We are happy to announce our 2nd Wrigleyville location. The Wrigleyville VIP sits just behind the Hotel Zachary, on the tree-lined street of Racine, just 200 steps from the new Gallagher Way entrance to Wrigley Field. Live like a local in this beautifully remodeled graystone. All the best of Chicago right outside your front door. Chicago License # HM15504
Easy Transportation- L the Red line 2 blocks, Brown line 3 Blocks. Cab's on street. Easy to take the train from O'Hare or Midway Airports.
*Need parking? Neighborhood parking passes included. Street parking is easy at this location with the exception being 2 hours before and after games/events at Wrigley. If you will be visiting during a Cubs home stand or other Wrigley Field event and would like a reserved parking spot please let us know in advance. We do have access to a limited amount of discounted reserved parking spots for our guests.

If you are someone that has multiple tabs open as you compare listings, just stop. Book this one! My family of 4 stayed at this property for 3 nights. It was perfect for us - immaculately clean and within the perfect walking distance to anything we needed. The parking passes were made available easily and there was a book of helpful local tips available to us. Would highly recommend to others because the communication from the owner was great and our stay was seamless. A very comfortable and welcoming stay!

Great apartment close to Wrigley. There were 6 of us - 2 couples & 2 small children. We had plenty of room. Chris was easy to work with. The kitchen & bathrooms have been recently updated and the kitchen is well stocked. Comfy beds & nice linens.

We came to Chicago for the wrigleyville Kringle Market. The house was perfect. The location was the best perk. Only steps from Wrigley. The decorations at some of the bars were just beautiful! Fun weekend. We would definitely rent this place again!

This place is money. Location doesn’t get much better. Very clean. Very nice. Walk to it all. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Chris was very helpful and hooked us up with parking. Highly recommend.

Our family had a great 2 weeks in Lakeview at Wrigleyville VIP. A great location if you want an easy walk to Wrigley Field, city parks, restaurants and the lakefront. The owner, Chris, was great to deal with and regularly checked in. We also LOVE that having a quiet apartment rental experience was a priority for Chris. We purposely rented this apartment with this in mind as we have two young children. Thanks Chris!

Amazing place. Bright and airy with all the things you need including omfortable beds and linens. The location was perfect and the chairs on the front porch were wonderful for watching the world go by. Definitely recommend!!

Took three 12 year olds to Harry Styles. Stayed in Wrigleyville. Rode L into town, very safe, and easy to find everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. Want to bring my wife back for a cubs game

We asked for a late checkout (1pm instead of 11am) and this was granted. At 11:20am the owner called and screamed at me! Said “Get out now” We we’re taken aback by his verbiage, shocked! He said things changed we have another renter so no late checkout. My family scrambled to prepare our bags and left in fear the Owner may show up! He was exceptionally mean, we are all still shocked.

Stayed here for a concert at Wrigley Field. It was PERFECT.
Great to be so close to the bars, restaurants and field. 200 steps to Wrigley is very accurate. We will definitely stay again for a ball game, concert or other event in that area.

This was the perfect property for our stay in chicago. There was a slight mix up with keys upon check in but thankfully that was figured out quickly. Wish there was a washer/dryer on premisis. But it is truly the perfect location and perfect size for our family of 4!!

We were there less then 20min and had a caution text about running. No children had been running. So the kids had to tip toe the entire weekend bc they’re always on the move walking which was too noisy for the lower level. Therefore, we only slept in the apartment. We tried to stay out and about. The mattresses are also extremely hard- like rocks. Sounds negative but it is a really wonderful spot!! Just be warned if you have small children. Marshmallow toes are required and you don’t truly get to enjoy the property that way.
