not good enough to communicate.

It wasn’t particularly comfortable, private bathroom was so small could barely move in it and neither the sink nor the small bathtub had any plugs.

Nice place for a short stay in Oviedo

- nice personel - walking distance location to all major turist attractions - close to train station - clean room and private bathroom * if you're traveling by car pay attention that parkings nearby are quite expensive but if you do not mind a little walk, you should use Interparking Llamarquique which is like 2-3euro per 24h (depending on a week day - weekends are cheaper) if you use their app (and Interparkings are in many cities in Spain where you can park cheaper with the app - you can google it)

- room number 2 has a windows to the main street which is full of traffic even at night, so it's impossible to sleep with an open window as we like - lack of little fridge in the room - wi-fi was very poor
