This was the perfect getaway weekend. We are a family of avid snowboarders and typically go to Pleasant Mountain every Sunday. This time we didn’t have to go home! The house was very well set up with everything you need. The days were filled with snowboarding and the nights were peaceful and relaxing. Absolutely would recommend this to anybody who wants to go recharge. 🏂 🏔️

We stayed for February break (4 adults and 4 kids between the ages of 9-13). There was plenty of space for everyone to be together for meals and games and spread out at other times for quiet. We enjoyed skiing in and out, cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and lounging by the gas fireplace at night. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend.

We spent the weekend in this townhouse. When we arrived the property was as we expected. Easy check in.
The townhouse was clean and had everything needed to either stay in or come and go.
There is plenty to do in the area. There were 7 of us, we all went in different directions during the day. It was nice to have such a comfortable place to return to.
The bed were very comfortable!! Showers had great water pressure. Kitchen with everything you could need to eat on if you like. We enjoyed sitting in the porch in the morning for coffee and conversation.
Perfect location.
Ed was available and responsive.
Thanks for a nice stay.

We loved Ed’s place! There was plenty of room for our big group to spread out. The place was extremely clean and Ed was super helpful with some tips on restaurants and such. He always responded within minutes to any of our questions. The ski on ski off feature was such a treat…we would definitely rent from Ed again.

We had three families stay and had plenty of room to sleep and eat meals together. Condo was set up perfectly for two to three families. Kitchen was well supplied including some spices, which was really nice. Everything was clean and property owner was very responsive. Condo was accessible to ski trails for adults and older kids without having to drive to the lodge.

Very clean, comfortable beds, has everything you need with so many thoughtful, convenient details, responsive owner, right at the base of the mountain and quick walk over to lifts. Pleasant mountain was perfect for our young kids to ski. 6 adults and 6 kids under the age of 10, all slept comfortably and plenty of room to spread out. 100% staying again!

This condo was perfect for our two families. We had four adults and four children (6,8,9 and 11). The space downstairs was perfect for the kids and we were able to get work done on an impressive Wi-Fi on the second floor. We enjoyed the bedrooms upstairs from 8pm - 7am exhausted from skiiing. Snow was plenty (nice touch) and we were able to ski in and ski out. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I and four children (ages 10-16) had a wonderful stay at this Shawnee Peak townhouse! The home was extremely clean, tastefully decorated with fluffy towels and warm cozy beds. Ed was very accommodating and easy to contact. We skied all day and into the night in spring like conditions! We would definitely stay again!

Second time booking Ed’s place, although it’s little walk to the slope it’s great to have a place to stay and get dressed before heading out on the slopes. We all enjoyed our weekend there. It was clean and very comfortable.

Well maintained home. Proper communication from Ed regarding check in and house rules. We went to Storyland with kids, and also took Mount Washington Cog Rail trip. Had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you Ed.

We’ve been renting at Shawnee for 9 years. This unit was sparkling clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! It was beautifully appointed amd a joy to come back to after skiing all day. With 4 teenagers skiing until 8 pm, this is the way to go!! We will reserve again next year!

My family and I rented this property for a long ski weekend at Shawnee peak. The condo was perfect for us and had plenty of room for more! Great location and an easy walk to the slopes. Very clean and well cared for. We loved the gas stove after a day on the slopes and the kids enjoyed the covered deck. Would absolutely stay here again.

If you're looking to stay at Shawnee Peak, this condo -- located right above the main parking lot of the resort -- is a good bet. We stayed two nights and were able to enjoy skiing without having to drive to and fro the mountain. We even found a way to ski off the mountain and get within a few steps of the back deck of the condo, which was fun. The place was super clean and comfy and was stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. Communication with the owner was easy, too.

Thank you Ed for letting us stay in your home, we had a very nice time, the house was very clean, very nicely furnished and beds were very comfy. Our group consisted of 2 families with 2 small children each and our parents came up for one day of our stay and we all fit comfortably. The location is right beside Shawnee Peak, which we climbed and loved the view from uptop, so beautiful! We made a day trip to Story Land, which the kids all loved. Then we spent a day at Kramers Landing and enjoyed Highland Lake (about 15 minutes away). Moose Pond seemed to be all private ways, we did find some public access, however was not as nice and sandy as Kramers Landing. Thank you Ed for being so responsive to all my inquiries before and during our stay, very reassuring. We loved our stay so much we are in the market for a second home in the area, we loved the proximity to lakes, north conway (so much to do for the kiddos)and mountains.
