Beautiful waterfront neighborhood with new bike lanes to walk/jog/explore look at neighborhood yachts, wooded park less than block away, Secret Woods Nature Center is a 10 minute casual kayak paddle away and Rendevuez Bar and grill is less than 1 mile (30 minute) kayak paddle away to happy hour. If I’m in town, you might even talk me into a ride on GoFast/Cigarette boat 

Very desirable EAST location – 7mi to airport 5mi to beaches, 3mi to Las Olas/Downtown, 1.1 m to Restaurants/Bars/shopping. 1.3 mi to Elizabeth Hayes Civic Park with playground equipment, 1.5 mi from Park Pool or just walk around all of the canals taking pictures of the $10MIL+ yachts. If you feel adventuresome and have some water socks - feel free to use my kayaks in my canal behind my home or ask for fishing poles. 6 houses from New River into inter coastal.

We had a nice stay. The house had plenty of room for our group of 3. The games and activities were fun. There is not a hot tub like the listing shows, but we still enjoyed ourselves.

Pool table was great. Kayak was fun. Really only 1 bathroom. The bathroom in master bedroom is a small almost portable like toilet. Great communication and pretty good location. Outside furniture was totally unusable I believe due to the storm in the previous days. Ok for a 3 day stay.

We stayed for 2 nights after our cruise. Perfect to unwind and just relax. Plenty for the kids to do (ages 10 & 16). Wifi was great for me to even do some work before we headed home. Frank was a wonderful host and even checked in to see if anything was needed.

Our family traveled to Fort Lauderdale for a judo tournament and extended our stay to spend a few days at the beach. Frank was a great host and his place was so much fun! He was very responsive to any questions we had and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. My boys loved the pool table, arcade games and shuffleboard. The condo was exactly as described and very clean. We kept forgetting yo pick up popcorn so we weren’t able to use the popcorn machine.

I was a little taken back when I learned that the owner of the property lived upstairs, however Frank was a great host and gave us all the privacy expected. The property was clean and comfortable on the inside however the back deck area could use some cleaning. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay again.

Frank was a GREAT host. He texted a couple of days ahead to ask if we had any questions, he communicated about the check in process well, then checked in with us several times after check in. We were there over New Years with our young children. Frank kept in touch with us throughout New Year’s Eve to see when we would be back so he didn’t have music on too loud when we came home with our kids. He was over the top considerate! The house was exactly as pictured and a great location. Thanks for a great stay!

Some college friends and I stayed at Frank's house while on a graduation trip in Fort Lauderdale, and when we arrived at the house we found a mirror which had fallen and shattered, causing significant damage to the sink and vanity below it. We immediately notified Frank regarding the issue, and about a day later, he blamed us for the damage and demanded that we come up with the money to pay for the repair. After I refused to pay for damage that we hadn't caused, Frank came up with several additional fees for us to pay, which were not specified anywhere on the website. Overall, the house itself was nice enough, but I feel like Frank treated us really poorly. I really hate leaving negative reviews and I've never done something like this before, but I just feel like our experience with Frank was awful enough that other potential renters should at least be aware. If you're planning renting this property you should definitely be careful, make sure that you determine the exact cost of the rental beforehand, Frank may try to change the cost post hoc.

Great location, 5 min to grocery store, liquor store, gas station, dunkin donuts, etc. Fairly close to several beaches and restaurants.. Beautiful property, private, lots to do, fit our needs perfectly. We had a great time.

It was a cool place. However the tv in the room does not work. It’ll cut off as soon as it comes on. Also the sink in the room clogs. For the price would of just expected atleast the tv to work in the room and better comforters

Franks place has everything you need, including a host who is accommodating, fun and easy to work with! The location is perfect, close to beaches, shopping and the airport. The house has so many activities within itself, not to mention the kayaks, which were so fun and relaxing to take out behind the house and explore. This is a little piece of paradise that's yours to come home to while visiting Fort Lauderdale. You will not regret staying at Frank's place!

Frank’s place was awesome. The kids loved the pool table and dart board. Took the kayaks out out last night, wish we had earlier. Great views along the canal and in the river. Location of house was perfect. 15 min to Las Olas blvd, 20 to the beach, 25 to Hollywood beach and about 40 min to Miami. Frank was quick to respond to any questions I had, I highly recommend his place.

Frank was extremely helpful whenever i needed something and the home was beautiful with a lot of fun activities to do. We took out the kayak, played pool, played pac man, and just had a lot of fun overall. Frank is a super cool guy and I look forward to booking with him again.
