Very modern and well-appointed apartment with a fantastic, zero-entry shower with good water pressur

the apartment was extremely nice and updated. The shower was fantastic.

The person checking me in could not be bothered to be remotely friendly. Would a "hello, how are you?" kill her to say? The apartment did not have a lift, so you get to schlep your bag up the stairs. Maybe the hotel should do this? The first person you meet at the property would set the first impression. Apartently, I entered Soviet Russia.

Чудесное место! Рекомендую всем кто ценит уют и комфорт!

Понравилось абсолютно все!все очень продуманно , удобно, красиво, уютно!Идеальная чистота!!кухня оборудована всем необходимым, включая посудомоечную машину. Наш номер был с сауной,очень большой плюс. Особенно вы холодное время года.

Такого нет….

Great apartment in Krakow

Very nice apartment, it had everything we needed and in a very good location right next to the old town.

We lost one of the cards that uses to turn on the electricity in the room, and they charged us 50 zlt for that. I really don't think the card worth that much...

Week stay in Krakow

Really beautiful apartment, it had everything we need (other than a washing machine). Very comfy, great shower, and lovely amenities. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

It would be great if the key for the door could be replaced with a swipe card, rather than needing both.

Great place in a great location in Krakow!

New and amazing appartment. Very useful kitchen, comfortable beds, private parking for 60 zloty a day. The location is great! Near the market, old city, mall. Very clean and big shower

If you are coming with more than 2 kids make sure they are short enough to fit in the opened sofa bed. We had 3 girls that slept together in the sofe. They are small so it was OK and didn't bother us too much.

Very nice appartments, modern and clean, great bathroom. Rooms with display of Agnieszka’s tennis souvenirs. Silent neighborhood, close to the market square and train station. Tasty breakfasts in a hotel nearby. Highly recommended

10/10 recommend. Will come back again.

Stayed at Singapore unit. It was spacious and clean. Beautiful decors. 7-8mins walking distance to the center if you’re a snail like me. Stores, pharmacy, salons and restaurants within 200m. Will not find another place after this.

There was a renovation a couple of days right above our room and i had a newborn who was cranky when she couldn’t nap from the noise. There was no air condition in the bedroom, so had to open the door all the time to make it a bit colder.

Nice and big place. Clean. Liked there was a fridge and coffe machine. Also liked it was a double bed, not to beds attached to eachother. But...

Beds are too hard. Waking up with pain in the body because of the hard bed.

Excellent location - just a few minutes from the main square. The place is spotless. This was our second stay there for a short city break.

Overall very satisfied with the accommodation.

The apartment was clean, tidy and well laid out with good facilities. Location was good for access to all local attractions, shops, restaurants etc. Very secure and safe.

No air conditioning in the bedroom, had to leave the main unit on. The safe was on the floor (inconvenient) and was only a cash box, not big enough for a tablet or lap top.

Nice mix of old world and new.

The location was convenient to work and the town center. The design and furnishings were modern.

There were no USB ports to charge up my devices. I had to use an actual key to get into my room but could use either a passcode or key card to enter the building. I would have preferred being able to use the card for everything.

The apartment perfect for our family city break. Youngest child is 4 years old for context. The staff were lovely & super helpful. Our room was a great size with separate bedroom & kitchen-diner, facilities in the room were excellent, and the bathroom in particular was superb. The location is excellent, a short walk (5 mins max) into the old town. We found plenty of convenience shops nearby and there’s an excellent market nearby (1 min walk). this is the first time we have stayed in an apartment-hotel. The size of the room and comfort for the family out weighed the hotel facilities in our opinion, more home away from home feel. Breakfast is hosted by a neighbouring hotel across the street - we had no issues with this and the food was very good. Would happily return again and highly recommend.

the room was quite big and comfortable. Personnel at the reception was nice and helpful. location is superb, near the old city and near the restaurants. I would love to come back again.
