This house was perfect for our family. We loved the hot tub, fire pit, and games (cornhole especially) after our days out exploring. We cooked great meals in the kitchen and made use of the grills. This house is immaculate and a perfect getaway for families visiting Homer. And the views are absolutely stunning.

Such a gorgeous location, plenty of space for 2 families to spread out. Lots of outdoor deck and entertaining space. Great kitchen and dining set up. 10/10 and looking forward to booking this place again for a winter visit!

The home and grounds were beautiful and clean. The views were amazing. However the listing on VRBO and the management company’s site, Evolve, listed central A/C as an amenity of the home. It does not have A/C. The local management contact took nearly a day to respond. The dishwasher was broken our entire stay, but owner credited us $200.

The property was well maintained and very clean. We had a bad smell issue but was quickly resolved once we asked about it. The only thing that was broken was the DVD player, but the moose, eagles, and pheasants in the back yard along with the gorgeous view more than made up for that. We loved the place and would come again. We all has a great time. Victoria who manages the house was so sweet and helped us with any issues that came up.

This was a beautiful place to stay with our 6 teen/adult children. We loved the house and would stay here again.
The only complaint we have is that the site didn't mention the hot tub is not available in the winter months. When we asked directly, the agency managing the booking wasn't aware of this either and didn't check, just told us it was available. :(

Property is beautiful! The house is very very nice and the views are amazing. Only recommendation is to replace the 2 queen beds with kings for added comfort for adult couples sharing the house.

Pristine, peaceful home with many amenities
The Frontier Haven home is modern and sleek. It’s very beautiful and peaceful - surrounded by a large grassy yard and a view of the bay. Our family consists of 5, with 3 kids ages 5-10 and the kids loved the house. Was spacious and comfortable.

Million dollar view with great outdoor space
Our family group of 10, 6 adults and 4 kids, really enjoyed our one week stay. Hot tub, two acres of beautiful lawn, upper deck, and lower level patio with great seating and cooking grills on each level were inviting and appealing. Horses grazing in the field next to the property provided an interesting, quiet, and peaceful feel.

Private location with a beautiful view
This property was wonderful! We held our family Christmas there. Lots of stuff already on site even though we brought most of our own kitchen stuff just in case. Everything was great when we arrived! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a classier home with all the amenities.

This home is just amazing ... the million dollar view, the hot tub, all the room for everyone, comfy beds, great showers, modern appliances. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had to pinch ourselves to believe the beautiful view. We had a perfect rainbow to boot. One tiny item, you may want to replace the non-stick sauté pans and provide some silicon cooking utensils.

AMAZING!
We brought the whole family up to Alaska for a week for our mom’s 60th birthday! The house is exactly as described and couldn’t have been more perfect for our stay. The kids enjoyed the large open yard to run around and play and the rest of us enjoyed the hot tub, grilling out, and the fantastic views! The owner reached out to us before the trip to make sure if we needed anything to let her know and made this small town Texas family feel like Kings and queens for a week! We are forever grateful to have been able to experience a week at this awesome place with our mom on her birthday!

Fabulous home!!
This was the perfect home for our 3 generations vacation (ages 4-71). The view is even better than pictured. The hot tub and fire pit were great for evening relaxation. I’ve stayed in many vrbo homes and this one is especially nice because of all the amenities provided, the kitchen has modern appliances, lots of silverware, dishes, pans etc. The home is absolutely immaculate, and the manager was very responsive when needed, but otherwise left us alone.
Loved that there were friendly horses next door and that we saw grouse and pheasant in the large yard - lots of space for the kids to run around. This is a terrific house and a real value!!
