Espectacular!

TODO; desde el momento que te reciben en el Lobby y luego haces el check in en la habitación sientes este trato único y diferencial de este hotel y en particular de los balineses que trabajan en él. La habitación es enorme, hermosamente decorada y bien distribuida, las instalaciones del hotel son espectaculares; los campos de arroz, el río que pasa en los límites del complejo, el spa, realmente por donde uno mire es precioso! Comimos en dos restaurantes y usamos tanto el GYM como el SPA quedando muy satisfechos. La señora Thania (nuestra Patih) hizo de nuestra estancia una experiencia inolvidable! El complejo te ofrece una sesión de fotos dentro de las preciosas instalaciones que luego decides si compras o no. Recomendado 100%

no hubo nada que nos disgustara, todo fue perfecto!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life, the service is incredible, the rooms are spacious and cleaned multiple times during the day. the hotel has a lot of activities. they also provided us with a complimentary photoshoot for our honeymoon. In short, words can’t describe how much Mandapa made our honeymoon memorable

Great facility, best butler and staff and a breathtaking view.

We liked everything about the property. The facility was excellent and clean, the hotel had an amazing view and most of all, the staffs were all very heartwarming and kind. Everyone always had a smile on their face. Our butler(putih), Riadi, especially made our stay at Mandapa memorable - he was very caring and professional. He is definitely the best butler you can find! We will be back at Mandapa some day :)

Place feels like a dream, and so does every moment spent there.

To me, absolutely nothing compares to this place. The surroundings are magical. The design is the most aesthetic I have ever seen in any luxury hotel. And the staff is absolutely brilliant, with no exceptions. Special thanks to Kewin! Unfortunately I was sick with a cold during my stay and she took such good care of me.

Having to leave at some point, I miss it already

A Fairytale Experience

heavenly experience

everything. what a treat. the staff are exceptional. your personal buttler is exceptional. takes care of everything with ease and joy. we did not do tours, so i do not know how they are around organizing that. but other than that. everything was perfect. one of the best hotel experiences ive had ( and i have a lot around the world). we stayed in pool villa in front of river.

Mandapa makes knowing Bali even more pleasurable; they’ve certainly made it.

the staff was lovely, and the hotel as a whole is absolutely mind blowing. can’t recommend Mandapa enough. they just made my stay the best ever in Bali.

Best stay of my life

The property was absolutely stunning, so peaceful and beautifully maintained. Staff so friendly, the best I have experienced. Agung and Made were the best butlers. The activities were worth every cent and we got great photos.

You have to return to the real world eventually :( And would like to see some quality South African wines at Kubu next time

Idelaic place that really puts you in touch with nature ❤️

Sherleen our Butler was brilliant. She even got medication for our kid who got sick. She booked all our excursions on timely manner and was super supportive and professional.

Nothing everything was great. Kubu was a extremely popular restaurant and you will need to book your dinner there as soon as you arrive. The river rafting experience is a must. Also as it is 500 hundreds steps down to get to the rafting area, Mandpa guests can just get dropped at the hotel greater by a butler with tiowels and snuggly to their suite/Villa and don’t need to hike back up to get to their property. Which after and 1 and half of rafting by us a nice welcome.
