This property is perfect for a family holiday, please no stag / hen or similar. Please also be respectful of neighboring properties due to the tranquility of the area. Note: No stag/hen parties, or similar.Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond £250.00. The owner would like guests to bring their own bath towels, hand and tea towels will be provided. This property is especially suitable for families and groups who wish to have a quiet and relaxing short break. Please be mindful this is a residential neighborhood and not suitable for loud noise or music outside the property at any time. No parties are allowed at this property and only guests who have been included in the booking are permitted to attend the property.
We would like to respectfully ask that noise levels especially outside are kept to a minimum, at all times, out of respect for our neighbors and our surroundings. Please do not use the hot tub after 10.00 pm and please move inside no later than 10.00pm.
