Zentrale Lage

Die Lage war sehr gut auch das eigene Restaurant war praktisch. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Bad zum größten Teil auch

Die englisch Kenntnisse sind zum größten Teil schlecht. Standardprozess beim ein- und auschecken ist ok. Beim buchen eines Transfers wird es schon schwieriger. Beim bestellen im Restaurant musste ich auf das Essen / Trinken deuten, da sie die englischen Namen nicht kannten obwohl diese in der Speisekarte standen. In einem Hostel mit internationalen Gästen, erwarte ich das man gutes englisch spricht. Den Kellner habe ich beim „Nasepoppeln“ erwischt. Angestellte rennen einem um, wenn man das Hostel betretet.

Super endroit, bien situé, personnel au top.

Confortable, le personnel est au petit soin, c’est très bien situé, le petit dej est bon, franchement super, je recommande!

Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur donc ça peut être un peu compliqué avec les bagages. Mais un des réceptionnistes m’a aidé avec mon sac, très sympa!

Charming and Relaxing!

I had a lovely stay at Little Charm Hostel, as it is very cosy and clean. Staff were all very friendly. Particularly Emma Chu who helped organise both my Halong Bay and Ninh Binh tour. She provided excellent communication and service, which made everything easier as a solo traveler. Also being located in the old quarter, it made it easier to visit attractions by foot. Thank you for making my first visit in Vietnam a memorable one. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone who plan to visit Hanoi.

The only one tiny little thing that I didn’t like was the bins in the bathrooms. Instead of swing lids, it would have been better with pedal bins, as bigger items can be placed in the bins without blocking the lid closing.

отличный хостел в центре Ханоя

Все было хорошо, убирали кровать ежедневно, везде чисто в общих помещениях. Персонал говорит по англиски. На завтрак берите суб фо-бо с говядиной - самое сытное блюдо.

Жаль, что нет лифта. переплата за номер с видом - была лишней, тк в окно я не смотрел))) Жаль, что в завтрак не включен ни 1 напиток. Все остальное было хорошо, особенно после жакрого дня прыгнуть в бассейн - отдельный кайф.

Not much room for improvement!

As far as city centre hotels go, there really isn’t much that this place could do better. We arrived around 2am due to a delayed flight and they allowed us to check in with no issues. We stayed in a 6-bed female only dorm and the beds were really comfortable and private. Good storage options in the room and plenty of washrooms and showers all over the building, we never had to wait at all. The place is really clean and you can see the housekeepers around all the time. We utilized the laundry service which was cheap and quick. We used the indoor pool which was never busy. The hostel was pretty full but never seemed crowded, plenty of spaces to chill and with good WiFi. We originally booked 2 nights but ended up doing 5 here due to beautiful weather in Hanoi and a pleasant atmosphere at the hostel! Thank you very much:-)

Good and clean to explore the city

The hostel is really nice. Beds are just amazing, comfortable and huge. Everything looks very recent. Bathrooms are new. It is very clean, one of the best or the best I stayed in.

I don’t accept that I had breakfast included but it was just food (1 choice) but 1 thing to drink. NO DRINKS AT ALL. NOTHING, NOT EVEN ONE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SINCE I BOOKED A ROOM WITH BREAKFAST. At least 1 thing to drink and 1 to eat. This isn’t correct at all. At least you can write it down.

Little Charm hostel was the best hostel I could have chosen. Everyone was friendly and the common area was a lot of fun.

Property was clean and friendly, beds were comfortable and the pool was delightful.

Tolle Lage in der Altstadt. Gemütlicher Bereich vor dem Hostel, etwas zurückversetzt von der Straße.

Tolle Dormbetten mit allem, was man braucht. Handtuch nur gegen Deposit. Keine Straßengeräusche im fünften Stock, daher gut, um sich zu erholen.

Das Personal ist nett, spricht aber kaum Englisch. Der Pool wird quasi nicht benutzt.

Great hostel in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter

Great little hostel. Staff very helpful, especially Galvin who went the extra mile in helping my friend extend her visa. Trips we booked through the hostel were great. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Solo hanoi

Nice staff, all be it slightly pushy with regards to tours. Good location. Sheets changed everyday

Staff messed up my bookings for tours and had to change buses twice as well as tour groups twice. Was told it would be discussed on my return which it wasn't. Was told it was down to miscommunication which it wasnt. Not great when you're a solo traveller trying to meet people. Not a particularly the most social hostel ive stayed at but pleasant enough. One toilet and ome shower to a room. Lax on security as doors left open etc Lock broken on shower for 2 days until it was fixed. Toilet roll not changed regularly enough really considering 6 people use one bathroom

Gemütliche grosse Betten in den Schlafsälen. Gute Lage, zu Fuss fast alle historischen Plätze sowie viele Restaurants und Clubs zu erreichen.

Habe nicht viele Leute kennengelernt, alle waren eher für sich.

N’hésitez Pas ! Super Auberges

Super Hostel / Bien placé avec matelas super confortable / Également la piscine super rafraîchissante / très bien situé / j’ai pu faire de belle rencontre également et le personnel ultra gentil !

Pas de la faute de l’auberge mais je me suis tapé un mec qui ronfler comme un airbus A380 j’ai demandé à changer de dortoirs c’était horrible 😂

Good hostel in Hanoi

For the price its a great place to stay, all very clean and for a hostel very organized and has a bit more of a 'hotel atmosphere'. Lobby is very nice, beds were comfortable. Could leave my backpack for as much time as I wanted.

Most of the staff was cool, one though was a grumpy cat - maybe caught on a bad day.

Le lit était très confortable, et la petite terrasse qui donne sur la rue où l'on peut s'asseoir pour boire un verre ou fumer une clope. J'avais réservé deux nuits mais je ne suis restée qu'une nuit, ils m'ont remboursé la deuxième sans discuter.

Les photos sont beaucoup plus sympas qu'en vrai. La piscine était vraiment décevante. Manque de WC et douches, et d'un espace pour se changer (au moins une sorte de sas où mettre sa serviette et ses vêtements sans qu'ils ne prennent l'eau). En arrivant, ça aurait été sympa d'avoir une bouteille d'eau Gratos par exemple vu la température. Quand on te donne la clef de chambre, ça aurait été sympa que l'on explique direct à quel étage ça se situe, plutôt que de devoir soi-même demander les infos (idem pour savoir où se trouve la piscine). Bref, j'ai changé d'hostel

Great value for money, amazing hostel and facilities

Really nice hostel. Helpful staff and great facilities, the pool and restaurant are big and social spaces. Also, really good WiFi for those who may want to sit and do some work on laptops in the restaurant / chill area. Location is perfect, really close to everything in the city, and still quiet at night when it's time to rest.

Nice and good location.

Curtains go all the way around the bed for privacy. Lockers are locked with key card so no need for a padlock. Good location. Good selection of food and drinks. Nice, cold pool on a hot day. 24/7 reception which was good for when arriving late.

Bit noisy. Had to leave a 200,000 Vnd deposit or passport/ID card for our room keys which felt unnecessary, we were at the end of our trip and we hadn’t done this in any other place we had stayed (which was a lot of places!). You also can’t sit by the pool, it’s nice that it exists but to get into the pool you go down some steps, get in and then that’s it. The whole pool is wall to wall so you cannot sit by it and chat with your friends. You’re either in it or you’re not anywhere near it.

Love love love this place!

Love this place since day 1! Clean and comfortable. Good location, weekend night market is just two streets away and walking distance to most of the local attractions around Hoan Kiem. Toiletries like shampoo, toothbrush and bath towel is provided. Be prepared to pay 200k VND (cash) for deposit during check in or leave your passport at the reception counter until check out day.

Charming Hostel with Everything You Need

THE ROOMS: I stayed in a 6-bed female dorm, got the top bunk next to the door. The beds are comfortable, each bed has an overhead light, outlets for chargers and some extra space to store smaller items. The curtain around my bed wasn't enough to cover completely but I didn't mind it. The room has a constantly functioning AC, it wasn't too cold or too hot for me but it is a bit chilly in the room when you're asleep. The lockers are across from the bed, the key to the room also the key to your locker and it is very spacious. BATHROOM: There are plenty of bathrooms on every floor and they are cleaned regularly. I never had to wait for anyone when i wanted to take a shower or use the toilet. The water pressure in the shower is very nice and there's always hot water. There's also shampoo and body wash in the shower cabins but the cabin itself is bit too small so it's not very easy to get dressed in there, but you'll manage it :) THE FACILITIES: So there's a restaurant on the 1st(ground) floor where random people can eat or hostel guests can chill before/after check out or just chill at any time. Going 1 floor up there's a common area with beanbags and some books - I never sat there but there were always some people napping or just chilling. Heard people using the swimming pool but I haven't checked it for myself as I cannot swim :D LOCATION: The hostel is very central to all the tourist locations, everything is in walking distance almost. If you're familiar with Saigon - it's like the central D1 in hcm and you can walk to the beer street and most of the restaurants / attractions. Overall: I don't have much experience with hostels so I wasn't sure what to expect but Little Charm definitely exceeded all my expectations. Overall I had a pleasant experience and met some really nice people. I'll have to come back to Hanoi in 2 weeks time so I'm considering to book this place again.

good location, very clean. the rooms and beds were spacious and had good airco.

they staff was a bit rude. they also ask for your passport as a deposit which I’m not sure is even legal. Bring earplugs since the rooms are quiet noisy with all the motorbikes outside.
