Escape to your private oasis and indulge in the breathtaking beauty of Lady Blue, a beachfront property that offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty. This stunning property is the epitome of relaxation in the exclusive Tar Bay area of Great Exuma. There are five separate buildings. Each bedroom is a separate building with its own bathroom. The main building contains the kitchen, dining room, family room, half bathroom. There is a built in ice maker and two dishwashers. All outdoor areas are covered. This Stunning home is on a gorgeous and quiet beach. Because of lady blue's unique design, she is ideally rented by four couples or two families. There are two master bedrooms facing the beach, with full baths, with an infinity edge pool in the middle. There are two junior suites, with full baths at the front of the house. All five structures are connected by a deck that has roof cover. The wrap around porch overlooking the beach provides an ideal outdoor living area. A large portion of the deck is covered. There is also ample room for sunbathing from the deck next to the pool, or you can simply walk the few steps to the beach. The beach is miles long in either direction, and you will often be the only people on the beach. The house is six minutes from the airport. Enjoy the included water toys of two kayaks, a standup paddleboard, masks and fins. There is a loft in the main building that is used as a owners closet and access is restricted to the owners.

Absolutely Wonderful stay in Exuma in no small part to this beautiful home. Great set up for 2 families of 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Literally steps from the beach. House is centrally located on the island for ideal travel to all of the amazing beaches all within a short car ride. Endalyn was very responsive throughout planning process and during our stay. Clean, spacious, good WiFi and AC. 5⭐️. Will be back as soon as we can!

We were concerned about the WiFi after reading another review. However, we didn’t have any trouble with the WiFi during our entire stay.
The house is very comfortable. Every bedrooms is separate from the main house and is very private.
The outside patio area is gorgeous!
You can lounge or eat on the patio with the pool and the beach as you backyard!
It looks like they just finished some renovations in the house. It looks freshly painted. We found the staff to be responsive and attentive. We would definitely stay there again.

I have to admit that I am a bit surprised how highly this property is rated. The good - Tar Bay is beautiful, the home is directly on the beach and the design of the home is very fun, the pool is convenient and the individual "huts" are very private. The bad - The house is in need of a deep clean. The upper walls are covered with dust bunnies. The sofa had a number of stains. The dining chair covers are ill-fitting and covered with stains. The grill is located outside as are the washer/dryer and all are covered with rust. I would expect a different experience given the price/type of property. The ugly - some may not find this to be an issue, but the WiFi is terrible. When we reached out to the property manger regarding the issue, he was slow to respond and we were advised that it was because there were so many people on the island, which if this was my first visit to Exuma/the out islands I may have believed it, but I have been to Exuma several times and had just spent 2 weeks on Long Island and a week prior to that in Exuma.....I had no internet issues at either of our other homes. We like to stream movies as a family in the evening and that was nearly impossible. A couple family members were taking online classes, so they had to go down the street to Splash to take their tests - but at least they got drinks and snacks too! And it took forever to download the MPC app for customs. The service is simply the bottom tier, and I expected better. We wouldn't stay again.

We had the best stay at the Lady Blue! Property Management company was helpful answering questions and attentive if we needed anything. Loved the property set up with different cottages and then a center area to congregate and cook, etc. Made it so easy to accommodate our family which included 6 adults and 1 child.
The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to eat, cook or drink! Was amazed at some of the things they had available for us to use (juicers, zesters, cast iron pans, etc). The internet was a little spotty so that made it challenging to watch anything on TV if desired.
Bring shampoo, cond and body wash. They do provide bar soap and hand soap.
Property and property management team were awesome, we can’t wait to come back!

Our family had such a great time in Exuma. This property is beautiful and is perfect for large families or several couples that want their own space, but a common living/kitchen area. The kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling gear to use were awesome… you can’t go wrong renting this place.

Our stay at Lady Blue exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful and the beach on Tar Bay was spectacular. The view from the infinity pool was like a postcard. The property manager was very responsive. I appreciated him so much. For example, my son loves to fish so the property manager brought over a fishing pole. My son caught some nice yellowtail snapper....it was a highlight of the trip! The location is ideal. It is very close to the airport, Georgetown, and a reasonable distance from Barreterre Dock where you catch the boats to go to on the excursions to the Staniel Cay area. Thank you for a great vacation!

Lady Blue Us Away
Lady Blue was perfect for our family! We had 3 couples and 2 kids, each having there own living area. The outside living area with pool was spectacular with the sea in the background. Fantastic amenities, kitchen well stocked and the space was perfect. Highly recommend for couples and families.

Beautiful House on a beautiful beach
Spent 7 days at Lady Blue and loved every but of it. Bedrooms were great. Common area and porches are the real star. Great space for our crew of 4 adults and 6 kids. Beach out back is great with several coral reefs well within swimming distance from the shore that are covered with beautiful sea life. Can’t wait to come stay again. Thanks Lady Blue crew.

This was our second time in Great Exuma and we highly recommend this property, beach pool and individual house/rooms make it a very special place. Property managers we engaged and attentive. First time in Exuma
Lady Blue was a wonderful property. The separate living room/kitchen area from the bedrooms was a real plus. The pool was wonderful. The ice machine was a real plus. We were disappointed the outlets in our bedroom did not work. At least the ones in the bath did. We were also disappointed we never met with Jonas, our property host who was to meet with us and give us the information about the property. We were, however, allowed to get into the house early as our flight landed at 11:00. Jonas did come by but said no one was around. Our kids went shopping but my wife and I were there around the pool. I did not like the air conditioning system in our bedroom as it blew right in my face. It's not located optimally. All in all, Lady Blue is a wonderful property and we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location and house
We have stayed at Lady Blue multiple times and have always had a great experience. The Owner, caretaker and Cleaning Crew are very accommodating, friendly and prompt. Everyone goes over and beyond at this location. Rooms and bathrooms are extremely comfortable and the layout is the best on the island! We’ve been coming to GGT for over 20 years and have stayed in multiple houses. We stay no where else now :). Thank you again!

Great house
Great house, beautiful beach, good location. House is well equipped with everything you need. Only probably we really had was some of the light bulbs were very dim in one of the rooms. And I would definitely put some decorative hooks in some of the rooms and outdoors to hang towels , wet swimsuit ext on.

Beachfront with a pool - look no further!
We are a family of five - 15, 13 and 8 year old. We stayed at this property five nights in March of 2022 for spring break. We loved every minute while in Exuma and the property certainly contributed to our wonderful time. We found that the house had everything we needed to cook meals, including a propane grill. The layout of the property is optimal for multiple couples or families with older kids. Our teenage girls really enjoyed the privacy of their own rooms. The proximity to the beach and pool is why we chose this house. Neither of them disappointed. The ocean view is WONDERFUL. When you walk in the home, you have no doubt whatsoever that you are in a Caribbean paradise. We used the grocery service for items for the first night’s meal with no problems. We arrived on a Sunday evening, and nearly all stores are closed on Sunday or close early so we did all our own grocery shopping the next day. We would definitely stay here again.
Top three favorite things about this rental:
1. The view of the ocean from the pool is absolutely stunning. So beautiful.
2. Lots of space for everyone. Great privacy for couples/parents.
3. Centrally located on the island. Georgetown not too far. Stores and airport close by.
Three Least Favorite things about this rental:
1. Expensive ($1,300 a night but worth every penny to us).
2. House next door is a bit close but not a huge issue for us. The lot on the other side is vacant.
3. Most electrical outlets did not work in the southern beachside room.

Wonderful stay!
This house was perfect for our family of five. We thought we were going to have another couple with us, but they had to cancel at the last minute. So we were able to spread out and use every bit of the house ourselves. AC works great. Kitchen is well stocked. Outside dining area, couches, hammock and swinging ring game were so nice and fun. The beach towels, beach toys, chairs, kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling equipment were very nice amenities to have as well. Beds are super comfortable as well. About a 5-10 min drive to two grocery stores for anything we needed. We would definitely come back!!

Great property on Tar Bay
The house was great for our family trip! The furniture was comfortable and many places to lounge around the property and pool. It was nice that each room was its own cabana with a central kitchen and living area.

A DREAM COME TRUE!!
This was literally one of the greatest homes my family and I have ever stayed in! Not only was it extremely clean, incredibly well stocked inside and out, but the amenities were UNBELIEVABLE! The pool on property was the true focal point and it was where we spent 99% of our time! It was like we were living in a postcard! The property hosts couldn't have been nicer answering all of our questions and tending to our every request. This home was everything as advertised and more! As amazing as the pictures are, it truly doesn't do it justice! The Beach where the home is located is pristine, the water impossibly warm, and the location ideal in every way! My family and I will absolutely, positively be back!

Paradise found
From the moment you walk in the front door you are hit with the breath taking view of the infinity pool with the Atlantic Ocean in the backdrop. Lady Blue has all the amenities to make you feel as if you are in the comforts of your own home. The layout is perfect for large groups yet everyone can enjoy their own privacy. The owner really designed it just right. Looking forward to our next trip to paradise Lady Blue. We loved it.

Lady Blue Family Reunion
This is a lovely house with a beautiful pool right on the beach. We were there with our two children, their spouses and three grandkids. My brothers extended family also rented a home on the same street and we enjoyed a wonderful family reunion in beautiful Exuma. The management was attentive and helpful, unfortunately the refrigerator wasn’t cooling when we arrived and while they sent a repairman quickly and he got it working, it leaked water on the floor throughout our stay. Additionally, the oven didn’t work but they did bring us a portable appliance.

Perfect vacation home!!!!
It was my 60th birthday. I brought my family to the gorgeous island of great exuma. The house fit our needs to perfection. We brought food over from the states and the kitchen and facilities accommodated all of wants and needs.
The caretaker was very prompt and curtious .
Our bbq tank as refilled in less than 20 minutes when running out of gas. We were able to schedule outdoor massages for those of the group that needed a special relaxing moment. Our pig/day cruise picked up behind the house on a boat, that our entire party took to Staniel Cay. It was truly a fabulous day. Beds were luscious and comfortable. And bedrooms were private with incredible walk in showers. We canoed, snorkeled and swim in the private beach and light blue waters behind the home. We enjoyed many hours in the Infinity pool. I can’t wait to return to this perfect paradise, LADY BLUE!!!!

Disappointed
Management company was horrible , they were supposed to meet us at car rental and after 30 minutes of waiting we left. No one to greet us at the house as promised and after a while a young lady showed up and knew nothing about the place, told us to call managment company. Only cleaning lady was there. Ice maker was broken and they fixed it on the 6th day (the day before we left) Fridge was leaking and they never fixed it, several lights out throughout the house that was never repaired. No hot water in master bathroom sink. 2 broken chairs in outside table that never got replaced. Work on the road everyday and water shut off at 10:30pm every night and No one informed us prior to getting there. Management company was very rude in particular John. Will never stay there again. There are great properties near by, I suggest you rent somewhere else.

Can't say enough good things about this property. Everything is better than you would expect. The pool and the ocean are a perfect way to spend the entire day. The house is large enough to accommodate 2 families easily with everyone getting plenty of privacy. The kitchen/ common areas are well appointed with everything you need for entertaining. Lady Blue Delivered!
Endalyn greeted us at the airport to ensure we found the Propery, Jonas greeted us upon arrival ready to help and assist in any way possible. Admittedly, it was hard to concentrate because the view from the moment you open the front door is breathtaking! This house is equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need. The layout is ideal for families or individual couples. Everyone can spend quality time together or enjoy their own personal space. The beach was white sand and the bluest water we’ve ever seen. We took advantage of the kayaks and enjoyed strolls on the beach. It felt like our own completely private island. If you want to explore I would recommend renting a car. We had a blast at Forbes Hill Beach, Exuma Water Sports exceeded our expectations and Stevie Ferguson did not disappoint in our search for bonefish. We will definitely be back. Thank you Lady Blue for sharing your amazing home and for such a memorable trip.

Perfect getaway
Lady Blue has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We were welcomed and shown around when we arrived and Jonathan was very easy to contact. The house is beautifully decorated, beds and sofas comfortable and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Our kids enjoyed the pool, we walked on the beautiful beach everyday and hardly saw another soul. The sunset deck was great for sundowners. We explored the island and can highly recommend Exuma Watersports. The time we visited was just as everything was beginning to shift with COVID-19, so a few restaurants were not open and resorts were discouraging visiting. It would have been great to have a working bbq, but the kitchen is fully equipped. I can highly recommend Lady Blue, in fact we are hoping to return next year and will take advantage of the in-house chef services for sure. Thanks to all at Lady Blue for making our multi-generational holiday special.

An Amazing getaway!
This was an outstanding getaway to a picture perfect place. The home provides an outstanding floor plan with privacy for all guests, and plenty of congregating spots to entertain, relax and make memories. The picturesque view is unparalleled, management crew responsive, and sits within easy distance of many locations-- must engage a great transportation resource to help you navigate to various locations, and highly recommend bringing in Magnola to act as chef while you are present. Island Boy Adventures was a great source for some boating excursions to see the sites. All-in-all and spectacular vacation ... we hope to come back again!
