We enjoyed our time in Apartments Ubud. It's so beautiful, clean and comfortable. There is a kitchen with a big fridge and toaster and all the necessary things to prepare for your breakfast. Staff are attentive and polite! There are two restaurants close to apartments.
The location is a little bit far from central Ubud and all coffee shops and restaurants.

it was stunning and laidback yet location was close to amazing spots. My favorite were the staff. Gade was amazing! He was so patient with any queries and no matter what had a huge smile on his face. The staff makes or breaks a stay and kudos to the management for training their staff who go beyond their call of duty.
Nothing at all

Staff was great, was quiet and in a great location.
It didn't look like the photo on line. There was no water on the second day which made us late for our day and we had to change our plans. Waking up to no water lowered the standard of the stay.

It was a beautiful villa, amongst the jungle setting.
The air conditioning in the main room was not working very well and the water pressure was a little weak and the water was only ever Luke warm. But not a major issue when it's so hot outside.

This property is very overpriced for Bali , the swimming pool is not fit for purpose ,you can not swim in it as it’s very small , the step into it is dangerous , housekeeping was poor and inefficient, upon booking the host requests that noise be kept to a minimum however single night bookings are accepted at this property with large noisy groups taking residence , we had planned to stay longer but we cancelled our bookings

Friendly staff.
Rooms are a little bit humid (smell).

just the right size of the villa for couple, nice private pool and car park, which is not as easily found in Ubud. We also had superb massage that were provided by the management
not enough rugs (missing one for the front door and hence the interior floor could get a bit wet when we’re going back from the pool)

Our room was full of ants and bugs, in the bed and the walls. There were also lizards getting in. The room itself was badly maintained and didn't feel clean. The pool looked dirty. The photos look much better than in real life. Wouldn't recommend it.

Modern and well kept. Everything you needed in the kitchen and cleaned everyday. Staff was lovely and helped us get extra water and order meals locally. Beds were comfortable and AC helped with moisture and heat.
Much smaller than the photos and nowhere to relax unless in bed, which sounds silly but the couch was very uncomfortable - we ended up rearranging the space and brought the outdoor chairs inside.

The most supportive staff , and a picturesque villa .
Everything was great . Minor improvements could be - installation of tap in the bathroom - for small babies to be bathed . Manual lock/ bolt in the doors to enable locking without the key etc . However , there are very minor issues .

This Villa is great if you want peace and quiet. Its about 15 minutes away from Ubud square. The Villa is great for couples.
there’s no breakfast at the property, it’s far from coffee shops.

The facilities etc were excellent. Private. Had to organise our own food but that wasn't a problem
The fact that the ad said 1.5 KMs from Ubud Maybe more like 8kms. Couldn't walk there in other words. This may not be The Apartments fault but after they processed my credit card, the same card was scammed., Twice. Lucky my Bank was on to it and cancelled the card immediately. Too much of a coincidence not to be associated.

Lovely, cozy spot in a quiet but relatively central part of Ubud. The villa was great: comfy bed, kitchen, plunge pool and great water pressure.
Highlight was the staff - Gede, Chandra and team were absolutely amazing in helping me organise a special flower setting around the villa for a special someone’s birthday. Truly amazing service.

Best place ever, so clean and close to everything
A strange smell came out of the bathroom at night
3.5 / 5.0
we liked the private pool and the location, easy to walk to central ubud
the kitchen smelt strongly of damp, there was no mosquito nets so we got bitten every night, the tap in the bathroom was so weak but also leaked all over the floor, our safety box battery ran out with our valuables locked inside so we had to use a key instead, the general finishing were not of a high standard (the bathroom door handle broke off)
4.0 / 5.0
location was good. visit sayan point for breakfast
no restaurant. rooms are smaller in real.
