El alojamiento está bien, fue una experiencia grata.
Los baños huelen a humedad, hay poca ventilación y en cuanto a limpieza está podría ser mejor, sobretodo en la parte de la cocina .

The house was cosy with nice clean kitchen. The beds in dorm were comfortable. The bathroom was super nice inside the bedroom, maybe could do with a ventilator. There were large lockers with keys. The staff was very friendly. There was a little garden yard in front with seating which was also pleasant. The location was about 15 min walk from the centre that means it was quiet residential area but without amenities.
The female dorm was nice but kind of suterein with very small window, without proper ventilation so the door had to be kept open otherwise no air.

The other guests
Certain staff were extremely rude and aggressive. She made guests feel highly uncomfortable. She demanded people to leave and kicked somebody's luggage. I have never seen such unprofessional and disdainful service. It felt like every guest was hated. The irony is, all of the guests were so kind, humble and friendly. An intensely bizarre experience

Very friendly check in and easy check out. Clean space and place to socialize, would have love to stay longer.
water in the shower took forever to heat up.

Perfect location (between city center and the most beautiful beaches). Everything is very close by.

The guest house is very cozy and you feel like at home. the spaces are well organized both in the dorm and in the kitchen there is everything you need to cook for yourself.
The location is good in a very nice neighborhood, at 30 minutes walking from the main hiking paths (Ponta da Piedade) and 20 minutes from the center of Lagos with all the bars and restaurants!

I booked the suite and was not expecting to have two private balconies. That was a nice surprise. I also didnt realize I would have access to a kitchen/fridge which was nice. The room was spacious, with a wardrobe and dresser. There is a fan provided which was necessary. The room and bathroom were clean.
The suite is upstairs so it was quite hot during our stay and there are no screens in the windows. We opted to run the fan with open windows, but we’re still quite hot (not the property’s fault but just as an FYI.
The bed was listed as a king, but it was definitely a Queen (unless there are different sizes in Europe) - again, just an FYI.
Not a huge problem for us but the bathroom has a very short door and a slopped ceiling. If you’re 6ft or taller, expect to hunch a bit.

Kitchen and common area are nice. Check-in and out process super smooth.
The room smelled a bit musty. The rooms and toilettes would love some renovation.

It’s not the first time I stay at Safari Beach beach house. I keep coming back because it’s super comfortable, quiet and the owner/receptionist are super kind.

Lovely warm welcome from Fabio made all the difference, felt at home straight away. Very quiet neighbourhood with short walk to town and coast. Highly recommend to other solo travellers. A nice home away from home.

The room, location and staff.

There was a full kitchen with a big fridge and lots of place to keep food. They also had paid laundry. It was in a good location that I felt safe in as a solo traveler. The rooms had a lot of people in them, but it was never crowded. I met some good friends that I went out with too which was fun! The beds were comfy.
The storage lockers were smaller than other hostels that I've stayed in.

The guesthouse has all the things you need. You can cook and also do your laundry. You can reach the old town in 10/15 minutes walking which is very nice because there you can spend late afternoons/evenings.
Fabio the owner was very helpful and he gave me so many tips on places to visit. He also run a very nice bar in the old town where you can have nice time also with locals. Highly recommended. If I'll go back to Lagos I'll definitely go back there.

The house is cozy and comfortable, the kitchen had everything I'd needed and the outside area was perfect for sunny afternoons. Fabio and Alba are perfect hosts and they made sure you were as comfortable as you could be. I stayed here for 2,5 weeks which was longer than most, but nonetheless I had a great stay.
