One of Folly's Best! Newly purchased and updated this property has undergone a beach makeover! This beautiful and spacious home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths across the street from the beach. You are welcomed by a huge front porch with a row of relaxing rocking chairs facing the Atlantic. The bright and inviting living room has a Smart TV. This room flows to the dining area and the kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances and extra seating and prep area at the kitchen island. The entire home has been recently painted and appointed with stylish coastal decor and modern furniture. Continue your relaxing vacation on the screened in balcony with plush seating and alfresco dining area accessed via the dining room French doors. All four bedrooms are fitted with king size beds. There are two master suites. The first is located downstairs with an en suite bathroom complete with a jacuzzi style tub. The second is located upstairs with an en suite bathroom as well. Upstairs you will find a lounge area complete with a comfortable sitting area and TV. This is the perfect gathering spot to chat about your day or to play a fun family game. Enjoy grilling out on the propane grill, and rinsing off from your beach day in the outdoor shower. Grill use: propane and cleaning responsibility of the guest. The driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles. Martiniville allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire. Martiniville worked great for our family of 10, including kids and grandkids! The screened porch in the back was perfect for early mornings and dinners. The rockers in front were perfect for the baby. Access to the beach couldn’t have been easier. We will be back!

This was a very nice home located a block from beach. Plenty of room for our party of 10 to hang out and have space. The screened in porch was nice for an evening of cards after the kids went to bed. The amenities are minimal including not enough toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, garbage bags and dish soap, which we thought would be plentiful for a party of 10 for a week. Overall we were very satisfied! The fact we had a couple cockroaches show up was a little alarming, but the day the second one showed up, the pest control company showed up as well on a random check and sprayed, this seemed to keep them at bay. Location was great to visit downtown Folly Beach, and take in all this city had to offer.

We were in the area for a Celebration of Life and Memorial and the house was just perfect. We all had our own space and privacy but could come together easily for meals and to hang out in the common areas. Being so close to the beach was so nice. The house was very clean and well-maintained. We will be back.

We loved our time at Martiniville. Was the perfect stay for our two families to get together. Kids ages 1-6. Enough space for every one with easy access to the beach. Kids and adults enjoyed the screened patio during afternoon showers. Will stay again.

There were no hiccups. The house was immaculate. We were somewhat apprehensive about renting a house that was pet friendly because of allergies, but we had no difficulties. The kitchen was well-appointed for cooking and had plenty of dishes to serve a group. The only surprise was the high tide one night of our stay came all the way up under the house due to a full moon. It wasn't deep, but the street in front of the house was at least a foot under water!

Look no further, this is the property you need to book. It is clean, comfortable and convenient to the beach! It is also close to town without being in the middle of the heavy crowds/traffic. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Great house in a great location!

We had an amazing time finding shark teeth. Long over due as a nurse a break to enjoy family was a must. Out last vacation was a disaster so we were very happy with the property managements attention to the septic, and the lack of propane on arrival. We are a family that leave a place better than we found it. So this home was amazing. It is very nice to have the manager answer the phone and care about an issue. Thank you

Great house right on West Ashley in Folly Beach. Rooms were all a good size, almost have a 2nd living room on the top floor for the 2 bedrooms that are there and it has a nice screened in back porch from when the weather is nice. Very quick to the beach .Only drawback was an overactive fire alarm that went off twice when we were there for no discernible reason and rather loud w/d but that's super nit picky stuff. Definitely recommend!

This was our first time to Folley Beach and we loved our time there! The home was super clean and had everything for an easy stay! 4 adults and 5 teenagers. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, amazing screened in porch out back for lots of card games and meals. The short distance to the beach was awesome- walked back and forth for sunrises, beach days, and starry nights. It was just what our families needed after a long winter. We will be back!

Just amazing!!

We had an amazing time in Martiniville! We were instantly impressed with the house! It was clean and a perfect place for a large group. The owners provided paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and toilet paper for the house. We used the grill almost every night and loved eating dinner on the screened in back porch! Beach access is right across the street and it’s less than a mile from the main strip. I only wish we stayed longer!

I had never been to Folly Beach, despite my long love of the lowcountry of South Carolina. Martiniville could not have been a more perfect introduction to this little slice of heaven on the coast. The house is directly across the street from the beach and you can see the ocean from the front porch as well as the upstairs. The home was immaculate and just perfect for us to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday with friends and family. There were three adults, two teens, and a 10 year old boy and we all had ample space. The location is far enough away from the noise of Center Street, but close enough to bike or drive the one mile easily. We will be back!

Location was perfect for a family of 8. Beach access directly across the street, a short walk to town and a 20 minute car drive into Charleston if there was a desire to skip the waves for a day. Martiniville is a beautiful property! Spacious kitchen and living areas were so comfortable. The decor is just beautiful in every space. Kitchen is well stocked and we loved dinner and cocktail hours on the screened in porch! The front deck was another favorite spot for AM coffee and late afternoon sun. Comfortable beds in every room! Beach access is directly across the street. Wonderful outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand. Only complaint is the poor water pressure in the upstairs bathroom. There is also a big house under construction directly across the street which makes for lots of noise and cars/trucks in the street. All in all a wonderful week in a very comfortable & beautiful home!

This is home was fabulous. There was plenty of room for me and my friends. The kitchen had plenty of space for us and the food. We all gathered at one table, eating and laughing. Making memories. We had a wonderful stay. The pictures really don’t do the house justice. The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of space, and we loved the screened in porch. We were about a mile from Center Street (Restaurants, market, shopping) and super close to the public beach access. The beach was not crowded at all. There was even an outdoor shower and some beach items like boogie boards and a few chairs. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations for our group. We would definitely recommend!
