This is a comfortable and well-loved family home with some wear. It makes the perfect base for a holiday and to feel like you are at home. Some furniture has changed to like items, but not identical.
Ground floor entry is past the garden facing single bedroom/office, family bathroom (with bath), double bedroom and through to the open plan kitchen, living and dining area with a dramatic open void area above.
There is a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and built-in laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Bi-fold doors open off the living room to the decked area, outdoor courtyard and off-street parking space.
Upstairs there is a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom and ocean views, followed by a toilet and then a bedroom with two single beds. Crossing the bridged walkway takes you through to the family room. This room is beautifully furnished and includes two leather sofas and occasional chairs, flat-screen TV with Foxtel and a DVD player. Bifold doors open up the balcony area, complete with water views.
All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and ceiling fans, 2 of them have reverse cycle air-conditioning.
WiFi is not guaranteed. This is a service offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge for this service, we will attempt to fix issues as they arise but cannot be held accountable.
Linen is provided and basic items including some cleaning products, soap and toilet paper... The guests' responsibility is to purchase their supplies once they have run out.
Please bring your beach towels.

Parking for one car is available and is off-street - note: this will not fit 4WDs or minivans as you need to drive under the roller door. There is plenty of free, un-timed parking on the street for extra vehicles or larger 4WDs. House has interior and exterior stairs and does not have wheelchair access. This property is strictly non-smoking.
Bedding is K, D, S, S, S and this property is set up for a maximum of 7 persons (including children).

Lovely stay at Clovelly.

Well located and good floor plan in this two storey house near to Clovelly beach. Shops are 10 mins walk. Upstairs great for adults and teens Not good for mobile young kids 1-10.

Great location
Location of property was really good, close to beaches, Bondi to Coogee walk, nearby cafes and shops and really enjoyed this aspect.
Property was quite dirty upon arrival. Had to mop floors, bathrooms and sweep up mess outside front and back doors as lots of leaf litter and dust lying around. Wet mop had been left in cupboard which smelt terrible. Washing machine has mould inside and smelt bad.
Overall, location great but cleanliness needs to improve.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, had 6 people comfortably staying for 3 night stay, still had room if more guests. Great location, walking distance to beach and food outlets. An Uber ride to Bondi.

Lovely house
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very nice home with good facilities. Great location close to Clovelly Beach and a short drive from both Coogee and Bondi supermarkets and restaurants.
