It's nice there are multiple attractions to keep the family entertained.
Some of the staff did not look like they wanted to be there.
I was served wine Sat night in the restaurant without being carded (Im 39). The next morning for brunch I was, which I didn't have bc I hadn't been carrying my purse around as there was no need. When I said that, he quoted policy. I'm not upset for the policy, the lack of consistency enforcing it.
Service was very slow both times in restaurant. I had ordered a glass of wine before we were done eating and it didnt get out to me until we were ready for check. Took a long time for initial drinks (and pop for kids).

Okay
The water park hours were not ideal and no breaks fast restaurant on site.

How close it was to Mall of America
How we were treated as an inconvenience and the fact compared to the other Great wolf lodges we have stayed at this one is a fraction compared to. The value vs options were not equal. The restaurant attempted to turn us away after we checked in an hour prior to closing. The person in charge did male it right after we complained. The pizza place onsite got part of our order right and forgot our utensils after I messaged for it and asked the guy if it was there. But I will accept part of the blame since I didn't check. And the MagiQuest was a third of the size compared to the others we have been too but was near the same price.

I liked the location, and the ease of getting on and off the interstate.
I liked the many activities that were offered to the kids for entertainment.
The staff were great even when they were tired.
I liked the room size, amenities, and cleanliness.
I would have liked to have had one more sit down restaurant option that was more fancy casual.
I would have liked to see a Starbucks or Caribou coffee added. I'm sorry, but Dunkin Donuts coffee really tastes terrible.
A curtain dividing the bunk beds from the adult bed goes a long way for parents to enjoy each others company without prying eyes getting more than they bargained for.

The buffet breakfast was good, but I didn't realize beverages weren't included. We had to pay extra for everything we did or used, except the water park.
No beverages included with the buffet. Prices for things were a little high.

Very entertaining magi quest was great.
Room was due for an update, bathroom was starting to fall apart door was water warped and caulking was falling apart.

Most hotels serve free breakfast. was disappointed on the $ of your buffet.
Our refrigerator would not get cold in our room. Had it replaced and new one did not work either

This place was very kid-friendly. My 5 and 7-year old granddaughters loved it. The water park was very well life-guarded and lots of fun for all of us. The buffet breakfast was great. Very attentive and smiling staff everywhere.

Walking distance to Mall Of America and easy public transit to get to Twin Cities
The parking spaces were a bit tight. Not really designed for the average family who drive mini vans and SUV’s

I would be nice to know that you get charged for those cheap ass pool towel 30 that I left in the hotel room. I would like to have gotten more heads up that it was that much. I felt like that kinda scammed me on that
nothing it was nice

good location near Mall Of America
if everyone drove smart cars, the parking would be fine. but most families drive vans and SUV’s and the parking g was very tight.

Water park rip off

I loved the that the room had bunk beds, but the top bed rail was broken.
The toilet was broken (wouldn’t shut off unless you physically shut it off opening the inside of the tank). The shower faucet was also lose and top heavy so having the bath water on warm would move to super hot and burn people.
To nit pick- spending $290-$300 a night you would think that there wouldn’t be wearing/chipping paint in the bathroom nor the room area where kids could get it.
The swimming pool area is definitely not “single mother friendly.” Really sucked that some of the attractions were closed (basketball area and the obstacle course water area). The chlorine was extremely strong that it was giving us migraines.
Advised the staff of the issues and was told that they will check into it. No apology for the inconvenience, nothing.
