I love everything about this place! It is clean, comfy and in the perfect location. I just returned and already booked my stay for next year.
No complaints
4.3
Clean, quiet, very reasonable off season rate
Unt was very small - no place to place luggage, ceilings barely 7'-0" high. If a couple stays here, book a larger unit, studio is almost uninhabitable. Some maintenance needed bad paint chipping at shower entry. There is an efficiency kitchen which is tiny and we did not utilize, I can't imagine you could cook in such a small space. Microwave yes, range/cooktop cooking doubtful.

There is no breakfast

Lovely interior. Warm and comfortable
No kettle to boil water!

Nice place. Cottage was clean. Only issue was don't leave food out at all as there were some ants after doing so. Parking is sufficient right next to your cottage. Would definitely stay again. Weather wasn't that good so didn't really get to enjoy the beach though it's a nice spot.

Liked how clean it was, location to the beach
No place to sit outside the cabin
Beach chair m umbrella not available

Wonderful little cottage by the beach, very comfortable and close to Provincetown

The cabin was adorable and the location at the beach was perfect. I should have checked the amenities because it was so nice that they had great chairs, umbrellas, and a bbq grill!
The cabin should have curtains or black out blinds. The room was so bright all night long because of other cabin's lights. Also, the cabins should have a reminder or auto setting to turn off the outside spotlight at midnight. My neighbor's light was on all night and shone right into my room.

Unbeatable location by the beach.
Cigarette butts. Could a specific cigarette butt disposal bin be fitted? There was a lot of litter, particularly micro plastic, along that stretch of the beach. Could a board be put up with litter pickers to encourage everyone to help? Most people go there to appreciate the wonderful beach and wildlife. www.2minute.org

Very clean, everything worked very well, nice spot close enough to beach that you could walk back and forth easily
Soooo small. Nowhere to sit except bed. Bed very uncomfortable and the bedding was sheet-thin so it felt like you had no blankets on.

Great location, pretty cottage. nice views.
need a portable closet or second bureau. maybe replace old windows.

Queit,clean and peaceful
4.3
Location, beach views, convenient check in
No basic things at the cottage, mostly in the kitchen, like salt, oil, etc.
Under the furniture there was dust and sand.
Also, curtains were useless, so we woke up every day at 6am due to sunlight

The beach

The cottage was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Beach was very close and lovely. Area is quiet this time of year even though there were other people around. Everyone was respectful of others privacy. Easy to reach just off a major highway. Really enjoyed the time there. Will definitely go again.
The heating system was a little tricky to figure out. Once done it was okay. But more information would have been helpful.

The cottage was very clean and the bed comfortable. We loved the communal deck and grill area overlooking the dunes, we met other guests there the first evening and we continued to meet there for wine at sunset for the rest of our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed to make breakfast and lunch each day. The walk to the beach was on a mat so no trudging through soft sand to get there and we were rewarded with a spectacular sunset our first evening there.
Our only disappointment was how small the cottage was. There was no room to move the bed away from the wall so was hard for the person sleeping on the wall side to get in and out in the night. We made it work, though. Would try to get a one bedroom rather than studio in the future.

Loved the beds and soft pillows. If you like softer beds like me you'd love it. Clean, updated and so cozy! Very short walk to the beach! Loved that there was a full kitchen we were able to cook and save some money. 5 min drive to the center of PTown. I'd for sure stay here again! We went in off season so it was cheaper! The weather was crappy and very windy but felt very safe in this tiny cottage. #7 cottage was perfect for me and my hubby
It's hard to find something we didn't like!! Although the toilet paper roll was right in line with my leg which made it a little awkward and the the hand towel ring was very low.

Great location! Close to Provincetown, close to a number of very good restaurants. We stayed at the cottage nearest to the beach. The next time we will take advantage of the grills. Clean and quiet. We sat on the communal deck and looked at the stars. It was lovely.
The only negative was that the shower was small. Like if you wanted to bend over and shave your legs, you’d have a problem. But the water was hot and had good pressure!
4.3
The location was excellent and close to P-town. The property was very clean upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable.
I only wish there were some extra blankets for when we were watching TV.
4.3
close to the beach
pet friendly
deck with bbqs that were clean and in good shape
our room was very small
couldn’t use mirror in the bathroom because of where it was placed
4.3
The location was convenient to go down to the beach (it is a small walk…the cottage is not right on the beach). 10 minute drive to P town was convenient also. Pet friendly was a plus.
Underestimated the size: we stayed in cottage #8 and this was WAY too small for 2 adults and 1 dog.
Check in: you call another hotel to check in and are placed on hold. There is no welcome/check in or check out office.
WiFi: extremely slow/poor connection.
Hand towels in bathroom: had black stain hand marks.
Space: if you are a female and need to do your hair/makeup etc, bring your own mirror! The one in the bathroom to cottage #8 is tiny and nailed into an awkward “side wall” so you cannot view yourself (I am very low maintenance and this was still a pain). I had to pin myself between the toilet and the wall to use the curling iron.
Check out: we were called and asked where the second key was. We only received one key on arrival.
