Tolle Unterkunft!

Sehr freundliches Person. Das Frühstück ist gut assortiert, es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Das Zimmer ist gut einrichtet, toll ist das grosszügige. Für mich auch wichtig ist die Öffnungsmöglichkeit der Fenster in der Nacht. Gratis Getränke bei der Reception - das gibt es sehr selten.

Worth the price to stay in a hotel near airport and city centre

Typical breakfast but worth including it in our hotel booking. The coffee machine makes very frothy milk for the cappuccino! We are very near airport and can see the planes taking off every minute from our balcony but the sound proofing was exceptionally well done that we hear no sounds of the planes taking off throughout our stay. Our room and toilet are clean and new. Slept well as the bed is firm and does not sink down too much. Rümlang station is within a minute walk from the hotel. Path is brightly lit at night. Zurich HB is 4 train stops away. We don't find travelling to city centre a hassle and since we are near airport we don't have to worry about being late for check in as well. Best of both worlds!

El hotel me sorprendió gratamente, la habitación con lo que necesitas si vas a dormir una noche esperando a tu vuelo día siguiente. La wifi funcionaba muy bien. La tarde puedes pasar en la terraza bebiendo un buen café que el hotel ofrece gratis, igualmente agua fría y frutas. El desayuno fue muy bueno y completo. A aeropuerto puedes coger el shuttle bus por 10 francos por persona. Estupendo. Relación calidad precio de 10.

Todo era perfecto. Me gustó realmente todo. Personal muy amable.

horrible experience staying at this hotel! How it can let customers to wear coat for staying warm!

Room: without a regular heating system, it was freezing cold and we had to wear my coat for sleeping!!

Overall it was a pleasant stay, I can understand that being closer to airport it’s sometimes noisy.c

Location is ok though little far from main city, breakfast was excellent.

Hotel was good. Staff was helping and nice. Location was also good.

However booked breakfast by paying extra but options were too less compare to price. Some breads and 1 or 2 fruits with coffee machine.

close to train station, near airport. only stayed there to catch an early flight. hotel was very clean, beds comfortable and bathroom was very nice.

breakfast started at 6.30 too late for us. no shuttle to airport until 5.07am too late for us we ended up paying 48 CHR for cab yikes!!! I think this airport hotel should provide earlier breakfast and earlier shuttle because it is clearly an airport hotel!!! there are no restaurants near by nothing to see close by.

The availability of hot and cold drinks at all times in the breakfast lounge. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

The fact that the airport shuttle bus service to the hotel did not run according to the timetable and the hidden 10 CF cost payable for the return leg.

Clean and modern room

I and my wife landed at Zurich airport separately and both of us couldn't find the hotel airport shuttle. You can find all hotels shuttles in the parking lot except the jet hotel. I asked the hotel if we need to make a reservation for the shuttle service a couple of days before and they said no reservation was needed. I waited 40 mins ath the shuttle parking lot and there was no one to pick me up. In the end I was tired of waiting and I got a taxi. While I checked in I told the shuttle issue to reception and they told me that there is a schedule for shuttles. There was no schedule information at the airport shuttle parking lot (other hotels have) and also they didnt give any information when I asked for a shuttle reservation.

Very good

It was very clean and the staff super-helpful. the location is very good for transport into Zurich and to the airport. Breakfast was tasty!

It would have been better and saved me time and money had I known in advance how public transport worked from the airport - especially that it it isn't available 24/7 the hotel doesn't have impressive facilities. It's a simple place.
